The parrilladas are superb and the price is just right. Nothing fancy, your typical hole in the wall and good food. It would get a 5 if they had faster service. Don t go during lunch time if your time is limited.

We had the fajita asadas plate and the costillas. The food was amazing, and the aroma when you walked into restraunt was like you were at an outside bbq. Absolutely delicious aguas frescas, melon, lemonade, pinapple, and horchata...you will not be disappointed with theyre food. Yummmm!

Food tastes good. Only downside to this place is the service is always horrible. Waitress/wader have attitude or take forever to check on you. When you order to go same deal. Nobody tries to help you they will have you waiting for 10 to 20 minutes, even when the place is not busy.

The food was good, but the service left a lot to be desired and in general my experience was with the waiter who served me who from the moment I brought the menu he didnt even say good afternoon and at no time did he come up to ask if everything was okay or something else was offered I was working in a bad mood!

They give very bad service according to how they deliver at home and when you call them to ask for home delivery, the girl seems to get angry and answers you in a very bad way and always says that she has orders ahead of her and when you ask her it takes more than an hour to deliver, terrible service. They take way too long to give you your food even if you order it over the phone. On Sunday I ordered a parrillada for my Dad s birthday since 2:45 pm it was 3:45 and it still wasn t ready. I left the restaurant. Then h ordered again at 6:29 pm it was 7:20 and it still wasn t ready I hadn t wait another 15 minutes. Then I ordered again today and the same thing.

Very bad service, it took more than an hour and as if they hadnt even placed the order and when I get home they deliver this to me! Pieces of meat as if they were rushed to raw moron chili. This barbecue is supposed to have bacon and if you look at it, its just a piece of bacon! And the thing that annoys me the most is the onion with everything and the peel. And I am going to hand over everything because I am not happy with what they gave me and they are still angry and they only wanted to return me 20 dollars when I paid more than that!

Terrible customer service . You enter and stand in front of the cashier and the workers do not ask how they can serve you. You have to be behind the workers to be served and then there is no kindness and they serve you in a bad way with an angry face and ignoring the customer.

Great outdoor area, but its hot right now so you may want to eat indoors. We were a party of 6 and were well attended to. Great Salas, Aguas frescas, beans, and meats. We had a platter for 4 and all 6 of us got full. The waiters were very good.

Y all, this has to be my new favorite spots to eat. From the chips & salsa to the free charro beans to the quesadilla plate I got. Everything was tasty and totally worth every cent spent. The customer service was also to par. Even my picky grandmother enjoyed her plate, y all have no idea how hard it is to get her approval on Mexican food lol I included a picture of her appreciation for a good meal.

I have never entered a restaurant with the worst service. Order a barbecue with a 45-minute advance notice. I arrive and my order is not ready. I waited about 20 minutes and after seeing how they put a sauce on another already used one and the uncovered lemons with flies in them. I better decide to leave because Im so disgusted. This restaurant was the best for 7 years with phenomenal service and delicious food.

The restaurant is also not packed and doesnt seem to have many people here yet not once did they ask me how much longer. Im still waiting on the order.
