I m was an out of state military move and I was persuaded to buy because the prices were so cheap compared to where I was living. I was under a lot of pressure having to move alone and renovate, since the military won t release my husband due to virus. My agent was passive and uninterested; and wouldn t take the reigns on my behalf without me having to make a fuss. I m not sure how she thinks commissions are earned. She didn t bother to get to know anything about me, and would change the subject if I shared things. She wasn t friendly with my in laws. I couldn t switch agents because I had already visited Abilene and began viewings. When presented with matters she should handle, she would defer me to resolve it, once because of her dog... never a thank you for business or sorry for that hiccup. Finally, the seller s agent stepped up to help me. This was a modest purchase because I am floating an international business. But for the next purchase and any referrals, I ll use the seller s agent.

They desire 150-160 per month to hang your license with them plus fees 60-120 for office space, 5-10 cents to print paper. They dont participate in chamber of commerce visits, expos. Nor donate to city organizations, community involvements like other real estate enterprises. Keller Williams is proud of their financial freedoms while being 100% paid for, funded by each individual entrepreneur/ independent licensed business owner. Collectively they wont be a match for larger similar establishments regardless of their expanding technologies, unless they change business avenues in the near future. In their line of work competitive real estate will be a hustle until fundamental strategies are adhered.

Our Realtor was Roberta Borlovan and we highly recommend her. Our home only lasted 7 days on the market and sold for full price! With ourselves living in a different state, Roberta wore many hats to keep the place up and get it sold. She is honest, educational, and listened to our concerns and needs. We had an issue with a contractor not finishing a job that the VA inspector wrote up to be done, so Roberta put on her hat and got the job done herself and we passed the inspection! She also uses unique tactics to bring buyers in. Very impressed and glad we chose her to be our Realtor!

Our realtor was Lindsey Swart. We had the best experience with her. I am very picky and can be hard to work with but Lindsey would come out and take us to look at houses and no matter how hard I was on choosing she never let us down. She worked very hard to help us find the right home. I would call her with all sorts of questions and she would always be there with answers. Lindsey lets you know everything upfront so you know what you are going into. She helped us through the whole process. If you are looking for a great realtor, call Keller Williams and ask for Lindsey Swart , you will not be disappointed.
