Purchased a cabana that I tried using several times but was unable to use several times because they kept closing the pool early and when I finally got to use it they had a pool break several times in one hour. Waste of time and money. Horrible customer service.

Not great but thats what makes it better. Not clogged up with too many rides but a few good ones, and didnt divide the only AWESOME swimming pool into not-as-good-by-far, stupid little kid pools like W-a-W. The water is not FREEZING cold, it is perfect! And besides the suffocating amount of lifeguards and a dabble of weird regulations and whistling routines that ruin a place if not kept in check this place will for sure be great fun with your right attitude. Good food, too!

They should update their schedules on Google This Monday I drove 45 minutes because it said open on Google and when I arrived it was closed without prior notice. It is extremely easy to update the hours. Outside of this, we have always had a good time here.

My little ones love this waterpark. Shallow waters for kids and lifeguards always checking water for visitors safety. Its not too crowded on weekdays. Price is a little steep for a family of 6, though, $85.00.+ $25 cooler fee. due to the price dont visit as much as we would like. Overall, it was a good time.

Well to start very small over priced. The food is over priced. You can not bring your own. To get some shade the price is over priced. The staff dont care for the community. It took over an hour to get it. For the food it took an other hour the funnel cake was not good the pizza was over cooked. Pay a little more and go to wet and wild. At least you can bring your own food. They check your bags. Our 1st and last time coming. Give this place a one Star only because its close to where I live.

I understand there was a child over Mother s Day weekend that drowned! As tragic as that is.. Every mother at the park should not have to suffer for it. A child can drown wearing a life jacket. Children learn to swim by being in the water with a parent in the shallow end. You harass people over and over about 6 and under being in arms reach and force a jacket on people. This should all be a CHOICE! Overprotective comes off as over controlling and people don t want to be harassed. They re over the top with bag search and food is way over priced. As a family of 7 we will look else where next year even if that means just staying on base at a regular pool and save the almost $400.

They were continuing to sell tickets while the pool was closed because of lightning then not refunding any of the people who did not even touch the water. Spoke to two managers both ladies told me they did not really care and a negative review would do nothing since people will keep coming to the pool. Clearly the staff is not trained and underpaid.

Last year we went a few times and loved it. Only main issue was food. They were ALWAYS out of more than one thing so we were stuck with chicken strips and they were not good. This year our first time back and the water was super cold, we were told it was heated- wasn t that day. We got there at opening 11am. At noon I was going to order a large pizza because I had a feeling they d run out. My husband said to wait till we re hungry. Waited and sure enough they were out. Had to buy a bunch of little ones. My dad came to play with the kids but by time her got there my kids were freezing and over it. So he literally was there for 5 min and left. Of course he paid his admission. He asked the cashier if possible to get a refund and they rudely said no. He asked to talk with a manager and they said she ll tell you the same thing he said please get her. He explained what happened and she also very rudely snapped no no refunds . I get the policy/rules but you can respond in a nice way still. Then I heard from my friends that they had to leave an hour or so later because they shut down half the park because of lack of pool cleaner/chlorine and the manager again was super rude and snippy out it. They need better costumer service and someone who knows how to take inventory and keep up stock.

The fact that we re not able go bring outside food is a a big NO for me. For the price that you pay I would expect the water park to be bigger with more pools. I ended up paying $95 for my family and regretted it immediately . We should have gone to Wet n wild, maybe paid a lil more but I would have been able to bring my food in and we would have had more pools and slides to choose from. Wouldn t recommend it honestly.

It is a nice water park specially for El Paso that lacks of places to go with the family but I think it is overpriced taking advantage of the lack of places to visit. However young kids have so much fun most of the stuff is really nice. Food is overpriced and also are their rentals they should give some discounts to members or let you bring your own water and food not everyone has the money to spend on their pricey food. Last year they had someone monitoring the kids slide but this year they do not my toddlers got pushed by older kids and other kids would go and jumped in front of others to go in the slide also some kids would not wait for the other kids to be out of slide before sliding.

Let me save you time and money.. Wet n wild gives you more bang for your buck, and you can bring outside food/drinks For starters I witnessed a kid almost drown today while the lifeguard just sat there. AUTOMATIC 1 STAR. This place is an expensive scam and quite small for the price. $38 for 2 adults and 1 kid, thats WITH a military discount. Im glad I did not opt for a season pass. $15 per person without a discount. No outside food and drinks, they made us put our WATER BOTTLES back in the car. (They have a table up front where they search your bags) certain areas you need to pay to sit ($90 for cabanas.) Of course the food is expensive. Just expect to have your wallet milked if you want to do anything other than use the pool, slides, and sit in the chairs. You might have a better experience at the Sue Young splash pad. Really not worth the price. According to other reviews they have no problem stuffing whoever they can fit in (More money). It wasnt busy when I went because it was the first opening and 1 hour before closing time, but I now 100% beleive it. PLEASE DONT SUPPORT this water park. El Paso is greedy as hell. This is compared to other water parks Ive been to in other parts of the country. Your experience may vary.. except for your wallet.

I purchased two season passes definitely looking forward to enjoying the park. What a beautiful facility it s flat out gorgeous and well maintained. But they re hours of operation for the summer should be until at least 8pm. Twilight/Adult Swim should be from 5-8 pm not 3-6 pm the adults who pay for the passes have too work! gtfoh

My kids love Camp Cohen! There is something for everyone to enjoy. They have a toddler area, rock climbing and our personal favorite the LAZY RIVER! Clean, plenty of tables and friendly workers!

this place is a joke first of all very very very small the food prices are ridiculous and it s not even good at all! you can t bring your own water, food, drinks, etc like really? this is a terrible water park and they like to fill the park up to the point where literally there s no more sitting and you re just stuck sitting on a rock wall and i do not recommend this place at all just spend the little extra money and go to WET N WILD much better at wet n wild you can actually bring your own food there and there s plenty of sitting and stuff! CAMP COHEN is a joke i do not recommend coming here especially if you re a family

My family and I visited Camp Cohen Water Park and had a wonder time. The water park itself is kept clean and there are lifeguards located at each water/pool area (kiddie pool, waterslide area, bucket tower area). The water park provides life jackets for your children in case they are needed. We arrived 30 minutes after they opened to beat the crowd, but there wasnt one (the crowd started showing up after 2PM). There are cabanas that are available for rent and there is a first come, first serve public covered area. The staff is very polite and engaging with the patrons. The line to get food can get long, but it is not unbearable.

We went here beginning of August and the whole family had a great time. Weve recently moved into the area so this was our first time here. We purchased tickets ahead of time online, and we spent the whole day there. We went with the intention of going for an hour or two but we all had a blast we didnt want to go. If it had been earlier in the season, we would have definitely purchased season passes for the whole family. We are looking forward to returning next season.

All in all, we had a great time. This would be a great place for people living on the east side of town. It was much more restrictive than weve experienced at any other water park. You cant even bring in your own water. We had to pour it out or drink in at the entrance, where we could then take 10 steps (right next to the entrance) and fill it back up with their metallic tasting water fountain water (?) They were also restricting where you can stand near the slides (even though far enough away from any person to cause a hazard. We enjoyed our first time here but because we live on the west side of town $8 extra bucks gets us a longer day, with tremendously more slides and the allowance to bring our own food/water/drinks.
