Every experience has been great. In a place with a lot of chicken options, this is my favorite. Chicken is very well seasoned, juicy and hot. Biscuits are big and fluffy. Sides are all good. Mac and cheese, botato rounds, fries. Gotta try the BoBerry biscuit for desert as well. Everything is hot and delicious and the staff always are on point.

First time trying Bojangles. Was a bit disappointed they didnt serve the fried chicken. So I ordered a tenders meal with Mac and cheese, family size dirty rice and a half gallon of the tea and jalapeno ranch. The tenders were HUGE and tasted amazing. Hubby says next time he will make box Mac and cheese at home. The dirty rice...OMG was awesome ...but the family size? Was very skimpy. No way that amount is a family size. The tea is awesome and their jalapeno ranch dressing is on point. We will eat there again for sure. We are fans but know what to stay away from.

DAMN good chicken. Super moist, no sauce needed. If the Colonel had this recipe, he d be a General! The fries are well seasoned, the chicken is juicy, the drinks are Pepsi products, and the staff are all friendly. They even let my girlfriend try a bit of chicken to make sure she liked jt! Kid-friendliness: Plenty of little ones running around, nobody has a problem with it!

It only gets a 1 because I cant put 0. On Friday 08/02/2024 I ordered birthday dinner for my daughter and her friends from this location on the Bojangles App (their app, this is an important detail later). I ordered 20 piece tenders with fries, 2 orders of dirty rice, and mac and cheese, half gallon of tea and half gallon of lemonade. Boberry biscuits and extra sauces. I wait an hour and the delivery driver brings a 5 piece with dirty rice and fries. I spent $80 for something that wouldnt even feed me. I call the store and they dont care, blame it on the delivery driver and I need to contact Uber Eats! Well it was Skipcart (whoever that is) that delivered it. Search for there number but you can only email them. Sent them an email and finally got a reply today saying I have to contact the store (which I figured anyways) I also emailed corporate explaining what happened that night and still havent gotten a reply so I sent another email today! I still dont have my money and never received what I paid for!

I have been here a few times and they are always awesome! Food is delicious and customer service is great!!! My usual go to is the Bo box. Its enough food to feed the whole family with tenders, biscuits, half gallon (I get sweet tea ) and sides. Also this location has Bo sauce. That is my favorite sauce especially with the Bo rounds (breakfast). Also discovered on my last visit they have promotions going on sometimes with different items/ meals. This will be the Bojangles I go to every time!!! Stop by and see them. They are doing Bo time correctly for anyone from the east coast.

Ordered pickup thru the.app. when I picked up , I checked receipt on bag and it looked correct ,asked the server if everything was in the bags like it said. She assured me it was. When I got home I discovered my Cole slaw was missing, so I go back to place ( about 15 mins away ) to get my Cole slaw. When I arrived I was told they did not have any Cole slaw today ! I asked why they didnt tell me on my first trip and also why they charged me for an item I did not receive ? All I got was a sorry and some extra dirty rice. I asked if I could get a free sandwich for my trouble. It took calls to a Roger ( manager)and Kirby ( franchise owner ) to get it an OK. Thought that odd for simple free sandwich under the circumstances. But while standing there waiting I noticed they were not using tongs to pick up food items out of trays. They would grab the chicken, biscuits, etc. With their gloved hand. Then handle other items tea jugs,boxes,bags,change,etc. With the same gloved hand. Need to tongs when removing items from tray and placing in customer box,bag. Seems it could be a health issue.

They didn t give me the gravy biscuit combo and didn t answer when I called multiple times. I don t live nearby but we were in the area for a soccer game. This is my second visit. They messed up on the 1st visit too but we gave them another chance because my husband and mother in law enjoy the food AND we understand it can be challenging to find reliable help these days. Is this location still open? I ve gone two days in a row ~9:30am to it being completely closed, no lights, no employees, and no signs on the door signifying the closure. I would say maybe they re just down from the storms we had a couple mornings ago, but every business surrounding it is open with fully functioning power. Ive never been to a Bojangles before... and when I walked I met Ms Queen! She made me smile she was so great!! The chicken was battered light and crispy not burnt or just batter. The employee taking our order in the drive thru seemed unsure and distracted-ended up charging us for 2 combo s, even when we confirmed we could just order entrees and sides. The fries were SO salty it made my throat burn I m not sure if someone was a little too heavy handed on the salt shaker, or if that s how the usually come, but regardless it just about ruined my experience. For the third time my order was incorrect at the Wylie, TX location. Called and spoke to the manager Chris and he seemed to not care and said I could come back and get new food...I told him I wasnt driving back in the middle of a huge thunderstorm. The girl at the window first gave me someone elses order...then I got my order and no sauces...waited 3 minutes for her to realize I was still at the window and asked for my sauces. Got home and one of the chicken strip combo meals was wrong and the containers of ranch looked like they were half eaten/used already. Also they didnt give me straws for the drinks. Pretty much done with this place.

Pulled up to the new Bojangles to order chicken and to my dismay the new Bojangles restaurants only serve tenders ......... As a person who has experienced Bojangles before I was a bit thrown off as their bone in chicken is some of the best in the game, but since my options having been limited, I got a chicken sandwich and some tenders with a side of fries along with some boberry biscuits ...... 3/10/24: Stopped by this new location to pick up dinner. I placed the order with Brandon, and I felt that he was doing a great job. Got my food, drove home, and discovered that he had forgotten my 2 Bo-Berry Biscuits. I ended up driving back, the doors were closed, but there were customers leaving. I told Brandon and a female staff worker what happened, and she apologized and made it right. Ive been to this location a couple of times before and didnt have any issues. I understand that mistakes happen, but I didnt like that I got all the way home and had to return for a missing item.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the chicken sandwich at , and I must say its the best Ive ever had. Not only was the food exceptional, but the customer service was outstanding. The cashier, Williams, went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for its delicious food and top-notch service.

Had bojangles a couple times in the east coast but had never had the bo biscuits and boy oh boy that is one (two actually) serious biscuit!! Definitely shouldnt be had more than once or twice a week if you dont want to blow up or get diabetes but they are so good!! The blue berries inside the icing drizzled all over it the fork they give you eat it with cos its so big and drizzled. Love it love it love it!!

Tried this new location in Wylie. The drive-thru was packed, as well as parking. Opted to eat inside. The inside only has 2 tables of 4, 2 booth styles for 2, and 4 other tables for for 2-3 people. Not a lot of seating inside. 1st observation was a worker sitting with a friend/guest at a table when customers had to stand or order food to-go. Id think theyd have some breakroom area, but due to the size of the footprint, possibly not. We ordered the grilled chicken and fried chicken sandwich and had it prepared deluxe, which is with lettuce and tomatoes. It comes with fries, and 1 side and drink. We chose dirty rice, mac-n-cheese, and coleslaw. The fried chicken sandwich had good, spicy flavor. The grilled chicken sandwich, other than the smashed top bun, temperature was good, and flavorful. Liked the dirty rice and coleslaw the best. Mac creamy. I would change the layout to make more seating for customers, as some might leave if unable to get a table.

Having lived in FL 18 years, Bojangles was a constant at our house, family gatherings, etc. Then we got stationed in California and they, of course, have no idea what a Bojangles is. Three long years without one and now we are living here and found this location. So happy to have one in driving distance again. Menu is smaller than it used to be but everything is still the same great taste. Customer service was excellent. They brought our food to the table and their homemade ranch was great. First time trying this food. We got a to- go order. The chicken strips were okay. They forgot my jalapeño dipping sauce. Very happy to see Bojangles come to Texas. I used to get the chicken supremes combo all the time so only having tenders really didnt bother me, well seasoned and juicy chicken. Overall the line moved quickly and the food was good, Im assuming theyve gotten over their opening day hurdles by now. Ill definitely be stopping by again.

States Combo Meal comes with drink, and either fries OR 1 fixin (side). If you choose anything but fries for your side, they upcharge you. If you get lemonade, they upcharge you. Very misleading bait & switch.....Brought it to their attention after paying and looking at check. They did admit customers are complaining, but no offer to make it right.....Not a good move for a brand new business.....

Ive gone 4 times since it opened. Only one was it good and right. That was the first week of opening. Onve i ordered 3 piece they gave me two. The other time i got breakfast, the coffee was cold and the hashbrowns. Tonight i got a chicken sandwich delux. No one was hardly there but they had a lot of employees. The sandwich was small as ever and the chicken was cold and looked old and little on the already small bun. For 11.00 mind you. Chic fila sandwich way better. Ordered #10 with honey mustard sauce and dirty rice. Received #10 with Buffalo sauce and the rice. Unfortunately, I did not receive a straw for my drink, utensils for my rice or napkins. While the guy at the register was pleasant, the girl sending out the food was clearly having a bad day and full of negative attitude. I tried them because they were new but I wont return.
