I am 8 months pregnant and gluten free due to a health condition. If I consume wheat or gluten, I will be in the hospital. Waitress didn t have knowledge on gluten free options and kept asking me about sugar free options, which has nothing to do with celiac so it made me uneasy. So when they brought my food out, I asked her to double check with the cook, and she refused and I explained that I would end up in the hospital if it was wrong and to please verify. She walked away while I was talking to her. My husband had to flag her down and ask her to verify with the cooks, and instead of just doing that she sent a manager out. For the remainder of the visit she only spoke to my husband and ignored me. And even said bye to him specifically as we were on our way out. Please do not advertise your restaurant as friendly for people with allergies, if you are going treat people with allergies as a burden. I had been here previously but doubt I will be back anytime soon. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Be wary if the waitress asks if youd like to add onions & bell peppers to your potatoes. If you do, itll cost an additional $1.75 EACH. She should have mentioned the additional cost when taking the order.

Cozy breakfast/brunch spot in Irving - not too crowded. The omlette was perfect and the extra crispy shredded potatoes were delish! The avocado toast was flavorful. The food is tasty and Karla our hostess made sure our order was exactly as we requested. Dietary restrictions: They can make any omlette without cheese.

Really disappointed seating was pretty quick, but getting our food was horrible. The place was not super busy. People who got seated way after us were getting food. I asked for an update all I was told 10 more minutes, mind we had already been waiting for 40 minutes. Food was received with my bacon cold, which I would think it would be hot since supposedly was just made. Not a very good first time experience.

We were looking forward to the food based on reviews. Our wait was 20mins for 2. We ordered the Hazelnut Coffee and were told that they were brewing a fresh pot. Yay right? NOPE! The kind lady pours the coffee, walks away and while debating on cream I see a thick green/black jello like thing floating. I thought it was a leaf or herb of sort. NOPE! My Husbands cup had the same thing floating. It was mold. We didn t stay to eat but shared the picture with the host. It was carelessness of who ever must have been in charge of the cleaning the pot. I couldn t help but wonder what else was being done behind the scenes.

Update: my husband and I went here on monday and our experience wasn t as good as it was before. I had decided to order the triple decker this time instead of the usual bisquits and gravy. The triple decker does not look like what it sounds like. It s a small sandwich with about two small handfuls of fries. The fries were good but the price was a little much for the portion. Will stick to my usual. But the part that really got me during our most recent visit was that my husband had chose hasbrowns with his breakfast and instead they brought him fruit. Which wasn t a big deal. I let the waitress know that we didn t order fruit and that we choose hashbrowns instead as our side. So she said okay that s fine and proceeded to take away the bowl of fruit in front of us. This bowl of fruit was in the middle of our table while my husband and I were talking and laughing. So inevitably spit and dust made contact with it. So my question is, did she take it in the back and just serve it to another customer? Did they throw it away? Why didn t she just keep it on the table?? On top of all that, when we finally get to the register, they tried to charge me for the hashbrowns!! Disappointing experience this time and will most likely find a different breakfast spot. They were also out of coffee. Can t wait to bring my entire family here! The food was absolutely delicious, prices were reasonable, portions are great and service was amazing! Our waitress Kayla was so sweet! :)) Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options and I would imagine they wouldn t mind making changes to the menu!

Discovered this restaurant when in Dallas on business recently. Visited for breakfast on Thursday and enjoyed it so much, returned Friday morning for breakfast as well. Our server (Kayla) was excellent! She was very pleasant and returned to the table numerous times to check and make certain we were enjoying the food or if there was anything else we needed. I also found it quite remarkable that the following day, not only did Kayla remember us from the day before but recalled specifically what we had ordered. The menu offers a vast number of choices. My meal was very well prepared and cooked as requested. The menu items are more than you might find at other breakfast restaurants but well worth the money based on the quality and service.

First time here. Ordered avocado toast and poblano pepper stuffed scrambled egg. The avocado toast was good, but I didnt like other stuff. The chicken used in the poblano stuffing was not fresh. Didnt like the potato served as a side. The latte ordered by my wife was also not that good. Nothing to complain about the service. Overall, it was a bad experience, not worth the hype or ratings.

Wasn t too packed on Saturday around 11, but service was so quick, table turns were quick. The staff was wonderful, seemed to work very well together to provide an efficient flow for the restaurant. Our waitress was extremely good at her job. They left water and coffee carafes at each table so you could always keep your coffee warm and stay hydrated. I had the Benedict and was super happy with it. Potatoes were KILLER. It s a little far for us, but we will be back amazing!

I visited here while traveling after hearing that they had a gluten-free menu. Unfortunately, the food was not celiac safe, definitely not gluten-free and most likely cross-contaminated. I became sick within 15 minutes of driving away from the place and had to stop at a nearby establishment and run to the bathroom. Let me repeat: NOT safe for celiacs. As for the quality of the food, my omelet arrived cold, the plate of sausage was cold. No flavor to either one. Has the cook heard of things like salt or pepper?. My child ordered a Belgian waffle, took one bite and refused to eat it. I tasted the waffle and it was sour. I sent it back and ordered her some scrambled eggs, which arrived lukewarm. They were not impressive, tasteless, and she barely ate any of it. The eggs should have come with bread, but since we are gluten-free we asked for a gluten-free English muffin. They tried to double-charge for the muffin (a fee for a side of toast and the upgrade to an English muffin which was nearly $6 total). The server removed the item charge entirely when I asked for the price to be adjusted because this did not seem correct. Normally, I like to have a latte with my breakfast but this place does not do anything other than drip or pressed coffee. No alternative milks other than almond milk, so I skipped the coffee. Waitstaff was pleasant, despite our issues with the food. However, as sick as that meal made me, I will never recommend LePeep to anyone (celiac or not). They really should throw out their gluten-free menu because the only people who really need it are celiac sufferers. If you cant guarantee the food is safe, why bother having the menu? Also, fire the cook at this location because food should never leave the kitchen cold.

I recently dined at Le Peep of Las Colinas and wanted to share my experience. The first thing that struck me was the friendly staff and the fast service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and seated promptly. The staff members were attentive and eager to assist throughout my meal, which made for a pleasant dining atmosphere. However, when it came to the food, I found it to be just okay. I decided to try the wanderer skillet based on the servers recommendation. While there was nothing inherently wrong with it, it failed to stand out in any remarkable way. The dish consisted of a mix of ingredients, but I found it to be heavily skewed towards potatoes. The flavors were decent, but it lacked the wow factor I was hoping for. Another aspect that left me slightly disappointed was the price. Considering the quality and taste of the skillet, I found it to be on the expensive side. I would have expected a more satisfying experience for the price I paid. Overall, Le Peep of Las Colinas had a positive atmosphere with friendly staff and efficient service. However, the food, particularly the wanderer skillet, didnt leave a lasting impression. It was decent but failed to deliver anything extraordinary. Moreover, the dish felt potato-heavy, and the overall value for the price paid was underwhelming. If youre looking for a quick meal with a pleasant ambiance, this place might suffice.

Area look ok, dishes look dirty and the cups and water smelled like wet dog. The server was nice. We had the lumber jack and omni omelet $15 each size of the portions for the lumber jack was small eggs smelled bad and look rubbery. Pancakes tasted plain syrup and was watered down along with the coffee. The omelet was soggy on the bottom portion, which was uneven with a meat clump in the middle with cold, hard vegetables on the outside. It looked like there wasnt enough egg and wasnt whisked fully with white patches on it. Its not worth coming here again. My wife and I feel sluggish and have upset stomachs.

Stopped in for the first time today for a lunch break and Im not sure if they are short staffed or if todays service is the norm but it wasnt very good. We were seated, 2 adults 1 toddler, ordered 3 OJs the lumberjack and the 18 wheeler. Drinks came in a timely manner but we waited so long for the food(definitely 30+minutes) that we had to take it to go. When we checked the food NOTHING was hot like it had just been prepared and the potatoes were way under cooked. The staff was polite but the service time and final results of the food were not good.

I don t usually write reviews but I just had to for this place! This is my second time coming and it definitely didn t disappoint. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately and sat within a reasonable amount of time. The staff was super friendly and the food is definitely something worth coming back for! Everything was flavorful (minus maybe a thing or two, just a little salt did the trick). I used to work in the restaurant business, and I can definitely say i m impressed. The hosts gave warm welcomes, the waiters were on top and very attentive, they did everything they could to make sure I had everything I needed and even the bussers did great on making sure tables were ready for the next guest. The guy in the green hair was just BUSSING his butt off ! Haha Definitely coming back and I m bringing family and friends to enjoy brunch with me next time!

Went here on a business trip in Dallas. Ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, eggs over, potatoes. Delish. The service was good but the best was the shirts the servers were wearing. Luckily they sell them. Had to get it

I was not impressed with their breakfast everything was under-seasoned and the potatoes were cold. The coffee was good and they provided a small pot for the table. I would have been better off at a Waffle House.

Super cute with aesthetic cafe vibes, minus the shirts lol but they re fun, too. The menu isn t just basic stuff either like tenders, blts, and French toast. There s variety enough that you either have to make a decision or spend too much money and walk away over-stuffed haha. Kayla was super nice and accommodating, especially since my nana wanted to move seats after we already got tea One of the things I love is the way they have the water and glasses ready at the table! One of the things my nana didn t love was how easily it could get noisy, but I think the Gooey Bun she ordered more than made up for it c:

I m a regular customer to this place, but since today will never go back. This black lady a server she was so rude and make me wait for so long to order my food. I went to look for her and told her I m ready to order and she responded rude to me. She walk and I thought she was coming to take my order. But no she went to talk to other people in other table. And she was just taking her sweet time. It was my first time my 4 friends trying this place and they was very disappointed.

Some very delicious food in this perfect location. Went with my family/friends, and they had the best time eating. The conversations we had there was very interesting, i loved that the wait wasnt so long for a party of 6. It can get busy around 11-11:30 am. The waitresses were amazing and the food was superb. The salmon Benedict, the Oreo pancakes were yummy, desperado, the chicken steak, the lumberjack breakfast and the lobster omelette (something like that) are excellent choices if you come to try out some of their outstanding delights! The next time we come here I will try the salmon Benedict, our family friend Hannah had that and it was beyond expectations haha. Definitely bring between $10-$20 per plate. Anyways, at the end of the day, this was an incredible place to go and highly recommend it for a brunch.
