Michael really needs to fix his portion sizing on the terayaki chicken. Never have I ever seen anyone cut just ONE piece of chicken and thats it. I have 4 pieces of chicken in front of me right now im not even joking

I went today for some food after church. I was highly disappointed. My food was old and withered. The veggies were so overcooked and limp. The rice was dry. My angus beef was old and dry. I spent $30 on food and had to throw it away because it was that gross. My egg rolls weren t even fresh . All the food was probably sitting there all day and they served it to me anyways. Will NOT return to this location.

This location has by far the worst staff. They are rude, inconsiderate and plan ignorant. Their location lead named Molly lacks basic knowledge in customer service. She showed no desire to assist clients. My girlfriend and I ordered food throw drive thru and they told us to wait 10 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and then my girlfriend went inside to check on the food and found out they never started preparing out food. I called back to report this unacceptable and disappointing service and spoke ti Molly. She gave me a very poor excuse like the meat just got out of oven. That was a lie because my girlfriend clearly saw Molly and her employees giggling and standing around. Molly did nothing to resolve the situation. I do not recommend this location.

So I will start by saying this location is close to me, so I dont have to drive all the way to Murphy anymore. Today 8/6 I came through and the lady taking orders misheard my sides. Nbd got home and called them. I called. Shea answered offered to remake the order. She was very nice. I get there at 10:15 pm and something was going on with the oil. They were upfront and honest. And gave me some Rangoon as they said it would be about 20 mins but it would be fresh! All in all that is a stressful situation and these ladies and cook handled it very well. And the lady Amrit who brought the food out also had a great attitude and was apologetic for the time. 5/5 they work well under pressure. Jaime.

When I arrived around 11 am the food was old and I asked for fresh they said can you wait 10 to 15 minutes and I did, but they forgot I was waiting for fresh food to buy and they sure have protocols to follow up when the food is saggy and dry,

This is the new Panda recently opened in Wylie, in the Walmart parking lot. There food is, for the most part, kept very to 100% fresh! Thats a big plus! Then there service for me has been top notch! Theres this one kid in there, I hate that I cant remember his name (this review I am doing is actually from a couple of weeks ago), its one of those kinda cool provential classy names like Coleman, or Madison or something like that. I apologize to him for not remembering off the top of my head. But hes skinny, fair skinned, and some 511. But every time my wife and I go in there and hes there he is always delightful in a very good customer servicy sort of way, you know like hes genuinely glad to see you and equally as happy to serve up your food to you and just make sure that you got all that you wanted and needed trying to make your experience as positive and enjoyable as he can! Let me tell you that a lot, no not a lot, but MOST, persons that work in the food and hospitality business today should take some lessons from this kid, because back in the day this is how it used to be almost everywhere you went, but certainly not anymore. Now, your very fortunate if even your order is done correctly the way you ordered it! In any case, we get our food, its fresh, its hot and it tastes consistently great everytime! I love that that Panda is in Wylie, actually only 3miles from our house and on average Id say we get something from there at a rate of about once a week, but only because they are so good at what they do! Another thing that they dont do is short you on your portions like several of the other Pandas in the area like Murphy and Garland of North Garland Road. Come on, our bill is well over $30 for fast food, we shouldnt ever have a reservation of whether we got enough food for that much money! Here at this Wylie location we have not had that problem with the portioning. The little container is very small but when they pack it right you still get an acceptable portion out of it when you dump it all out. The portions that you get in there to go plate should not be less or even half as much as what you get in the small container. Thats a typical problem at these Pandas. The portions can be off when they dont give you enough in the two entree spaces in the plate/covered To Go boxes. Fortunately, for the most part we havent had that problem at the Wylie location and cross our fingers and pray to God we wont ever! One day places will realize that the business that they will muster from treating each and every customer right and fairly will make them much more money! I think that this location realizes that simple truth. Thanks Wylie Panda!

The food is great, but the portions are a little ridiculous. I just got 2 bowls for $18 (no, it wasnt all for me) and it was like they plopped a bit of noodles in them and sprinkled a little chicken on top. But seriously, I paid a lot of money and the bowls were only about 60% full. Im still hungry.

I hate having to leave a bad review but whoever cooked our food tonight needs to do WAY better. Absolute lack of seasoning and flavor on the black pepper angus steak. It legit tastes like they threw the steak and veggies in the wok and dumped it in the container. Orange chicken had NO flavor either. Rice was overcooked. The eggroll had NO flavor. The honey chicken breast was okay, just a tad overly sweet though and she liked the chow mein. The honey walnut shrimp was okay but the rice was overcooked in his bowl too. This was no where near worth the $85 spent on it. VERY disappointing! At least nothing was missing from the order except the lack of flavor! And I KNOW what Im talking about because I ate from the one in North Dallas consistently and it was ALWAYS on point so I def know when its un seasoned and thrown together with no taste.

Weve been watching this Panda get built and we have been anticipating its open and now, it finally is. We were not disappointed We dont live too far but weve been eating at every Panda in the area so this was a welcome sight for my kids and I. The location is clean and the service was fast and friendly--we like Fast and Friendly! Our order was correct, the portions were what we expect and the restrooms were clean. There are some bad reviews for the Wylie location. IT IS NOT OOEN YET!! I posted this 12/26/23. Sad these reviews are allowed. I will post a review when it opens soon. OPEN FOR BUSINESS! Very good food as I expected. The staff is very friendly and cares about your order.

Service is bad, came in towards the evening. There were 2 mobile orders, had to wait over 30 min for an online order that should ve been ready. The manager couldn t care less, terrible service. Bunch of kids besides the manager who doesn t care.

Ordered orange chicken and steamed white rice for one meal and teriyaki chicken, honey sesame chicken and steamed white rice for the other. The rice is mostly hard as a rock and has solid hard clumps of rice. The green beans are hard, seem mostly raw. The only things edible was the chicken. I would not recommend the Wylie location at all after this ruined meal.

My child and I love Panda Express. We both only ever order the orange chicken, which is amazing. I dont like any of the other entrees, but I sure do enjoy the orange chicken. Weve only been to this location once, but we definitely enjoyed the food and the staff as well. Kid-friendliness: My child loves it!

We love panda. The did is good but really depends on who is cooking. If the one dude is cooking the food is GREAT otherwise its just ok. So far all the staff Ive encountered is really friendly and the place is always clean. Ive never waited long unless theres a huge line but even then it moved pretty quick. All in all it is still fast food.

Drive through customer here. There were two cars in front of me and I spent maybe five minutes total from order to driving away with food. The guy who was working the intercom and window was polite and friendly (and I always make sure to say my own please and thank you since theirs is often a thankless job, PSA to be kind to one another). The food looked great and tasted even better. A+ Panda Express cuisine. Its fast food, so has nothing on some place like PF Changs, but for what it is, its a shining specimen. Will absolutely be back probably more often than I should! Now, if youre going at rush hour, whoever *DESIGNED* this location and drive through should have their knuckles rapped with a ruler. Horrible flow pattern for traffic since it has to contend with everyone also coming and going at Walmart. I would not recommend ever using this location for drive-through at rush hour because of DESIGN, not the service or food aspect.

I suggest never coming to this place. Especially not in the drive-through. I ordered my food over 25 minutes ago and there are still two cars ahead of me. I m trapped in this stupid line and there s no way to get out and go around to go somewhere else. I m guessing it will be well over 30 minutes before I finally get my food from the moment I ordered it. I have never waited this long in a drive-through line in my entire 45 years of life. There should be a law against trapping people in a car line for this long with no way to get out.

I get it, it was a Friday night and everyone wanted to try the new Panda, after pulling in drive through at 7:07 and get to the window and get it food at 7:55, get home not but a mile away. The noodles were the worst ever not to mention my bowl had exactly 5 pieces of chicken. After spending $50 it was upsetting to get such a small portion not to mention the damn near hour wait. I refuse to try that again
