Words, nor this review, can truly express my gratitude and appreciation for Tashia. Tashias understanding and compassion for my situation, along with her ability to get my job completed timely, are the reasons why I am writing this review. Howard was also key in getting the job completed timely. Howard communicated with me to ensure that I was satisfied with their service. They are both assets to this company. We had an awesome experience working with Sterling Monument of Abilene. The process was simple and through many brainstorming ideas we were able to finish sketches for Mom s monument. There are so many options now with adding color to the stone and adding photos. Please see pictures attached.

My dear husband recently passed away. We live in Dallas and had his funeral in Dallas. However, we wanted to bury him in our family plot in Albany. Sterling Monument Company was highly recommended to do the monument, and I would like to highly recommend them, too. We did the entire transaction over the phone. The staff was very careful to make sure they were producing the monument just the way we wanted it. They were polite and gracious to us as we asked a million questions which they adequately answered every time. They met us at the Albany cemetery and erected it with exactness and care. I am just amazed at the great job they did and that we completed all of the business over the phone. Use this company when you have to complete this sad task. They will not let you down.

Above and beyond from the moment I walked in the door. Professional, helpful, caring, and compassionate. Howard and Tashia were patient and kind. They did a wonderful job on my grandparents headstone. They did a great job helping us create a customized headstone that fit my grandparents personalities. They even went so far to find the 1940 Ford Deluxe online to create something personal. It is so colorful, and it came out better than we expected. The headstone was delivered ahead of time. We were really impressed with the service we got here.

I called all the places where I live and no body could have a foot stone ready for almost a year. I called Sterling Monument in Abilene and they were very accommodating. They were able to help me pick out the color and schetch out exactly what I wanted. They did beautiful work! Tasha and Howard are very godly and understanding. They worked with me and had my dads stone made within 3 months. In time for his celebration of life. I recommend everyone use them!! Thank you so much for all your help!!

The folks at Sterling Monument were so helpful, compassionate, and understanding in our time of need. Natashia dealt with our semi-unusual case so professionally it made this terrible time seem a little easier. The price wasnt bad and it was done exactly when and how they told us it would be. Even Howard, the man who set the stone, was very attentive and did a wonderful job. I definitely recommend everybody who is in need of a monument go see Natashia and the great folks at Sterling. I know we never want to use their service, but if we ever have to, we will be repeat customers.

Tasha assisted my dad and me with picking out his and my moms headstone. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable and very sweet! I would highly recommend Sterling Monument in Abilene, she went above & beyond with taking the time to explain all of the things that we needed to make a decision on. The stone actually came in sooner than indicated and they delivered early despite being very honest that it could be 6 - 9 months. Thank you Tasha! It was an extremely hard thing that you made a little easier. We knew we were in good hands and our monument is AMAZING!!!!!!! The colors are amazing and the picture is fantastic! Would recommend and use again when needed!

Abilene Memorial Monuments .now Sterling Monuments recently resurfaced and set the headstone for my mother and uncle. They did a beautiful job, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Tasha worked with me from the beginning and was professional and efficient. The day the stone was set, we discovered that my mother s stone was purchased, in 1964, from Abilene Monument! My husband and I came in and discussed ideas and prices with Tashia one day, a week or so later I came in by myself & I did not even have to remind her of my name. That was my first instinct that this place actually cares about what your there for not just the dollar amounts. In that line of business I am sure lots to everyone comes in with their own stories and emotions, but I never felt like I was just another customer. Tashia listened to my details & acknowledged everything I had going on and accommodated for every single one of my needs. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Howard but even he helped me get thru this process a little easier. They are very understanding people & I would 100% recommend them to others!

After waiting months to get cabinets in and buying granite and choosing Concepts in Stone, we called them so they could come do measurements and cut out counter, they wouldnt return our calls. Finally after weeks trying to get them, an appointment was set and they didnt show up. They continued to ignore us and finally giving up , found another company that arrived 15 minutes after our 1st call to get measurements and cut out counter to install in less than 2 weeks. These people have NO Respect for their customers, even after months of planning on them for this job. I Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
