I first went to a B&B in the Northland in Kansas City, MO. The folks at that theater became a small family. As a healthcare worker, movies are my way to destress. I moved to North Dallas 2 years ago. Every time I have come into this theater, the employees are all so kind and friendly and efficient. The popcorn is always fresh, the facility is clean including the bathrooms and that is surprisingly awesome and appreciated. The seats are comfortable and relaxing in the theaters. The theater temperature is always perfect. I never want a blanket or long sleeves. I do wish there were a few more places to sit downstairs when not in a movie because I did a double feature and I had a 2 hour instead of 1 hour break. That s on me though. The staff was working away around me sitting at one of the tables and cleaning and preparing for the upcoming rush. I could have gone to a competitor for movies but this B&B truly gives the family vibe and customer service. I have lived in a few places and when there is a B&B near that is where I go. No matter when I come, I always get a smile and positivity making it worth coming here. Convenient, kind, positive atmosphere make this particular theater HOME. Come to B&B Wiley and Welcome Home for the movies.

I had a horrible experience here! The bald bartender/waiter stood there and had a full long conversation with a couple while I waited to order food before my movie started. The issue was he was already done taking their order he just ignored me and kept talking about different random things smh. So I just decided not to order. I walked off and it was as if he didnt want to take my order at all. This was totally unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location!

Horrible customer service How sad with all the amount of money we spend to come to the movies and the amount of money they charge for popcorn and soda. One minute after my 11 yr old son got his kids pack size soda and popcorn for $10 he accidentally tripped and dropped his popcorn. He politely went back to the concession stand and asked if they would give him a little more popcorn since he dropped his, they said no for this movie theater saving a couple of pennies on popcorn they lost a customer, I will never come here again and we ve been coming here for years.

I went to see the new sci fi/alien movie in the theater with the automated seats. If you ve never been, it is worth going just to experience it. For someone over 6 the seats were too small and very uncomfortable. The seats sway, vibrate, shake and have air that will blast you during intense scenes. The air can be too intense and annoying. Overall it was a fun, interesting experience but I wouldn t go again until there are upgrades to the setup. The facility was nice, no complaints. The staff were friendly but at the concession stand, I had trouble getting the cashier to understand what a Bud Lite is. She had to call her manager and asked He wants a BUDlight, what is a BUDlight? If it were closer, I would probably go back, but it is a bit too far away. The 3 Star is for the rumble seats taking away from the movie. If the other theaters are traditional, I may go see the new action/hero movie and give a better rating based on that experience.

Overpriced, none of the seat sections are synced, the sprays of air dont make any sense for the most part at least with Alien Romulus, the butt vibrations were uncomfortable, this should definitely be done primarily in the foot rests, the random kidney jabs are enough to want to box with the chair in F11, I moved over 1 seat and the jabs were on the left vs right and less irritating however the manipulation attempts were definitely forced and not stimulating, which shows you have multiple engineering and IT nightmares to focus on, with me not willing to be the test subject and no 3D tech??? More importantly 3D IMAX?!?!? so how in the world can you call this 4D? Please try harder and work smarter not harder...

Drove forty five minutes to find out information in person they definitely could ve put online so you know what to book and when. We were really looking forward to a fun date night with a dinner and a movie in the same place. Definitely not as advertised. Food and drink only available for delivery in very few out of the all theaters. If you want to see a specific movie with dinner and drinks you need to verify that it does have upstair suites. I was so looking forward to watching Deadpool and Wolverine with 4D experience. I Booked the ticket online, felt 19$ + service fee was a bit much for movie in the second week and that too for 2pm. For a weekend theater wasn t too busy. In theater experience was great! Although, I did not like the experience at Box office or food! Their box office was closed on the weekend and tickets have to be picked up as the same queue as popcorn which is ridiculous, also explains how busy or understaffed they are! Initially there was a long queue on both lines, so I decided to come back in a bit after bio break! By the time I got back there was an empty queue. I went there and asked for ticket and pop corn, the guy standing behind the lady at the counter asked me to come to the lady s counter while he fiddle his thumbs. Small popcorn is 9$+ after tax which is outrageous. This theater is not for everyone! I would rather go to cinemark. Backstage membership is useless too.

I see that this is one of two only movie theaters in the entire DFW area that have true 4DX and not just moving chairs. I would like to see twisters but they only had it for limited time and not showing it anymore after checking everyday. I tried getting tickets when it was available but they all sold out too quick. They need to bring it back like Cinemark did with their D BOX. Looks like I will be taking my business to Cinemark or Regal in Austin TX. I would love to see more showings with this movie with true 4DX experience with water wind ect but seems like its not happening. Only this theater and Red Oak has 4DX within all of DFW. Twisters is a no brainer to keep showing in 4DX because its not just a movie its a fun thrilling ride to enjoy!

They have a bar near the concession stand. The only thing is is that I wish their prices were lower candies and cotton candy and stuff that you can get your kids when you take them. Other than that, this is an awesome movie theater, when my family goes to the movies this is where we go. I highly recommend this theater for taking your family to or yourselves. This is literally the worst movie experience I have ever had. We drove an hour and a half for the 4dx experience and dinner. We arrived and found out we would have to go order at a different portion of the theater to get food or drinks, taking time away from our film, and then go back when we were buzzed to the other side of the building to pick up our food ( which was awful and cost $84 for 3 people). The 4dx seats shook like a cheap six flags ride and beat you from behind to similar fight scenes and that is literally it. Do not waste your money going here.

**read before you waste money** My family went to see Deadpool 3D MX4D(the effects did not work, apparently from the mouth of an emoloyee the water, snow etc. had never been installed so we had a little seat shaking and bursts of air no other effects) I had been checking for days to get six of us seats together most of the seats were red which by their color code meant bought seats, later I found out that all of the red seats online were majority of inoperable seats that needed to be marked as out of order We also were not handed 3D glasses when our QR code was scanned for theater entry from the looks of the amount of people walking out for glasses no one was handed or directed where to pick them up which were (behind the counter). The manager or older man working the ticket counter was extremely rude, he was asked if all 3D glasses fit the same or if kids needs different ones and he responded with I dont know Im not around kids. Awful experience for my sons 14th birthday.

Marquee seating was confusing and annoying, we ended up spending the first 10 minutes of our movie in line because nobody explained how it worked. You use a whole separate staircase/elevator that nobody told us about. You order at the bar and then they bring it to your seat and never return, hardly worth it in my opinion.

Having a baby w/the girls carrying popcorn & drinks made it impossible for US to go upstairs to order food. I really hate to give bad reviews especially because I do marketing for a living and know what a bad review can do but this has to be fixed. I hope ownership will make a huge change to how their place is ran. My husband and I purchased two tickets for upstairs. Almost $50. We then ordered an appetizer, two drinks, and dessert which was almost $70. They brought us our food, great but then we realized thats all they do. We had to get up 3 times ourselves missing the movie to go get our own refills in the lobby. Need anything else during the movie you have to get up and go stand in line again. After this I decided to use the ladies restroom which I was horrified. There was toilet paper literally covering the floors in the entire bathroom, how does employees not notice this?? Literally all over the floors. And then walking out of the theatre there is stuff all over the floors. Do your employees not clean? Needless to say we will not be back. Very sad and hope ownership gets new management because yall are making this place go to crud. This is supposed to be a nice theatre and this is as bad as one in the projects. Not worth the money.

We usually sit in the balcony area and lately we have noticed that the A/C is either not working, or they are not being turned on while the movies are playing. Just finished watching Deadpool and Wolverine and I left with a sweaty back and my legs sticking to the leather seats. My wife usually brings a hoodie to the theater cause of how cold they usually keep it, bet even she complained on how hot it was. Hopefully they resolve this issue soon.

Probably 3.5 is more accurate. I can only speak for theatre 11 Pros: the seats, staff, picture quality, and sound are pretty good. The whole theatre was also pretty clean! The ticket prices werent too bad Cons: -concessions are like slightly cheaper AMC prices -not sure if its just that theatre I went in but today was 86 degrees outside at night but it felt like 73-6ish inside, not too hot but also kinda balmy - the lights were way brighter than a night light during the movie. I could clearly see everyone around me, and since the movie I watched was banking on light direction to boost the atmosphere, it kinda ruined the experience.

Had a couple of issues with our theater tonight. This was my first time at B&B Wylie so I don t know if the other theaters are like this but theater 11 had issues. It was very warm, two of the people in our group complained that they were sweating the entire movie and the difference between that theater and the hallway just outside was significant so definitely an issue. The emergency lights on the walls and on the floor were very bright throughout the entire movie. I don t know if they re like that in all the theaters or just 11, but I found them very distracting, almost as if there were people just constantly on their phones the whole time. It was bright enough that I could clearly see anyone get up and move through out the movie which was really annoying especially when seeing a scary movie. It was like watching a movie in your living room with a lamp on which I did not appreciate. Other than that, The service was good and I did appreciate the different popcorn flavoring being out by the butter which I feel like a lot of movie theaters don t do anymore.

I struggled to get through the movie and had to try really hard to stick it out until the end because of how hot the theatre was. We asked them twice about it and the second time were told that theatre 11 has been having issues with it s AC. Seeing as it s an issue they are aware of I m pretty upset that they sold us tickets to a showing in that theatre. The hallway outside the theatre was cool and we checked the temps of some of the other theaters and they were fine. Why would they continue to charge customers money to suffer in a hot theatre for an hour and a half? We were paying for comfort and an elevated experience. I would have enjoyed the movie so much more if I hadn t been so uncomfortable. I was really looking forward to seeing it. The staff I spoke to were all really polite. This being a bad experience wasn t their fault. I didn t speak to a manager but I know they were aware of the complaint and it feels like they should have done something to explain or try to make up for it at least. Management needs to close theatre 11 until the problem is fixed. I can t imagine how awful it was in there when the sun was up. Also, it s not made clear that the dining in is not available in every theatre. That s another reason I would have passed on this whole thing.

I recently had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at the movie theater. My family and I were really excited to go see a movie, but our excitement quickly turned into disappointment. Firstly, we ordered a kids meal that didnt come with the right drink size because they were out of stock. Instead of offering a suitable alternative, they simply gave us a cup without a lid. When we asked for a cup with a lid, we were shocked to hear that it would cost an additional $7. The employees were not helpful and their attitude towards the situation was somewhat rude. To make matters worse, I wanted to bring my laptop with me to work a little while the kids played on the playground before the movie. However, I was informed that bringing my laptop inside was not allowed. Instead, they suggested I leave my work laptop with them at the front counter. This was quite inconsiderate, especially considering the websites recommendation to arrive thirty minutes in advance. Considering the amount of money we spent on food and movie tickets, which added up to almost $100, we were very disappointed with the overall experience. It would have been reasonable to expect the theater to provide a cup with a lid and to be more accommodating with regards to bringing personal items inside. I hope this feedback helps the theater improve their services and provide a more enjoyable experience for future customers.

The only reason why I went to B&B Theaters Wylie 12 cuz it s 6 minutes from my house.. this will be my last time.

The location in red oak was booked so I decided to take my father here. There was only one young girl behind the counter in the concessions and no other staff members were available. It was our first time there and we had the marquees suite. No one was available to give directions and everyone was confused. I bought my tickets online so I asked the young girl behind the counter where to go. She said you have to wait in this line so I can scan them. Still did not give me instructions on where to go. Correct me if I m wrong but isn t the point of buying your tickets online so you don t have to stand in line?! There were about 20 people in line. Some for food some for tickets. It was Father s Day so I m sure they knew it would be crowded. So unprepared and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this location.

My family and I usually have a great experience. This time, not so much. We took my FIL out for Fathers Day. The theatre was so hot that everyone was complaining. It was 78° in our theatre. I asked 2 separate staff members if they d turn the temperature down. By the end of the movie, we all felt nauseated and sick. Looked at the thermostat and it had gone up to 79°. My MIL complained to staff and they rudely said, Well we turned it down So she explained that even though they turned it down, it only got hotter and likely isn t working right. The staff member said it s working just fine and we turned it down Being so uncomfortably hot made it really hard to enjoy the magic of the movie and the rudeness from that staff member was not appreciated.

I saw my movie. Mission Accomplished! But if Im to go into detail I wont be returning to this location. I went here because I wanted my daughter to experience 4DX. It was my first time going to this location. When I walked in it didnt seem welcoming. The bathroom were gross and needed to be cleaned. There was no one around to purchase a ticket (I did purchase my ticket online). I couldnt tell if I should walk up the stairs for the movie or walk towards the back since there was no one to scan or take your ticket. When we finally get to our seats we end up having the worst seats in the theater. Every time they moved they sounded old and like it needed some WD40. Everyone was laughing when they heard our seats moving. Not that I mind that part but it did feel a little awkward and embarrassing at first.

I went to see a movie with my daughter. I did not buy tickets online because of the service fee, but my cart total for marquis seets was $13 each. When I got to the theater, I was over-charged( $17 per ticket). When I asked about it, I was not given a reason. My total was close to $40 for tickets only. We ordered food upstairs. The popcorn once again was cold and SUPER stale! we could not even eat it. We got our food, and my daughters popcorn chicken was all breading, so she wouldnt eat it because it was gross. My food was terrible as well and I tried to eat it but couldnt. The total experience was around $85. I contacted them about the over-charge and overall experience and was emailed back asking for the reciepts. I immediately sent both reciepts to them and never got another response. I emailed again asking if they were going to provide any customer service at all... no response ever again. Do not order the food here and especially the popcorn! It is ALWAYS stale. I do not recommend going here, nor will I EVER go back. Zero customer service, watch the pricing because if they can overcharge, apparently they will, and the food is super low quality. Worst experience Ive ever had at a theater!!!

The employees are helpful and kind. B&B has special sensory showings for this population of people, which is great. I appreciate B&B for providing these services to Wylie ISD and the community.

I really want to like this theater, but each experience we have had has been inconsistent. I do like the variety of screens, but the variety of temperature in the theaters is frustrating. One visit the theater is freezing cold - to the point that we were shivering in heated loungers and sweaters. A couple next to us went to their car to get a blanket because it was that cold. The next visit the theater is warm and humid, the stale air causing us to feel uncomfortable and sticky. Weve been here more than 4 times and every time the temperature has been all over the place and makes it hard to enjoy our movie. It would also be nice if there was a little more attention to cleanliness. There was soda spilled in cupholders and popcorn all over seats. It seemed like there hadnt been any cleaning between a couple showings. We will give this theater one more chance since the location is convenient, but I really do hope they fix the temperature issues because otherwise we will no longer be visiting this theater due to always feeling so uncomfortable.

Between the strobe lights, fog machines, rumble seats and, air jets. It made the movie incredible. My son was a bit scared at first by the air jets. But after a while he got over it and enjoyed the movie so much he wanted to watch it again right after. Definitely will be coming back

After speaking to the manager the employees didn t clean the theater room - instead they just put cones infront of our seats - so we had to find open seats - pretty annoying when you spend 50-100

The staff here are much better than they have to be. The menu items arent great but are - again - better than they have to be. Margaritas and cocktails vary widely from one visit to the next. All in all, its a nice place to while away a couple of hours. Presently, is our favorite place to watch a movie (review reflects the Suites viewing area). Update: 04/02/2024 - we visited again today to watch the silly Godzilla vs. Kong. I talked with the bartender. B&B is his favorite place to work. It s nice to work at a family-owned business. I like coming to work every day. I don t dread it. This reflects my experience of this place. Even the B&B preshow clip features the Wylie theater and staff. The cocktails are often movie-specific. They had 3 Dune-specific cocktails! They want you to enjoy the experience, even if the movie is meh , like Godzilla vs. Kong. If you re a senior, try to stop by before the show to buy tickets. You can t buy senior tickets online.

I was excited to watch The End of Evangelion here for its limited theatrical run in the US. Unfortunately, my experience was a negative one with the movie projection stopping twice towards the climax of the movie and it took ~10 minutes to fix it the first time and ~5 minutes to fix it the second time. The employee who had resumed the movie also could not start it where it had halted due to a glitch on their end at that point of the movie. They gave a free re-admit card for everyone in the theater but the only other showing for this movie is on a day and time that I work at due to its limited showings, so it doesnt really help the situation.

Awkward experience at a theater. Have not had this kind of issue with other theaters. First time at a B&B, arrived early, asked the bartender how it works. We were informed to order everything at the bar and if you are seated upstairs they serve you the food inside the theater. Cool. My order never received the sweet potato fries bc it was never put in. My friends meal did not arrive until about 1/3 way into the movie and it was the wrong salad butbhe was fine with it. His order was also missing fries. Halfway into the movie, I took a restroom break and I simply informed the bartender that we were both missing our order of fries. Bartender told us he will check on that. My friends fries came out at the end of the movie when it was too late to enjoy them so it was sent back and i asked if we could just get refunded and he told us at the bar and we said okie dokie perfectly fine. The cook/server came back with coupons apologizing..i told him its okayyy. Last 3 mins of the move 3 of the staff came up and asked if i was the one upset about fries. I said i was never upset. The lady seemed very upset with this situation accusing us of receiving everything we ordered. They did give my friend his fries refund after claiming he received them twice but never did. I also got an expired coupon and a 2nd non-expired coupon if anyone wants both I will give it to you as I do not plan to go back to a B&B theater. We will just have to watch the ending to the movie online I guess.

I love the heated reclining seats. Concessions has opportunities....popcorn was slightly burnt...bottle of water cost a little over $6.00...so opted for fountain drink cup to get water from the free style machine. Would be even better if there was seat service. Most disturbing part was at the beginning of our movie a worker came through micromanaging patrons (walkable aisle portion) about cell phones...mind you screens were on their screen saver/home page for those in view. Most people do not wear watches as phones serve this purpose. The manner in which it was done drew more attention to the worker than the beginning of the feature film. I was upset for the patrons that were badgered (aisle A&B) For this reason it will be some time before I come back if at all.
