The team here has always been helpful and friendly, and are just the nicest people who are trying to do right by the city and its residents. These are the people you want to trust with important infrastructure maintenance.

This shelter truly seems to care about animals in the community. I really appreciate the hard work this shelter does. They care about uniting pets with their owners first. Please dont hesitate to visit and provide a loving home to a deserving animal from this shelter.

Went to a lot of animal shelters. Wylie was the most polite with the least amount of staff. Plano could learn a lot from this place. We adopted a wonderful dog into our home and she was cared for very well while at the shelter.

The people at animal control seem to be the most caring and thoughtful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting or talking to. We in Wylie TX can be very proud of these diligent people with such good hearts. I lost my dog Pajara (pa ha ra) spanish for bird. They are looking for her but they depend on all of us to report stray animals for the safety of the animal and of people. That said, my experience with them has deeply impressed me. Also a shout out to the police who contacted them for me, without my even knowing about these wonderful people. Sometimes it is easy to ignore the wonderful people who serve us everyday with heart and courage and determination. We need to reflect, give thanks, and appreciate these fine people. Thinking of the terrible pain I feel now having lost my treasured little Pajara, I had to reflect on how painful and terrible it is to have a missing child. Lets not just reflect, lets get our elected officials aware that we need a law that puts the Amber Alert out on all computer and communication devices no matter where or for what purposes they are being used by the public. We have a great city here in Wylie and sometimes its easy to forget just how good the people who serve us here truly are, and how good most of the people who live here are. Dont fail to give another review, lets bless those who are a light in our community, and not waste time cursing about what is bad, the bad will curse itself, and the light of love will keep on shining.
