At 80 years old, having recently moved to Texas, I needed to find a new doctor. Ive had other doctors in the past before my move, but my new doctor, Eric Braum, has been exceptional. He is always smiling and in a happy mood, and he never makes me wait to see him. Dr. Braum is very informative and willing to listen to my questions. He explains things in terms I can easily understand and never rushes my time with him. He doesnt push medications or insist on options I dont want. He is always willing to discuss various options. I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Eric Braun for several years and have found him to be very nice, knowledgeable, available, caring and open. The staff employed at this location has been nothing but able, friendly, caring and patient. Although this is a medical facility, it doesnt feel like it and Im always very comfortable there. Dr. Braun was the one to diagnose my heart problem ... when I had NO idea I HAD a heart problem! I believe this was a life-saving diagnosis and I am forever grateful to them all! He and everyone at Ascension are A-1 in my book and highly thought of by me. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend them to anyone. My thanks to all of them!

Dr. Braun has been my PCP for 5 years and he is awesome!! He has a great personality. I would highly recommend him he is very caring and understanding! Dr. Braun is second to none of the MDs weve had in Florida and Texas. Hes very professional, stays on top of current information, and is a true patient advocate. He facilitated and prompted a CT Scan referral that literally saved my life while other practitioners hesitated. He successfully organized everything for my medications and my emergency surgery to take place promptly. And, his staff is very professional and responsive to requests for follow-up or prescription refills and everything. Its evident that Dr. Braun genuinely cares for his patients and does a great job.

My daughter in law sent me to Dr. Braun and I am so glad she did. He is very caring and listens to everything I tell him. He is up to date on the newest treatments and medications and pays attention to side effects and if there may be a problem with other meds. At my age that is a precious commodity! I tried to see the doctor but because when I had checked in. & filled out the covid screening, I did check was short of breath, they wanted to do a virtual visit. I was ok with that but then the nurse came on the phone & said I needed to go to urgent care for a diagnosis. That was not what I even wanted to see the doctor for. They didnt bother to ask why I wanted to see the doctor.

Dr Braun was my doctor and although, he was young and just starting out, he seemed to care. That is until I questioned his erroneous billing. (He simply miscoded a visit that would have cost me almost a grand). Then he refused to see me again. Nevermind that I was diagnosed with a rare incurable disease. That is the type of man he is. He cares as long as you dont question him, and you allow him to bill what he wants.
