I was in and out in an hour. The lady I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out my glasses. She knew my insurance benefits well and helped me use them to the best ability and get the product I wanted. They were made on the spot in less then 15 minutes. Great customer service!

On or about 2 weeks ago I brought my husband in to purchase Eyewear. We purchased the wrong fit for him for both pair and had to go back for corrections. The two staff members Shay and Adria were awesome beyond awesome! They were very very friendly and assisted us with the correct selections that were beneficial to my husband. I recommend Eyemart Express. I went in and picked my frames and then I was helped by a very friendly woman. (I didnt get her name) She explained everything to me and my glasses had to be sent off so they text me when they came in. I went back and picked them up and now I can see!!!!! I went here because i was old they do same day glasses. Wasnt told till after i spent almost 500$ on 2 pairs of glasses with upgrades that the upgraded glasses take 5 to 7 days to come in. But was also told they may come in in as little as 3 days. I have called to check at the r day mark they said my glasses would probably be in by Monday or Tuseday (today). Now I am being told it could take up to 14 days to get them in. This is ridiculous. I was there working thats why i went here to try to get glasses fast luckily i only live an hour away but i travel for work. I will not use them again.

Extremely good service. And prices. Highly recommend. And unlike the reviewer just below me, I was able to pickup my glasses very quickly. This allowed me to have my ride just wait for me to finish picking up the glasses and then return me to my apartment building across town. I dont drive anymore due to health conditions. And Medicaid while paying for the ride usually takes about an hour to send new driver to pick me up for the return trip.

I will start off first that the service when getting help by an associate is very pleasant and they are very helpful and friendly. However, whenever you are here to just pick up your frames, be expected to wait at least 30 minutes to 1 hour and a half until you are asked about pick up. I get that it is busy but I feel that there needs to be someone assisting the front desk more. Again, I have a positive experience with the associates but the wait time for just a pick up is a little much.

Everytime we come here the staff is absolutely amazing! My glasses were ready within 45 minutes and my kids were ready in less than 10 minutes from the time she brought them back. We were still working on everything we needed to do for my 3rd kiddos glasses when the first set came out and by the time we were done trying on the first set that same out for the first kid the second ones set was done! We were in and out of the store in about an hour with 6 pairs of glasses.

The Eyemart express is exactly that. I went in with my daughter with her prescription from next door. They all greet you as you walk in very professional and friendly staff. Overall I had a good experience using Eyemart Express. They offered a very wide selection of frames to choose from at extremely reasonable prices. My only complaint was that I was told that the frames were on backorder and it would be a week or two before they came in. I never heard anything back from them after the 2 weeks had passed. I called up there and was told that they didnt have anything waiting for me to pick up. A couple of days later I called back because the whole reason I got new glasses was because I had broken my other ones. Now I am going on close to 3 weeks and still havent heard when I might get them. So I called planning to cancel my order and go elsewhere. The lady that answered the phone that morning was extremely sweet and helpful. Come to find out my glasses had been sitting there waiting for me to pick them up since 9 days after I placed my order. So no phone calls and misinformation when I called them made it a much more stressful experience than it should have been. Extremely pleased with my glasses now!

My daughter and I walked in and was seen immediately! Her glasses took less than an hour to be prepared. They have a great selection as well. Customer service was very welcoming and friendly. Ive been going to this place for years and wouldnt change a thing!
