Horrible, I ordered a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, green pepper and cucumbers. All I got was lettuce and tomato and half a piece of bell pepper and no cucumbers. The sauce I got was ranch which didn t even taste like ranch to begin with. Better service is needed here.

Service from employees is awful and there always rude.Don t bother going to this location they are always out of items and hate when you want to add ons to your sandwich that cost extra like if it bothers them like I m the one paying not you . The attitude from employees is unnecessary, do better

Let me start by saying my family and I are HUGE FANS OF SUBWAY Sandwiches . But this This place this location 102 2nd Ave across from (UTRGV) is always out of everything specifically a few hours before closing. This is not involving a one time incident , this has been throughout the past year. I have witnessed excuses by different employees avoiding prepping new product for sandwiches, saying they are out of the ingredients, food being cold or hard bread. Today (03/19/2023) I heard an employee suggest a customer go to another subway down the street supposedly bcz they were out of meatballs as well. This place is always out of Tuna, out of any meat that requires heating up, you re lucky to get a cold cut sandwich here. As I said before, not an isolated issue, I live 6 minutes from them. I started driving across town to purchase at a different location, it was a mistake going back to this one today simply for convenience . If this location fails it s bcz their employees are ruining this location. I should have taken pics but was always so frustrated I just walk out Dietary restrictions: Yeah they don t have the food available.

Im not one to give a bad review but this is the worst location they never have anything they are always out of tea and never want to make any. The place is filthy and the workers are just sitting at a back table. Last time i will come here I do not recommend this subway not even to my worst enemy. They should be embarrassed.

Customer service has gone downhill here. Half the time they are out of ingredients the other time no one is visible to serve customers. - Customer service improved for a bit however recently it has gone downhill again. New employees that argue with customers and are overall very rude.

Best Subway that I have been to in the Valley! Very clean cold case where meats, cheeses, and veggies are served from. Actually the whole restaurant was super clean! The two gentlemen working there were very friendly as well.

UNSAT workers neglect mobile orders and take in house orders. There is two workers one could be making mobile orders and the other could be taking care of the line. I literally sat here for 35 mins for orders that are already placed ahead of time so the workers could do everyone elses order not to mention people kept coming in at random and they still took thes peoples orders before completing my order for door dash now I get my stats affected as a job because these guys couldnt work as a team and squeeze pre made door dash orders in with the rest of the crowd but screw me and the customers that ordered delivery right? UNSAT

He charged us for the wrong thing which came out more expensive but i was just over the whole experience & wanted to leave.. the guy doing the sandwich said he couldn t toast the sandwich if we wanted veggies because he wouldn t be able to open the bread he clearly doesn t know how to use the oven or how to place the bread.. he then proceeded to put the veggies on sandwich and toast it in the brown paper bag(which is pictured). I ve never seen it be done like this and he took pretty long to make them.

1637 W University Dr, Edinburg, TX 78539 Very bad experience, Parking lot is true TANGA, very tight spaces, hard to arrive and stop there, I was willing to do because we love Subway brand, then after park struggling and walk crossing the parking lot.... Guess what!! was closed!! About 6:30 pm, so everything was a waste of time and annoying. By the way all the lights was turned on.

No real complaints. Only knock is the establishment is not supervised well. As I entered the store no one was visible. As soon as my change was in hand, again no one visible. I was told thank you but was left feeling insignificant. Though this may be a low volume store, this is unacceptable. Sandwich was ok. Nothing great but cant complain. Cookies were good and loved the sweet tea.
