I can only rate the coffee, and I thought it was really good. My friends had a bagel sandwich, and they both said it was great. The inside was clean, with plenty of seating, and the staff was very friendly and helpful when ordering. Give them a try!

Worst drink Ive ever had. It was obvious that the young lady who attempted to make the drink had no clue about how to make the drink. I told her not to mess up my drink and was assured that it was going to be right. It wasnt. I ordered the Mango Mocktail and was given some type of pineapple concoction. I wasted my money on a drink that I had to pour down the drain. I am more than disappointed.

I adore this place!!! The atmosphere, food and customer service are top notch!! My favorite employee is paige! A very comfy and reliable location to study and hangout. Plenty of drink options with great quality control and good foods. All the employees are insanely accommodating and kind. I had a great interaction with most of the staff, most recently with the very helpful Naya! Definitely recommend visiting and trying the lattes or one of the sandwiches!

I have to say I drove from Allen and seeing if I could find a really good coffee place since there arent many where I am. The coffee was really delicious and amazing! I got a sandwich and felt like it was pretty overpriced for what it was. It was on a pretzel roll with very little meat on it and nothing at all as far as dressing or condiments and I had no idea it would be that way. I think 7.35 was way over priced for what it was. I thought about going back in but wasnt sure what the reaction would be even though they were super nice in there!

Will likely not come back. We ordered plain coffee, and were served luke-warm coffee that had been sitting there for 2 hours (we asked). Then they brewed a fresh batch for us, and added way too much milk, completely watered down. We asked for glasses of ice water with our coffees, never got them, had to go up and ask again. Great indoors, we like to support local, but staff needs some retraining..., sadly theres a reason why Starbucks kills it!

I ve started meeting here pretty regularly on Monday nights for Bible studies. The atmosphere is perfect for it, and it s so much less crowded than a Starbucks! Took me a while to find my go-to drink, but now i get an iced Crème Caramel every time! If you don t like coffee, the Strawberry Lemon Freeze is super refreshing and delicious too! They also have delicious chocolate croissants. Will continue to visit and bring friends here.

This place has the BEST bagels i EVER had and thats saying alot to me because i was born and raised in Jersey and my family still lives there. Good coffee, nice jazz music, but the employees were obnoxiously loud, making it hard to get work done. Glad they were having a good time, but it was to the detriment of the customers. I also heard a couple of them talking about some drama with their management (nothing nasty, but still), which is always a bummer to hear as a customer. The staff is so friendly! I came here because I used to work at a coffee shop in Minnesota and I would make myself a tea latte with our cinnamon spice tea. Once I moved to Texas, I couldn t find a coffee shop with cinnamon tea. This place has it, and they make it perfectly! I ve been two days in a row and I ll likely start going every weekend just for this drink. They have a HUGE menu to chose from, so I may have to stray away every once in a while to try all their yummy looking tea drinks. The prices are better than most chain coffee shops as well! Love that they have a rewards program too. I ve only had their yogurt parfait so far, but they also have a ton of breakfast and lunch sandwiches to chose from and they all seem pretty healthy. Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: They have a pretzel bun cheese sandwich, berry parfaits, and desserts with no meat products! Parking: Parking lot with ample space!

Great coffee! The vibe here is great, and the drinks are made well. Bella was our barista and did an amazing job with our latte and tea. The decor is made up of pictures of the local areas history which I love! I definitely recommend this place for a quick drink or a longer study session. I visited for the first time on a Monday morning at 7:30am. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Restrooms were clean. Ample seating and outlets at almost every table. They have a comfy chair corner with 4 chairs and a coffee table, 9 regular two-seater tables with chairs, an 8-seater co-working high table with outlets (on the table) and 2 four-seater bar tables. They have a good variety of hot/cold coffees and teas. Music isn t too loud and not too noisy in the mornings. The only thing I wish was different were the barstools; the seats were small and uncomfortable. Great experience.

Ive been here several times now and I have left happy every time. The Thai iced tea was delicious. My kids got the strawberry bliss and they absolutely love it. Both the strawberry lemonade and the frozen strawberry lemonade are so tasty. We have even brought home the whole beans and brewed some amazing coffee. Also, if you enjoy history, inside the shop you can see some of the history of Murphy, TX, which is cool. Definitely worth a stop!

Ive been a sweetwaters customer for years, but the service at this particular location is terrible. There are always plenty people around, but only 1 or 2 are working. The rest are walking around seeming so lost, twirling their thumbs. Either more training or more education would be encouraged. Most people dont have 20 minutes to wait for their coffee, especially at 6 45 AM when there are hardly any customers.

Oh God. I went here the first time to try the Thai Tea.. not recommended. Second time I tried getting a Mocha Ice Dragon, and it was not sweet at all. I do not recommend this place if youre looking for something similar to Starbucks or Scooters.

It was a great experience. I got the Strawberry Lemon Freeze, and it was really good. I was jealous of my friends cakes, and drink but mine had less calories than all of theirs so HAH. Im not sad... It was great though.
