I dont know what new management they got in the last year or so, but the quality has gone way up. The pizza is always great now. Right balance of cheese and sauce and it feels fresh. The bread bites are the best add-on.

What is happening to this place. Over 3 years, I ve been going here. The lady that use to be there in the evenings was so nice and courteous and the food was delicious. Now it s all kids there and customer service is crap. The food is not what it use to be. From previous comments it seems like the manager does not care, but you better start caring people will stop going here. Get it together people.

I ve been a customer from Domino s Pizza on 78 for years. Tonight, I ordered a two-topping pizza. Some slices had barely toppings. When I called to complain, a guy pretended being the manager and pretty much called me a liar when I explained what happened to my order. He offered to credit it back in a rude manner. I calle a second time after seeing that the charged was made to my CC but there was not credit. This time, I spoke to the most incompetent General Manager , who had ZERO customer service and gave me the most unbelievable excuse for the uneven toppings. At the end, she said that she will put a note in my account to give me a free pizza next time. She didn t even asked for my name. Last but not least, even thought I nicely say thank you , have a good night , she hung up on me. Wow! What a great business . Stay away from this Domino s location.

Wrost place ever. Staff is rude. Samantha scerewd up my pizza. I ordered a thin crust, and I got a regular crust. The pasta is little it did not fill me up, and they are charging 8 dollars for 5 noodles with barley no sauce and topping. I will never order from here again! Place is even dirty they need to clean the lobby. My pants got dirty because the chair was dirty waiting for pizza.

They re going to judge you based on the amount of tip you give. Made me wait intentionally when I gave less tip. Staff is great! Very friendly! Just the food not great. I have been a loyal customer since 1994 and for the most part its been fine but the last year it not been good. Spent $45 and the only thing that was good was the soda. Our wings were under cooked and rubbery and not much sauce. All our food was stone cold. Ordered Two pizzas and wings with a drink. Kevin was my delivery driver. They forgot my wings and he didn t seem too bothered by it. I called up to the store asking to speak to the manager and got the general manager. She told me she would get it to me when she can, and didn t know how long it would be before the wings came . She told me if I wanted it quicker I could come up she didn t seem to be bothered or try to offer any kind of compensation for their mistake. She refused to give me her name and hung up in my face. When I called back, she threatened to call the police on me. She was very combative and hostile. Zero stars would not recommend.

Pizza just the way you ask. We asked for plenty of tomato sauce we get it. In addition, I think they give the most generous portions of individual toppings. At most places anymore you get sparcely spread out toppings and the more individual topping on the pizza you order the more pronounced this issue is! But, at this location in Wylie they are a lot better of giving you a reasonable amount of each individual topping without chincing out on you and that is true for their supreme version too. I know because we usually get at least one of those everytime we order and so far each pizza has had a good amount of toppings without chincing out on us. To me that means something!

Worst staff and a bunch of hill bellies manning the store . Gave us the wrong order and then never wanted to fix it . Our family was going to have pizza from this place, but this location clearly had other plans. We ordered our pizza 20 minutes before we picked it up, and the employees gave us the wrong order completely. We are strictly vegetarian, and we picked up two meat pizzas. Keep in mind that this location is almost 30 minutes away from our house. After calling this location, the manager said that they weren t allowed to deliver the right order to us. Cuz I can t give it zero stars! Ordered online and it gave an estimated completion time. When I arrived at the store for pickup at the time it said it would be done, the cashier told me my order was going to take another 30-45 minutes to be ready. Interestingly enough the screen in the store still said it would be ready in about 5 minutes When I asked if they could deliver it when it was ready, the cashier said yes, but then tried to charge me another $12 to get it delivered. I then asked if the manager could wave the delivery fee or give me some type of accommodation for the inconvenience. She said she could cancel my order if I wanted. Wow! What great customer service. I ordered Large (14) Thin Philly Cheese Steak pizza with Onions, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Philly Steak, American Cheese, Shredded Provolone Cheese for carryout. I went to the Wylie, Tx location at 5:02 pm on Friday May 13th, 2022. My order was supposed to be done between 5:15 pm and 5:25 pm so I clicked the Im here button on the website. At 5:25 the timer started. At 5:26 the timer stopped. When my pizza wasnt brought out by 5:28, I called the store. The gentlemen that picked up apologized and said hed check on it, and they were too busy, then he said hed take it out. He didnt have a reason as to why the timer was stopped and he offered to ask the manager about the free pizza since it wasnt brought out on time. He then advised me to fill out the online questions so I could get it. I didnt receive the pizzas until 5:30. The thin crust pizza I received was thrown, with several slices having little to no cheese and only about half of the pizza having green peppers. I called the store to speak to a manager, and was given to James. I spoke to James about how the pizza looked. He then told me to bring back the pizza after I had already left, and when I was trying to explain that I had left, he started complaining about how they are short staffed. I started telling him that I understood as I used to work for Pizza Hut, and he started raising his voice, saying, Let me finish and Let me finish speaking despite me already speaking. He gave no reason for the timer being stopped either aside from saying that theyre really busy and short staffed, which doesnt mean that they can lie to corporate and their customers and not bring out the orders at the promised time to avoid giving away free products.

Have been ordering from Dominos @ 602 S State Highway 78 since we moved to Wylie about 4yrs ago coz my kids are kind of picky and love Dominos. Extremely disappointing experience.. - Ordered pizza at around 2:30pm for a timed party delivery at 7:30pm - Waited for delivery and called store at 7:50pm; was informed that pizza will be delivered in the next 10 mins - No delivery took place, called the store again at around 8:10pm; was told that the delivery person is on the way. However even after repeated requests, the store didnt try to contact the driver or give an accurate delivery time. - Called the third time and was informed that the order is cancelled because the the order cudnt be transferred to Murphy Dominos at the right time. No intimation, no information, straight cancellation. It was a birthday party and the kids were highly disappointed.

Still waiting on my pizza I ordered an hour and 20 mins ago so I called the store. First try they answered and just immediately hung up on me. 2nd try they pickup the phone and dont even say anything so I say Hello? & I get a Yes? And so I proceed to ask when my pizza will be delivered bc the Tracker says my foods been in quality check status for an hour. He then tells me it will be about an hour or even longer, but probably longer ..... I said an hour longer than the hour Ive already waited??? He says Im correct an hour longer or more then offers nothing except says Do you want to cancel your order? Um. No. I just want you to deliver my pizza please and a little customer service common sense also goes a long way. Was the weirdest lack of basic customer service Ive ever experienced.....Even my teenage daughter had a look of bewilderment at how he was. So far as I write this my pizza still isnt here. I ordered it around noon its 2:10pm

I normally love this dominos, I never have a problem. Then as soon as I do have a problem, they get a attitude. Found a short light brown hair about 3 inches long in my pizza, baked into it. They act like I did something wrong.

I ordered my pizza for delivery and the delivery driver delivered it somewhere else and didnt even make sure it was our house. Hardly any place knows how to find our place. Its really annoying that someone else gets our food almost every time we order food for delivery, cuz the delivery drivers dont know how to use GPS.

Solid establishment. Delivery drivers have been great too! My one complaint would be that they raised the price of changing sauces while competitors *cough* Pizza Hut *cough* offers that exchange without price difference. This really isnt a complaint against this one location (since its at the corporation level this is decided) but I wish it would change. Update: They no longer have a surcharge on special sauces. They have fixed the error in their ways! haha! Im changing this 4 star review to a 5 star!

I ve been to the location in Wylie a couple times in the last few months. Friendly staff, super prompt and attentive. The food is always exactly what I expect being a Dominos customer for many years. If you like consistency from a pizza classic. Go here for sure.

We love this Dominos store! This is my sons favorite pizza place and we order often. The store is small and clean. Masks are worn and curbside pickup is an option if you dont want to go in. When we order delivery, no matter who we get they are always sweet and friendly. The food is always fresh and hot and the staff is absolutely top notch. 10/10 would recommend this location

This Dominoes has always delivered our order quickly and correctly The management is top-notch. I had trouble with a gift card that I received from a student and once the manager knew I was a teacher he took care of it and gave an extra $5 off. Outstanding location!.

I tried dominos because pizza hut tested me shabbily on my last order. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quick the pizza was made and the prompt delivery to my car. I was also surprised at how nice it smelled in the car, a rich tomato-y smell. Pizza was exactly as offered. Price was reasonable.

This place has always been the best Ive gotten to meet two delivery drivers that are without a doubt the best people in the world. One of them knew me all to well considering Id get it after a stressful test and wed have a quick conversation but he was a hell of a person. I dont know if he still works there but Im glad that everyone who works there is nice enough and understanding when I mess up on my pronunciation. Thank god for this dominos, and for their friendly staff

This was a mistake. If a low price is your only concern than this is your place. You will get a pizza with a cardboard crust and a ketchup like sauce. Enjoy and choke & puke. Marcos has the best pizza in the greater Wylie area.
