Person at the front desk was very rude, the address on the online order says South HW while they use North HW at store, so he told me its on the south side. I gave him a phone number which was not on the order and then when I gave him the other number he rudely said I already check you and you gave me the wrong number, also assumed me for being rude and when I tried to show him the address on the order he said dont shove your phone at my face. AVOID THIS PLACE, VERY TOXIS STAFF

I am extremely disappointed in the new changes to the tavern style margaritas pizza. According to the wonderful person on the phone, their district manager changed how much pesto is to go on this pizza, and the new amount is 5 droplets a slice. You cant even taste the pesto..... The store goofed up my pizza the first run, but made it right and got me a new one made correctly (according to the new measurements via the district manager). Let me tell you the heartbreak and disappointment I have in this. And for the district manager, dont punish this store for your ruling. This was on your shoulders. Own up and fix it.

They totally messed up my online order. I order a personal pizza with mushrooms and a medium round pizza. They gave me a personal pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushrooms. My wife is allergic to meat so this is a big problem. The medium pizza was square instead of round not a big deal but not what I asked for.

The manager on duty was extremely rude. He used profanity and told me it was nothing he could do after my delivery arrived late, cold and missing items. I order directly through Pizza Hut s site and the food was delivered by a third party. The Pizza Hut Wylie is trash and so are the workers.

Worst customer service rather then solve the problem or be helpful Joe would rather put the blame on the customer when the order came out wrong. Food was late to arrive and one pizza which was a large came out as a medium size couple with the fact that I didnt even get my drink I paid for. Yolinda you got to train your staff especially Joe better cause it could have easily been the Doordash problem but no it has to be the customer in Joes eyes.

I ordered from the app and over 1.5 hours later my pizza never arrived. The delivery status that originally had an ETA of 7:27pm disappeared. Ive had food service from this location before but this is the second time in a row theyve had awful service. Update: Called the store and they gave excuses like there was an car accident and they had dropped the original one. The new pizza is coming out the oven and will be delivered quickly. I live maybe 5 mins drive from this location. The pizza arrived barely warm. Even worse, it looks like the center is missing sauce and cheese. Im done with this location.

You guys need to be more responsible towards your costumers. You guys need to answer that telephone for costumers so that costumers can figure out whats going on with their orders. Pizza isnt all that good at all, and if I would have known they had doordash to deliver it I never ever woud have ordered from here. The doordashers location was way off and he was creepy, he stood in front of my door for over 5 minutes after I told pizza on the app to leave at the door for contactless delivery. Never ever again, Papa Johns is a lil more pricey but way better pizza and service, no doordashers for delivery, actual delivery drivers!! Horrible

Their food has always been amazing but the nighttime manager as he told me he was I m not really sure if he was or not and he refused to give me his name. He did not have on a name tag. Chubby white boy maybe mid 30s early 30s don t really know. dark hair. Very rude very feminine so I know corporate can tell you who that is but I m making a phone call tomorrow because he was very rude to my child and then very rude to me on the phone and our food came wrong after he was rude on the phone because I did not want to place an online order. Every time I called and asked to speak to the general manager he tells me that I cannot speak to the general manager. The general manager is not in and it s been over a week now because it was before Thanksgiving. I have tried plenty of times to call and they don t answer the phone. The GM for this establishment apparently is him and that he doesn t want to tell me that because he s the one that I get every time I ask for a manager. I ve been to the store three different times I sent myself and I sent my sister in and I sent my daughter. We all asked for a manager at different times so he did not know we were together. We did not park in front of the store and every single time he tells us that there is no other manager. and I don t even care about the fact my food was messed up at this point. It s about the fact of how rude he is and he does not care about customer service at all. So go to the other Pizza Hut on 78 or go to Murphy don t even go to this one because they weren t like us a year ago or even two years ago when we first moved down here and start ordering pizzas and I have not had this problem with any other pizza place.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. It is not only dirty but also people dont seem to know what they are doing. The time I arrived, at least four people were waiting before me and then other customers kept coming. I like Pizza Hut in general but seeing this place so dirty, I dont think Im ever going to order anything from this place. Inside, everyone seems to be running, someone is teaching how to put the pizza in the oven and how to cut it. Cleanliness inside is quite questionable.

Staff was excellent with their customer service. However, the place smells like a sewer is backed up and is very sticky and icky. Needs a deep clean up front and probably the back. Disappointed that thus place got rid of the Hut Seasoning. Or the employees just didnt want to use it. I had it on another order about 3 weeks ago. This location used Door Dash, whose driver could not find my address in the age of Goggle maps. After waiting an hour, I notified the store, and the manager offered to remake what would have been a cold pizza and use one of their in house drivers, with the addition of some breadsticks at no cost to make up for the inconvenience. After waiting another hour, I had dosed off and was awakened by my phone. It was someone from Pizza Hut informing me that they had tried delivering my pizza, but the driver could not get ahold of me, and did I still want my pizza. I said yes, and they said it would be about 10 min. I then checked my phone but had no notifications that I had missed a call or text. True to their word, 10 mins later, there was a knock at my door. The driver handed me a crushed box containing a cold pizza... and no promised breadsticks. I handed him a $20 for a $17 order and received the thanks for the lousy tip attitude. Needless to say, I wont be ordering from any Pizza Hut from now on.

I think this location has the potential to bring in great revenue. However, the guidance from the manager and district manager is greatly needed. I have always given good reviews to my fav store on Hwy 78 in Wylie, however I was dissapointed when I called to place my order. I said do you have the New York Big style pepperoni pizza? He said, just a min please. Uh yes maam we do. I said ok can you add mushrooms? Just a min. Yes we can. Is that it? I said I also need a med beef with mushroom and that is it. Ok he said, that will be $35 and 45 min for delivery. Well they were on time. The big New York Style pizza had no pepperoni at all and very little mushrooms! The mushroom and beef had what I think is shredded ham, which I can not eat. I think I need a refund.

Beyond horrible experience which I may believe is due to the weather and staff but ultimately it comes down to making it right. Ordered at 3:45 and finally at 5:18 pizza and wings were cold as it is outside. Tried numerous attempts to reach management and no success. Pizza review: the crust is not good. Doesn t have much flavor. Other Pizza Hut locations taste much better! Location review: Pizza not great. They do not give plates or napkins. Which pizza is messy. Why would you not give napkins? No packets of red pepper or cheese available. You must buy a container, they are $1 each. I miss the packet days. The whole container is an overkill when you only need a little. This location doesn t have good deals compared to other Pizza Hut locations in the metroplex. App review: it cleared out our order 3 different times when trying to order. Once due to changing locations, another because we entered a coupon code, and the other was because the app crashed. Very frustrating to place an order.

Food arrived 1.5 hours after ordering when it said it would take 40 minutes. I wish this was the first time I had trouble with this location but it isn t. This has to be one of the worst Pizza Hut locations in the area. I have called to get a refund for receiving the wrong pizza and was told no one at the store was able to do refunds and that if I wanted one I needed to call back 2 days later when the manager was in store. They must be horribly understaffed and what staff they have are poorly trained.

I have not had issues with this store in Wylie, Tx until now. I will admit that when I ordered online, I did not see that carry out was marked and not delivery. As I finished up the order I tipped $8 on a $40 order for the driver thinking my order was set for delivery. When my order did not arrive after an hour, I called the store. The manager answered and I asked whats going on with my order. He replied that my order was set for carry out. I told him that it shouldve been a delivery and could he please have it delivered. He said ok and we hung up. He called me back a couple of minutes later and said that there was a delivery fee, at which point I replied, are you kidding me, I tipped double the del fee, take the delivery fee out of the tip and deliver it, please. His reply was that he couldnt do that. I cancelled the order. Now, I know that this did not start out as the fault of the store, but the handling of it by the manager, left a bit to be desired. It wouldve been quite simple to just hand my order to one of his drivers and deliver my order. Instead he ended up not delivering my order and wasted a medium pizza, wings and bread sticks. Yeah, that cost $40....and in the end, I wound up going to McDonalds.....

This is the second time I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut when it said it was going to be delivered in 35 minutes to 45 minutes and actually ended up taking an hour and a half. Then the delivery driver didnt deliver our drinks which took another 45 minutes. The time before they didnt deliver the sauces. So today I just order a pizza late and I received a phone call from Gabrell that works here to let me know that my pizza was going to be late. This is what I love about workers that take the time to call you and let you know that something went wrong. This young man should defiantly get a raise for his awareness and kindness. I know this young man will go far in life. My pizza showed up cold to the touch and my kids where so upset they didnt want to eat the pizza. And who delivers pizza without a pizza bag to keep pizza hot and warm.

This location is truly one of a kind! Place an order with them and you will receive: 1. A random surprise of food you didnt order and none of the food you did order! Perfect for those looking to lose weight! 2. An inebriated delivery driver stumbling around and unable to speak properly handing you the food you didnt want! Such a fun story to tell the family during the holidays! 3. Painful debilitating food poisoning! Their food is made with such quality and care you wont be able to eat anything else for days. 4. Management and Staff who get mad at you for suggesting they might have messed up! Wanting the food you paid for and to not have lava turning inside your stomach all day is such Karen behavior .

Did an online order and it stated the delivery would take 22-32 minutes. I waited 45 minutes then I called, someone picked up the phone and hung up right away. Went up to the location and as I m driving there I get a text that doordash would pick up my food and deliver it at 8:50, but the text was delivered at 8:54? I ordered on the Pizza Hut app and was confused. Now going to eat my pizza that I ordered for my kids and I a little more than an hour ago. Shouldn t have taken this long, and the customer service not very good.

On April 30th, I made an order at 10:44 pm. At almost an hour and a half later, I get a phone call from the delivery driver asking how to find my apartment. Something, no other delivery person has had an issue with. Its literally a half circle, so it doesnt matter which direction you go. I explain as best I can, considering that its not that hard, and he still never delivers. The place closes at 12 AM and doesnt answer when I try to get my money back. When I try to go online, the complaint freezes every time I enter a zip code. To top it all off, when the delivery guy originally called, he talked to me like he was doing me a favor that he doesnt have to do. After the increase in food prices, the huge delivery fee and a tip... theyre doing me a favor? Later the delivery guy texts saying he was outside my door the last time he called, and I sent him away. First, if he was outside my door, all he had to do was knock. Second, I had been standing outside for 15 min, because this guy claimed he couldnt find my place. So, I could see my door and I know he wasnt there. Then at 2 AM, I get a phone call. I was asleep and woke up... I called back. The manager pretends he cant hear me and trys to pretend he is trying to get to the bottom of things. 1) He calls at 2AM, which is unreasonable by itself. 2) Really? You cant hear me... thats your excuse? Never again! Pizza Hut has always sucked, but I thought I would give them a try... and of course, nothing but a problem.

One of their MANAGERS stole credit card information and actively attempted to steal funds from that account information. The GENERAL MANAGER GUILLERMO knew and didn t do anything about it. Be very careful with your personal information at this location.

Dont order if you expect your food to arrive, because it wont, and your kids will cry. Now you are tired and hungry, and your kids are tired and hungry, and no one has pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut! Maybe make your stores available in a 3rd party app if youre going to go ahead and outsource to door dash anyway. This is the 3rd time a door dash driver has stolen my order or maybe they are just dense and cant follow GPS directions or the fact that we are the only house with a white minivan in the driveway. Sure, I can pick up my own pizza, but I figured tipping $10 to the driver on a $24 order was sufficient. I will never order from you guys again.

Who is the owner of this certain store? This pizza hut has the worst customer service! We had the pizza delivered 2-3 wks ago and they delivered us the wrong order, not only it was a wrong order, the food looked like somebody already ate it, the chicken wings was missing 2 pcs of it, pizza was cold because it was ordered 2-3 hrs before we ordered it as we ve seen in the receipt. We called them and we were told they are giving us a store credit instead. They were giving us $20 store credit when i paid $27, and so i said how come we re only getting $20 and then he gave me $30. Time for us to use to the store credit and said that we only have $10! Felt like we re robbed and deceived. Save yourself from all these trouble. There are other pizza hut store nearby with better service! Whoever is the owner of this store, please educate your crew!

Service can be a bit slow, but the employees are friendly do their best to accommodate. Delivery from this location isnt bad either. Watch out though, the owner will nickel and dime you for any extras like dipping sauces. This is the only Pizza Hut in the area that does this. Ill order from this store again for convenience, but I prefer the Murphy franchise location.

If they had an option for 0 starts I would use that instead. So this is the 3rd time I have problems with this pizza hut. First time I ordered my pizza never got delivered. I called and they put in another order (charged me again) and never delivered my pizza. I drove to the pizza hit and it was closed by this time I knocked on the door and the manager opened the door. I asked for the manager and he said it was him but he does not want to be. Well they atleast refunded my money. Second time told my wife to pick up a pizza on her way home and the cook was throwing and kicking stuff around and made my wife feel very uncomfortable. 3rd time I ordered my pizza they said it would be 1 hour and I said ok. I got home 2 hour later and called them and they said they dont have an order for me. So I was like here we go again. I said well nevermind at this point and hung up. I checked my credit card charges just to make sure and what do you know they charged me. Well called back and they said they dont have a record and to call back at 9pm when they probably close Im sure to talk to the GM. Very dissapointed. You might ask why I would continue to order pizza with them. Well I like pizza hut and that is thr neatest location that delivers. And when my son wants pizza and Im out and about its easy for me to have a pizza delivered.

I called 8 times to cancel an order due to me getting sick after ordering. They hung up on me every single time I tried to contact them. I finally got someone and they canceled my order and hung up on me again. My fiancé called and they claimed I got my refund and canceled the order. No refund and still got the food that was cold.
