What s the point of online ordering or even in store ordering if you are never going to have the flavors advertised online in stock. I m sick of the same old thing every time. Can t wait for Braums to open, gonna take all their business. Franchise owner should just pull out and let the building be used for something better. Update: Still same old flavors, long wait for a drink and now since their AC is always failing they added a mini split above the door that leaks, I almost slipped and fell.

Uber Eats needs to remove BR from the app. Clearly there is no communication on what is unavailable on the menu. This is the 3rd time ordering something that shows available then after the driver sits there 30 minutes they say they don t have that item smh. Then mark it unavailable! We will never order from BR again.

I drove 30 minutes to Abilene so I could purchase several quarts of hand packed ice cream for an event. Arrived at 10:30 am and was told that they couldnt sell me any ice cream because they hadnt pulled it from the cooler yet. There were 3 people working, no one else in the store, and one person in the drive thru. Very sad and unacceptable.

I guess they have a contract with Uber and well if you pick up an order lets say a banana split like Baskin-Robbins may have been known for they dont have any of that stuff that they want for banana split that they ordered so I dont know why its on the menu and the girl is just sitting there on the counter leaning on the counter like theres nothing else

I came here to pick up a doordash and the girl with the speech problem told me she couldnt do my order. First she asked if it was for another name so I showed her my phone to confirm the order n she says she cant make it so I confirmed back to her to make sure I understand correctly and as I walked off she tells me have a good day in a sarcastic way n starts laughing immaturely. Very unprofessional n disrespectful.

Horrible customer service. They made three of the four things we ordered them started making other orders after ours. Leaving the kids stuff to melt complete while waiting for the rest of our order. Then got an attitude when we asked why they hadnt made ours yet but were making other people stuff. The place was also dirty. Rude employees & dirty location. Ill do without next time.

Just arrived here with my kids. As soon as I got to the front door, the employee put a note on the door and locked it. The note said lobby closed . Then walked back to the drive through window where 2-3 other employees were standing there doing nothing but talking. Going to ColdStone. Much better customer service experience.

Theyve seemed to be out of things on 3 different visits in the last. Came in last month no donuts at 730pm. Then ordered a milkshake and staff commented I cleaned it for nothing I guess. Which I was under the impression they closed at 9pm. GioCame another time no Eggs. Now today no eggs and no ice cream. I order 2 different ice coffees in the drive thru. Staff had poor attitudes and only gave us 1. Didnt ask if we needed anything else. Just handed the coffee and closed the window. We werent even able to ask for the other coffee because she walked away. Dont waste your time here. Better off going to McDonalds or Starbucks.

It was hot inside there. The employess were sweating. Its an ice cream place amongst other things and it felt like outside. The ice cream was melting. Almost everything that I would of gone for was out. The employees were nice though.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. The staff has been rude and acts inconvenienced every time we have been to this location. The last time, they handed me a melted scoop of ice cream that immediately ran down all into my lap and my vehicle. It was a disgusting mess. Asked for napkins and told the girl at the window that what she handed me was already a melted mess. No apology, just tried to slam the window closed. So then I asked for a manager, and she said there was no manager. All 3 of the girls that I saw at the window had extremely long fingernails and no gloves at any time. Contacted HR and they said the franchisee owner would reach out- never happened. Don t waste your time or money!

We bring my kids just about every Friday for the past several months, no issues. Tonight, at 9:58 as we were already finishing up our ice cream, we were told by an employee(we ve never seen before) that they were already closed and we were NOT ALLOWED to be in there anymore . Might I add, several friends of the employees were also hanging out in the lobby, who stayed inside as they locked the doors right behind us. VERY POOR customer service tonight!

Got a two dip cone today form my granddaughter. Dips migHt have been the size of a ping pong ball. Very small cone also. Over $4 for it when a pint is $4.99. Should have gotten the pint. Very disappointed.

Welcome to my Ted Talk !! I love Baskin-Robbins but this one was just a mess from the staff to our order. Theyre actually lucky we were nice but I still have to write this! We pulled up at the drive-thru and we literally thought it was closed because for like a good 5 minutes no one said anything and many hellos!! Finally we were heard and processed to order..we got 2 orders of the same thing..cool..got to the window to pick up, turns out they didnt have the cone we ordered mind you we had already paid for it. So they gave us a different cone..whats the logical thing to do if you are given a different order and there is a $2 more difference..you get a refund !! but no we were told..they couldnt refund us the money because thats not a thing and they dont do that!! whaaaat! what is that mean..its our money and they shouldnt take an order for something that doesnt exist! period! so yeah they stole our money and gave us something we didnt evern order!! Just wrong on so many levels ! Do Better!!

Obvious trash. Ordered a Father s Day cake. Paid for it. Went to pick up the cake all for staff to inform us that that don t have the cake and have a 48 hr notice and we called 36 hrs in advance however they didn t inform us of this and gladly took our money. Way to go Ableeeene and your pitiful service industry.

The staff at Baskin-Robbins were very attentive in making my daughters milkshakes following her tonsillectomy. I asked that they use their machine a little longer than normal so that they were extra liquidy and both shakes were made perfectly!

I stopped by this Baskin Robbins on South 14th here in Abilene the other day, and got two dips in a cup, and got one dip of vanilla for my Corgi, and it was great, the dips were large, and the service was great.Enjoyed it very much, and I give you 5 stars for everything.

I ve been here many times. Inside and through the drive through but when I m with somebody, we usually go inside. Me and my mother were in the mood for ice cream from 31 Baskin Robins. BR is the other half of Dunkin . We parked and walked to the door to find out that the inside is closed. Well, there s just a certain experience you get when you re in the mood to go inside. It s just a moment to slow down and relax. It a lot different than feeling like you re in a hurry like you do when you drive through. So, here we are having to go back to our vehicle. Very disappointed that they re still not allowing people to go inside. Since that day, I have gone back a couple of times but it was for a coffee drink. As for the ice cream, I don t care to have to get that to go. I m going to start going to Stone Cold Creamery to get my ice cream. I can go inside over there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Service: rude, no smiles, no greeting, ignores the customers, acts like they dont care and would rather be somewhere else. Food: donuts TERRIBLE AND STALE! Ice cream was extremely skimpy and just thrown together with no concept of making it look somewhat enticing, rotten bananas, gave me nuts when I specifically said NO NUTS!. Cleanliness: yuck! Sticky tables and floor (my shoes actually made noise when walking across that gross floor). Manager: what manager? None there that I could witness. Or if there was, she sure didnt know how to be a proper manager because they all looked like regular employees to me. The old Baskin Robbins on Buffalo Gap road several years ago was always busy, wonderful service, great ice cream and environment. This re-opened location needs extreme makeover on everything! Ill never ever go back there again!

You should really invest in a manager that can actually order properly. You have been open long enough that it shouldnt still be a normal thing. Pulled threw ordered large shake got my shake top half was like water bottom half was like concrete , pulled back threw, they replaced it with chocolate milk $7.86 worth of chocolate milk. The food is fine, but lately it seems the service has just hit a low. I stopped by today and the entire time I was at the window the girl said literally nothing to me. I knew my total because of the total sign below the window. She gave me my change, nothing. She gave me my food, I said thanks. She said Nothing....

Ice cream was as expected for a Baskin Robbins, but the place was a mess! Lots of trash in the eating area and staff was not cleaning up after customers. It was 8:45 in the evening on a Friday night and the staff wasn t busy, except for carrying on and laughing in the kitchen area. I ll consider returning if the place can stay clean!

Greatly dissatisfied and disappointed. Spent $13.61 for myself and my kids ice cream. I bought a hot fudge sundae and the one from McDonalds is better and at McDonalds it is only a $1.50. Truly dissatisfied!! Made a comment to Baskins Robbins website also.

I have been there twice in one week the first day I went through the drive thru and waited 30 minutes for 3 milkshakes and a banana split they gave me the banana split first them 18 minutes later came the shakes lets just say by the time I got home I had melted ice cream everywhere because they didnt even offer a lid for the banana split the second time my kids where in town with my grandbabies so I was like lets try it again my daughter wanted ice cream on a waffle cone guess what no waffle cones and no regular cones Im done with that place

MAJOR KUDOS to Baskin Robbins on a job well done! I wanted to get a cake for the wife and I decided to give these guys a try. Michelle was very easy to work with. When we discussed the idea for the design, all I said was, she likes Def Leppard so if you can do something with that... Well let me tell you, they went above and beyond!!! This cake had a Union Jack design and all the writing was in the Def Leppard font! It was fantastic! And I scored lots of brownie points with the wife, too!

This is 5th times I visited to get ice cream. They never making more waffle bowls and drip chocolate with sprinkles on cone or waffle bowl. I did asked three times for drop chocolate on cone, but they refused. I not happy about it. They should know that need make more waffle bowl when it gone and should making more chocolate drip with sprinkles on cone or waffle bowl or customer ask for chocolate drip on cone then worker need do that for customer. I like basket robbin in Arlington, texas is best because workers know what to do and let customers what they want.

Just went to get ice cream. It was filthy inside. Sticky floors so much that my daughter s flip flops got stuck and came off multiple times. Crumbs and trash everywhere. Clearly hasn t been cleaned all day and we went at 7:00 pm. Trash behind counter was over flowing as well. They had at least 5 workers behind counter, one of whom was eating an ice cream cone right behind counter of ice cream. It definitely was not an environment that made me want to come back.

I went in got a cone and a scoop in a cup, then asked for a hot fudge sunday no whip and no cherry. Was given a kids sunday and didnt know it(never been before) and when i checked my receipt it showed that. Not only am i disappointed not getting what i ordered my husband said we will never go there again.
