I had a bad experience with the lady who attended us, at first she was friendly and after we told her that our budget was 5 thousand dollars she said that we didnt want to pay anything, she was very rude, in reality she doesnt throw the party you want but What she says is that she wanted to tell us what to give for dinner and she got upset if we wanted something else. That was 4 years ago but the lady looked super ambitious and her assistant or husband, I dont know who he was, boasted to us that the best bands went there and that all the rich people were renting that place and honestly, from how the photos look, it doesnt seem like it. For pure rich people, only they are very hungry and ordinary, I do not recommend dealing with this type of very rude and vulgar people.

Worst service ever Yolanda I will be posting on all my my social media what this lady did. I still do not have a response from her and haven t been able to even get my daughters quince pictures due to her vender not answering as well. Do not absolutely do not book with this lady!!! Worst service ever!!!! check your contracts she over charges. she does not provide the service she says she is going to. She is a money hungry lady that does not care about her customers. She over Charged me in everything and when the vendors found out she was charging me up to 6 times more than what they charge they stopped working with her as well. worst Service ever

Beautiful venue BUT I would not recommend the coordinator Yarida. I had my daughters sweet 16 and it was extremely stressful not getting responses from Yarida and hearing how busy she was every time you speak to her, as if your event is the last thing on her mind. Party coordinator Karla had to take over right before the party and I wish I had her from the beginning. Karla was able to even help choreograph the grand entrance the MORNING of the party ! She was a life saver! The owner Yolanda and staff were also very kind but again just do your research on the coordinator if you want your event to be all that you imagine

Attended a Wedding on 30th of October. The layout is awsome, very well planned out. The wedding was beautiful, enjoyed hearing the grooms parents give beautiful speeches and also sing. The manager and her crew whent above and beyond, in making everyone feel welcomed. The food was marvelous, we had some questions about the food, because of alergies, and the manager came to our table to answer them. Greatly recommend this place and the great crew.

I had the pleasure of attending my nieces wedding last Saturday and I will say it was one of the best venues I ve ever been to it s absolutely a diamond in the rough. The outdoor venue becomes magical in the night sky as it s illuminated by several lights giving elegant ambience . The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the night even when faced with impertinent guest. Food was amazing several guest asked for seconds and they even went out of there way to make sure food allergy ingredients were not present for me. Several guest referenced the event as a twilight wedding , my niece had the wedding of her dreams Thank You

Just got married there this past weekend and let me just say I had my dream wedding. As the bride worrying and wanting everything to be perfect as my vision and when the day finally came I can honestly say everything was perfect the lighting, the food, all 9yards perfect. My family and friends all came together and had a wonderful time and loved the venue! Highly recommend ! Thank you to all staff that night for working so hard to make it perfect

This venue and the staff are very friendly! Everything came out super beautiful for the wedding ! They supplied so much more than we asked for. the bride and her bride tribe had their own private room to get ready! Thank you to the management, waiters, and bartenders, for being very patient with our vexatious guest! Food was delicious! Thank you for giving the bride and groom their dream wedding! Highly recommend !

AMAZING!! The venue and food was wonderful.. my guest loved it..!!. (Of course their are always a few who are always looking for the worst in things but that dont matter - I was the one planning the event) the service was great!! Our family and friends were free to enjoy themselves rather than help serve and attend to other guests. .. My daughters wedding was so elegant and magical They had amazing lighting and an amazing set up. Yolanda and her team added special touches at the end, at no extra charge... They helped me throughout the entire planning... Large events like a wedding dont always go smoothly but they were there to help me with any unexpected issues.. I would definitely have another event with them Thank you Yolanda and Yadira!!!

All lights, poor service, over zealous manager, the food was cold the vegetables were frozen microwaved, nasty! Because of the previous reviews I had seen. I didnt corporate with my sons wedding I did not want my sons wedding here.

Please don t get married here, You have to be careful with yolanda, when we had talked at the beginning she had said things were included and then once the contract was signed she changed things and said they weren t. We booked because it was the most affordable outdoor wedding venue we could find but they charge you for even breathing the same air and came up to a lot more than it was originally. I wanted a simple wedding and i felt judged every time we went to discuss decor and felt like she was planning it or mad that i wouldn t get other things. I had picked the manteles and the day of the wedding they were not what i asked and said that i had asked for those even though i had never seen them before. I payed for the tablecloths i had chosen and it wasn t what i asked for so i asked for my money back and she did not want to do that and never replied to my texts or calls. I left the centerpieces there to pick them up the following day and she swears they weren t there. The wedding planner didn t show up for our practice the day before and all yolanda said was to basically figure it out. She didn t go outside to help or anything. I hated it, it was such a stressful experience because of the management and i will never have an event there again and I ll make sure to tell all my family members and friends to never have one here either. Awful service

My first time visiting this venue, the layout is nice the decor was exceptional However the parking is extremely tight and although the service was polite, it was lacking no follow up very little clean up And Absolutely NO Napkins .... These few things ruined what could have been a great experience. It is my sincere hope that management reads this review so that they can capitalize on the things that are still lacking because this place has phenomenal potential in our region !

Wasnt impressed, for the amount they charge you would think it would be outstanding. First of all the owner manager lady is not even well versed in proper setup, leaves all over, and tables off to the side ready to be setup right by the ceremony space. Please also train your staff better. Waitresses off to the side cackling, looking disheveled and bartenders eating as if they are kids in class sneaking in bites. Please get it together.

Its a lovely place if you want to host an event!!! I wish I would have taken pictures. owner is great very friendly she takes most of the stress away by being able to cater most of the essentials needed for an event. The prices are not ridiculous like other locations I visited. Its beautiful especially at night when all the lights are on!

We went for a wedding reception and parking wasnt far. There was security at the entrance asking for our passes. The service was good, everything looked so pretty and the gardens so beautiful. Loved how it was decorated, loved the music and a very romantic environment.

Very inexperienced staff, they will do things like forget to serve two tables of guests food, forget to provide utensils for specific ceremonial events. Always needing to be given queue for stuff they should know how to do. Clueless, untrained. Management of this venue will charge a ton of money, and will not perform at the level one would expect to come with such a price. Go somewhere else.

We had our wedding at Jardines Arco Iris just a couple of weeks ago and we cannot stop thinking of how beautiful it was. My first appointment was in the late afternoon and the place was glowing as there are big beautiful trees wrapped in white lights, lit gazebo and tent, and water fountains. I fell in love with the garden the first time I walked in. We decided on a simple elegant theme and received numerous compliments from our guests and we were simply amazed. The staff at the event were very accomodating and courteous and the food and cake were delicious! I definitely recommend this place for a beautiful and unforgettable experience

To begin with I had my wedding at the Jardines 4 years ago. It was a beautiful wedding thanks to a wedding planner they had at the time, Ms. Jessica! She was amazing! The atmosphere is perfect on a nice summer night. All my decorations were just like I wanted them all thanks to Jessica. Jessica also let me share my ideas and how I wanted the event to run and she did exactly what I wanted. From the Dj to the fireworks everything went very well. Then a guest accidentally took a center piece that the guest were not suppose to take, which was fine because our deposit clearly covered that. Well Mrs. Yolanda who is the owner of the venue threatened to send me another bill for the centerpiece and tried to say another piece was missing which then turned up so that was a lie. Had Mrs. Yolanda stayed away from the event it would have been a perfect experience and my rating would be higher! The venue is wonderful and fairly priced but dealing with the owners is a nightmare! Mrs. Yolanda is not a good wedding planner so im so thankful that at the time they had Ms. Jessica who was just the sweetest person ever! Again great place but be very careful with the owners.
