The park should be better maintained by the Parks and Recreation department. I play rugby here in the grass is never even or watered. Playground: The playground is actually pretty nice for children. Except for theirs no shades so make sure your kids wear sunscreen. Toilets: They are cleaning enough Dog-friendliness: Great for pets, but be weary if you bring small dogs because there are vultures that sit on the trees

Its the place to see if you want to see a Bald Eagle nest the Eagles nest was destroyed on February 15th 2022 from high winds. The pair has returned to a new nest as of March 2024 Toilets: Theyre porta potties that are permanently there

Great playground place to take a kid 8 or under with equipment or just to run around. On weekends there are a lot of youth soccer games and maybe even an adult rugby match

Its not a traditional millennial playground, but your children will definitely teach you a thing or two about the structures that are there lol. Great place to catch a free rugby match if youre interested!

My girlfriends son, Jordan Wander, plays rugby for the Austin Blacks. They were in town playing the Dallas rugby team and this was the venue. Even with all the rain we have had, the field stayed in tact and no excessive standing water for the fans or players to navigate. Bleachers have been installed and were large enough for both teams fans. I was pleasantly surprised. Was a great place to watch some rugby! Austin won, btw

I love every part of this park. I take my friends dog every fay and we explore every inch of the park. We walk at least 3 miles, which is good exercise for both of us and, at the same time, we get to enjoy all the beautiful things nature provides us. Win-Win every day!!!

Hope city of dallas keep grass cut and field Marks. And hope police make round theres on weekends. Theres alot of people drinking beer during soccers games. And also fine people for illegal parking on the wheel chair parking spaces.
