I was so disappointed, after my daughter requested having her birthday party held here, I was informed two weeks prior to our event date that they double booked and inaccurately scheduled our requested timeslot. Leaving us in a bind. Thankfully, there are other locations and fun party venues in town that were able to accommodate our needs. But blazing bouncers didn t take any responsibility for the mistake nor were they willing to make any type of accommodations for us to meet the size of our parties needs. So grateful we can change things and be flexible on our end, many families may not be so lucky. There are better options available. We definitely won t be trying to do any parties here again.

Took my daughter for a birthday we got invited to. The bouncer is huge. The bathroom could have used a little maintenance for how busy they were. There is a tree house that has a few things that are interesting. A bunch of empty play rooms that don t make any sense. The only thing about it that my daughter enjoyed was the bouncing and climbing the tree house. Other than the arcade and the snack area that s all there is to offer. Would be more entertaining if the empty rooms had some sort of entertainment for the kids. Age range I would say at least 5 to adult Any younger than that and you risk your kid getting trampled on busy days.

We always love it here but the new updates!!!! Wow wow wow! So cool with all the new Dinos and a freaking awesome arcade! They even got a new jumbo bounce house! This is the place to be if you have kids!!!!

A great place for parents to sit while kids wear themselves out. Decently priced. There are lifesized dinosaurs, and the biggest bounce house I have ever seen. The arcade (Arcave) is really impressive.

Lots of fun for children and adults too! The big bounce house is adult and kid friendly which was perfect for our party group. The staff was great as well. There s a snack bar with cheap snack options, a gift shop, and an arcade that is really neat! Will be back for sure!

This place denied my 62yr old mother entry because she had a 2mo old tiny shih tzu. Then they served burnt pizza to my cousins kids birthday party didnt try to correct the mistake the young guy that was helping with the party was clues and the African American lady sitting at the door is ghetto.

Amazing. If your youngins enjoy bounce houses, this is the place to go. They have arcade and video games for nearly every taste. They have a snack bar with a great selection of goodies. Their pizza is made fresh and, in my opinion, is one of the best in Lubbock. They are continually upgrading and are working on panic rooms for your enjoyment as well as numerous other attractions.

This place was way more than we expected! And they are adding more! They have a GIANT inflatable obstacle course! Also an arcade, concession stand, toddler area, and play bakery, pizza place, fire truck, etc. They have plenty of seating for parents if they do not want to participate. Also a private party area for parties. You could seriously spend HOURS here. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone with kiddos.

I think depending on the age of the kids, this place could be fun. It is definitely not for toddlers though. The toddler area from what I could tell from other reviews and online was supposed to be the firetruck, the restaurant, etc. It was just empty rooms? They did have one smaller bouncer and it was okay. I did note they werent too clean. With bigger kids it could for sure be fun and even for parents.

We had a super fun time, my toddler (& husband) throughly enjoyed the bounce area! The only comment I would make is that if you have small children, you ll want to accompany them because there is a lot of rowdiness from older kids going on in the play area. This didn t bother us much bc we realize the older kids are just having their fun too. However, just something to be aware of. The arcade and toddler only area were very nice and lots of activities for the kids to do (pretend ice cream shop, pizzeria, car repair shop). It would be a great place to take the family if you re looking to burn some energy!

WOW, IMPRESSIVE FUN FOR ALL I was fairly impressed by the size of this place. Im from Oklahoma City and we have many indoor playgrounds but nothing that is this big. It is truly the biggest single moonbounce that I have ever seen. In addition to the ginormous main moonbounce, if you are in one of the large party rooms, they each have their own private, standard-size moonbounce that is strictly for your group. They then have a smaller one in a different area for younger kids (under 3). Then there is a great big tree-house they can climb in and slide down, multiple little rooms for imagination play, like a pizza parlor, ice cream shop, fire department, mechanics place, barber shop and a classroom. Im sure I am forgetting some too. There is a small snack bar with popcorn and sodas, and of course a great big arcade area. I will say some of the pretend play theme rooms need to have the small things replaced because they have been lost or broken and some of the games need servicing. We got there fairly late and they were closing in under 2 hours. They discounted the rate for the time which was nice. My grandson is four and I wouldnt have wanted to stay much longer either. The biggest issue I had was being able to find the place. I hit the directions button from the web page and Google Maps got me lost. Kept directing me to an open field 3 miles away. I finally punched the address into the Waze app and got there. So my advice is to not trust Google for directions. It is huge from the outside and faces right onto highway 87, so keep an eye out.

Pricing is very good, loads of kids running around like maniacs and plenty of segregated areas for different age groups. There didnt seem to be any issues with loads of older kids jammed up with toddlers. They also have private areas for if you wanted to schedule a party. Cant recommend enough! (Also- you pay by the kid for the whole day, unlike some places Ive been to where you pay per person)

Always fun! Clean place, especially considering the kid foot traffic, friendly helpful staff. Attended a birthday party here and had a blast! After the party room closed (2 hour room rental was over) we were able to stay in the public areas as long as we wanted to bounce, play video games and enjoy the playground. Check-in was super fast and easy, too, just scanned the barcode sent by the host to my phone and immediately got bracelets and directions to our birthday girls room! Definitely want to go back again soon!

Blazing bouncers still a fun place for the kiddos but the service there and the management. There is awful took my niece for her third birthday party, and they told us we couldn t have no gifts and no cake at the table they made us take all her stuff back to the car. We couldn t even sing happy birthday to her. Also, the bathroom were awfully disgusting on one of the stalls they had like dried feces on the wall. For being our first time there at the new location really really bad experience will not go back again.

This place is awesome, my kids would go everyday if Id let them. Its not too expensive, I feel the price is fair for what you get. We were there for 2 hours on a friday, we got there at about 4 and by 5 it was packed with kids. We will probably go earlier in the morning next time but overall it was a blast! Highly recommend you take your kiddos! *Update* 1/29/23 We were back again today for like the tenth time and the kids are still obsessed with it. They also added a new obstacle course to the big bounce house, which the kids loved. I would still highly recommend Blazing Bouncers, whether you want to go for fun or have a birthday party there, you wont be disappointed!

Been here multiple times & the toddler area is NOT SAFE for toddlers. There is nothing stopping huge kids from coming into the toddler area and running over the toddlers. Was told by blazing bouncers that there s nothing they will do about it. This is a SAFETY HAZARD to toddlers.

A very fun and large indoor play area, relatively inexpensive costing $12 a child and adults get in free. They have a small arcade area, a toddler obstacle course thing and a huge inflatable bouncer house. You can stay as long as you want, unlike some other places so thats a big plus. Make sure you eat before going because they dont really have a good food selection.

Pros: The kids had fun and unlike some party places the staff cleans up the room for you. Cons: We had paid for a large room and the day before the party got down graded to a small room with out any explanation, and the staff refused to give us a refund for the price difference and kept saying there was nothing they could do. Some of the play pretend rooms were empty and parts of the bounce park were deflated.

Had the absolute worst experience with a manager, have it recorded on my phone along with all of my other files, and the owner cancelled my sons party because I refused to give the recording to them. They even called me after hours from a personal phone while I was with my kids and I explained that I was with my kids and was not going to sift through my records at the time. I love the facility! Its always nice and the kids have a blast. One major flaw is that there is no one checking kids when they leave. I would love to let my kids run around without worrying about someone trying to take them. The lady at the front desk was super sweet enthusiastic and helpful. Remember you need socks to play. If you forget them they sell them pretty cheap up front. Several of the attractions were missing pieces like the grocery store and restaurant... Which was pretty disappointing I understand that all the kids makes it hard but if that is what youre advertising there needs to be something figured out to keep that for future kids. I would appreciate it if there was a way to lock the front door that way you could sit and let your kids play in peace without watching them.

Blazing Bouncers is still fun but it s gotten pretty run down. We went today and they still have nothing in the rooms where the pretend restaurant and grocery store use to be. It s been like 3 years now. They put in a new ball thing in the pretend mechanic shop and there were no balls. The main inflatable seem to not have enough air in it like it has before. The huge wrecking ball thing hasn t had air in it for about 2 years maybe. The games are way to expensive to only get 2 tickets out of them. It just wasn t that fun anymore. Not as fun as it use to be. I was really disappointed today.

My 6 year old had a great time. He played for about two hours. Wore him out for sure. It was 103 degrees outside and the building felt to be in the low 70s. A nice getaway from the scorching heat.

I love the 80s arcade games. I go a lot cuz this where my nephews and nieces have their bday parties... never disappointed. They even ask me if i am under 18 for the bouncers... i love the bouncers but unfortunately i am old lol

Had one of the backyard party areas. Spacious and fun. The host was in and out checking (Ryan did great mgmt, great!). Only suggestion is having another table for use for the parents. We had one for cake, treat bags etc and one for the presents but that is minor. Others were for party goers. Overall great!
