Ok heres the sauce to save. Always reserve lanes & go with 6 ppl or more ppl. U will pay about 45-50$ a person for 2.5 hours, unlimited soda, pizza & wings on the house. For 6 ppl tonight was $283 with soda, pizza & wings. Always ask for there discount code when u call & reserve. Always a win. Ask for Sandra. She is a good host.

We paid $40 for a single game at Bowlero, but the employee at the counter mentioned it was $9 and didn t explain any additional charges. They charged my card without showing me the total, which is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and I don t understand why I m paying taxes for a drink I didn t even have.

The bowling was good. BUT service was appalling. We waited so long for our drinks. Ended up playing an extra game that we didn t want to so that our drinks could come. We ordered fries which never came. They almost expect you to leave and not care about the food that you paid for. I stood my ground and requested for a refund. Even if it s just a matter of 6 bucks, it s just unfair and shoddy hospitality.

Narrow lanes. No ball racks, so you have to debate with the other lanes to try to find a ball your size. Nobody approached us for service the entire time we were there. Went there for Moms Night Out and was really impressed. On a Thursday night it really had a bar atmosphere. Music was a little loud but it was rowdy and just what we needed. Not too crowded and the clientele was not sketchy. My friend even went home in her shoes and they they did not care. They do not do multiple checks so bring cash or go to the bar.

The staff is very nice and friendly. Very hard working. The lanes are not the greatest - they are always over oiled, and the pins have strings on them which while this avoids breakdowns, it sort of kills the bowling experience. Adding the strings to the pins was a bad corporate decision IMO. My friends call this a bar that happens to have a bowling alley attached. It is always fun to go there. :)

I love the Sunday special but the service is terrible. The milkshakes took more than 20 minutes to arrive. No one came to the lane when requested. No one came to check on us once. I had to stop by the bar to ask for waters for my group. The names were wrong on the lanes and I had to come up to the front about five times to have it fixed. I would not recommend this location. Also a friend ordered a cookie cake and was never told that they had run out, at least she got a refund right? After she ASKED when it was going to be brought to our lane.

We had really bad experience at this place. We did a reservation pay over $400 for 2 hr. bowling and we tried to make modification to the reservation was told we can t make any changes after it was book. It was very frustrating to have paid so much for a reservation and then not be able to make any changes to it. Our experience always with Main Event, in terms of flexibility and pricing is much better. Overall, the experience was really bad and way expensive.

This review is strictly on the ARCADE. Maintenance is poor throughout the arcade, and the game selection is very small compared to other Bowlero. This location doesnt have a prize counter/store, just a small prize hub. Good thing I can spend the tickets I won here at other locations. The only pros were the low prices due to half price Wednesday, and the nice smell inside the arcade.

The service from the front counter , to the bar, the server, and management was the worse. This prices are too high for the service they offer. They charge you $12 for alcohol beverage but served cups of juice. Then when you complain they act like you asking them to over pour. I just received my money back and returned the drink. They gave my nephew the wrong game card we reloaded with $50 and he never collected any points. Again, they act as if he did something wrong. They realized he was giving the wrong card. The server had too many lanes to assist. He couldn t remember who card belong to who. Do not open a tab with them. This seemed like a big scam.

If you want o have a fun and a great time with family or friends this is the place to be Came to celebrate with a group of friends. The staff were so nice. Aivan was very attentive and friendly. Overall it was fantastic. Definitely will come back to have fun.

I just want to share a little bit of our experiences at Bowlero.! First of all since day one Michelle , was very accommodating when booking our group event, she answered all my questions and make easier the process .! Upon arrival we met ivan, who s was very kind and be always was making sure we were all good. Unfortunately a lot of places we go this days we notice how customer service is not something that people care about as much as few years ago. But honestly being at bowlero that was another history.!!! Thanks Michelle and Ivan cause you make the effort for us to have a GREAT Time!! We are definitely going back.!

Not bad. The food was pretty solid for a bowling alley. I hated the way the pins were set up with the cables attached to the top of the pins. My second throw smacked the pins and the lane became unusable and we had to move lanes. Over all, decent experience here.

My first time at Bowlero, and had a great experience! JR took very good care of me and my familys time here. While he was in training. Came back Tonight, and he remembered me. He seems to be doing a great job at work! I was very pleased with his service! Had a positive attitude, and made me feel welcomed. Highly recommend this place.

Place is a whole vibe, everything was perfect for my group and I. Even down to the drinks. The Bartender made the whole night what it is. Drinks were perfect and the customer service was superb. Terrell kept th flowing and we kept on bowling.
