Attorney David Rossio and Paralegal Michael Berryman were incredible to work with. It was a very stressful situation I was in and they made the whole process as painless as possible. Very professional and always quick to respond to my questions. If I needed a sit down meeting then I had an abundance of locations to choose from, whatever was more convenient for me. This is the worst attorneys office that I have ever dealt with and regret ever contacting his office in May 2017. My first over the consultation was fine, he answered all my questions, had all my paperwork emailed to me promptly but once I signed the contract for him to represent my personal injury claim, he and all his staff working from him, would not answer my phone calls, or provide me any updates on my case. Every time, I called, they would say theyre in a meeting, made promises to call back the same day or tomorrow but failed each time. After 4 months and several failed phone calls and emails, I terminated him and his office for lack of communications. Ultimately, his staff advised me the only thing they had done was to reach out to the secretary of the company the company where I had the injury but did not hear back, 1 attempt and that was it!!!! This law office is a fraud and waste of time!! Please go elsewhere.

I started a bankruptcy with David S Kolm and Accates and was assigned to David Rossio the attorney there. This man worked with me though this whole process from beginning to end.
