Arrowhead is an incredibly reputable company based on the experiences I have had. Rance runs the business honestly and the right way, Dawn runs the office very efficiently, always has answers. Brandon was able to get my gutter job completed well under the estimated time frame, and the work is great. The product selection is great, and I know they are there for any questions/concerns. This company understands how Texas weather can destroy our roofs and gutters. Calls are answered and returned promptly. Bids are very competitive and you definitely get quality supplies and the office staff is knowledgeable about how the crews are handling their jobs. Highly recommend you at least consider getting an estimate from arrowhead they wont disappoint.

Outstanding service. Hail damage. Insurance Claim. Replaced roof and gutters per insurance. Done. Brandon Wright was my go-to guy for this job. He took care of everything. I did nothing. His guys did a great job ... and cleaned up every nail. No mess. Note: These guys keep busy, so I knew it would be a few weeks to get on the schedule. They temporary repaired my few missing shingles so there were no worries until they did the whole roof. Looks great. Thanks!

Called for an estimate and Brandon came to my home the next day. My house had a combination of asphalt and corrugated metal. We talked about what I had in mind and asked him to make suggestions since I was not a roofer. He made suggestions and explained the benefits. He also answered all my questions. I followed his advice and Im very happy I did. They installed a 50 year impact resistant asphalt over the main house, standing seam over the addition and multi rib over the carport. The metal is a high tech material and it has made a huge noticeable difference. The radiant heat coming off the bottom of the carport is far less and we can now sit under it comfortably on the hottest of days. He put the estimate together and I had it before he left. Once the work was complete, Arrowhead Roofing has a Quality Assurance person visit to check out the job and answer any questions. Ive done business with two other roofing companies in town, one with good results, one with satisfactory results. My best recommendation is Arrowhead.

I was looking back through reviews- and wanted to offer my experience with Arrowhead roofing. They have been completely professional! I had to wait a year to have a new roof installed on a rent house, and they patiently waited until I was ready. From the beginning to the end of the project they communicated with me every step of the way. They told me when they were coming and when they would finish, and they stuck by their word. They did a superb job on the new roof, and cleaned up their area as if they had never been there. Dawn in the office is amazing, and always had information I needed quickly when I would call. Thank you!

I purchased a new home in February, received a estimate for a roofing repair on the home as it was much needed. Arrowhead Roofing offered the best pricing and they knocked the job fast. It looked good from the outside but after the snow my entire home was soaked. I had to have all the new carpet removed as well as replacing all the old walls because the water damage created mold. Found out the job was not inspected upon completion. After further review of the home and evidence the job was not done properly they agreed to complete the job and compensate me for the damage done to my home. It was a frustrating process but Im glad they did the right thing and that we solved the issue without any further escalation. What I learned from this experience is to always document everything you do and to make sure everything is inspected when the job is complete.

Had to have them out 3 times to fix shingles blowing up, just did few shingles at a time until finally on trip number 3, glued them all down. Stressful having to call them back so often, should have glued all down to begin with, and so unfortunately, i do not recommend using them after my experience, still blowing up after 3 times

Great installation of siding on trim, soffits, fascia, etc. on our brick home. Very pleased with the look and pleased to know there will be no more painting required! Service was great. Brandon came back when called months later to touch up a ding caused by someone else. Years before they had installed trim on mothers home. Great service then, great service now. Highly recommend.

Moved into this house in November 2009 and needed some ridge row shingles replaced. Arrowhead Roofing was referred to me by next door neighbor and I have been using Arrowhead ever since. They re responsive, provided a quality job that did not cost me an arm and a leg. Most recently Arrowhead replaced the roof on the house as a consequence of the spring 2020 hail storm. The salesman, Brandon was professional in every step of the replacement that included not only the roof but also the gutters and a couple of window screens. Love our new windows. Only took 2 days to install. The old ones were wood and falling apart; the new vinyl ones are a huge improvement and I love being able to open all of them when the weather is nice. Plus out of all the quotes we received, Arrowhead was the best. Definitely considering yall for siding when we get to that project.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon Wright at Arrowhead for new gutters, old siding issues, and roof questions. Brandon was very knowledgeable on it all. He helped my out on all our issues. We was having a slight foundation issues on the front and side of the house due to rain water. He informed me on how it all works with the type of roof I had (concrete tiles) and what would work. After the install, you can tell they knew what they were doing cause the workmanship was a very professional job. Gutters matched the exact same color as the old siding. Also had a roof leak issue with my concrete type roof. Brandon went above and beyond to help give me his roofing expertise when he was supposed to be there just for the gutters. He never acted too busy or didnt want to hear it. I told him what my plan was and what I was going to use to seal it up. Im glad I didnt cause I was going to make it worse. He gave me his recommendations on what sealant to use to seal it up properly. We also had an issue with my siding (where my BBQ grill melted part of it and warped it badly). He found the exact type/match/color. When it came in, he came out the same day and replaced it. I cant even tell where the damage was lol. I would definitely recommend using Arrowhead for your gutter, siding, and roofing needs. Great company and overall great job!! Two thumbs up!!

I had called several window companies in town and got prices from some and got ignored by others. I then called Arrowhead and Brandon promptly came by, took measurements, offered suggestions and options. After looking at several window manufacturers, I finally decided on Burris Windows (designed for Texas and made in Carrollton, TX). The price that Arrowhead quoted for the replacement windows was quite reasonable and much less than the big box stores. When installation day arrived, the installers showed up at the time I was told. They were very organised and methodical. After the windows were installed, they applied the color matching Bostik Duo-Sil sealant / adhesive around the perimeter of the windows, both inside and out. That stuff is amazing. Our house is so much quieter now. I can honestly say that I am a very satisfied customer and will be calling Arrowhead again in the future.

Dont even deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service. Took advantage of my partially handicapped mother. They did fix her roof, but took her satellite dish off and didnt bolt it back on properly, they used some kind of sealant to fill in the gaps, My mom had to pay dish network to come out and fix it. Also sent her bill to the wrong address, then threatened to put a lien against my mothers home if she didnt pay. When she called them, they admitted sending the bill to the wrong address and my mom told them she was still waiting on her siding to be replaced. They argued that it had been fixed, when it hadnt been. They finally came and fixed the siding, but with white and my moms home it beige. The white siding stands out. Said they could not do anything about the color. Horrible customer service. Beware of using them. My mom will be sending the pictures to her insurance company, and possibly BBB.

Had an estimate done on 5/6/19 to have a small portion of gutters done on my house. Did not hear back from them for 2 weeks so I went to their office on 5/22/19 and paid in full and to see when they would be out. I was told it would be a few weeks due to the amount of rain but I was on the schedule. 2 months later and still no communication and no gutters and there has been no rain for 6 weeks. I have now cancelled my order and will never use them for anything I need done. There is no communication on when they will be out and no customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

I will never use this company again! The only reason I am giving two stars is for the roof, the siding and dealing with the lady in the office is a whole different story. They finally showed up to do the siding, unannounced at 8:00 AM 2 1/2 months after giving me an estimate. It took all day and was dark when completed, they stated they would come back and clean up the next day. They did, half way! They hauled off the boxes the siding had come in, but left my backyard strewn with plastic, screws, big chunks of the old siding and large pieces of cardboard. When I ask if they considered that clean, I was informed that is all they had time to do and would be back later, later never came. I ended up cleaning up the rest of my yard, all but the 2-4 inch pieces of the old siding, that was what they needed to come back and complete, and still have not. I also discovered during the first northern, I now have a cold air coming into the master bath, the siding is not sealed around the window, there are gaps between the frame and siding. I have called and called the siding boss and been told I just never noticed it before, Ive lived here over 20 years! Then theres the office lady. I get a call on December 18 asking if I am going to pay my bill. I never got a final bill, all I have are the estimates. And since the siding estimate includes repairs that were not done, I did not know what I owed and needed a final bill. She attempted to email it to me, and it was a blank email. I responded saying you forgot the attachment, please send me the final bill. Never received anything back, so emailed her again after Christmas asking for the final bill. Her response was she was out of state and office was closed till 01/04, she would resend then, never happen. I did get a call from her about 5:00 PM 01/04 telling me she would be filing a lien against my property for failure to pay, cant pay it if I dont know what I owe!! Finally received the final bill on 01/07 with a lien attached to it. I called her asking why she had done this since this was the first bill I had received. She swears she mailed them to me on 2-3 occasions between 11/12/18 - 12/18/18, odd I still have not received them. I told her this was all I had been asking for for 6 weeks and would put the check in the mail today, which I did. She sarcastically stated she would hold off on filing the lien till the end of the week to see if I actually sent them a check. I stated back, what if my check gets lost in the mail like the alleged bills you sent, she had no response. So basically, its not her fault my bills are lost in the mail, but if my check, which was mailed 01/07 gets lost, she is going to file a frivolous lien against my property. If that happens a BBB complaint is my next course of action!!

We ve used Arrowhead for gutters, siding and roof. All three were mediocre at best. The gutters kept leaking and coming off the house. They charged an extra $125 per post to wrap standard four by four posts on the porch which we had SIX of them and an extra $1000 for lumber they claimed they needed to put a cage around the house to put the siding on to reduce seams and bowed out places. Well we caught them using OUR lumber on another house nearby!! The siding wound up with more seams and bowed out places than any house I ve personally ever seen. The majority of the shingles on the roof were buckled and lifted and Arrowhead told us the Summer heat would cause them to lay down flat but seven years later, they NEVER DID. Also the boss lady in the office that deals with ppl over the phone was rude and barked orders at me to tell my disabled husband to help the crew with their labor!!! This in addition to the crew (many of which reaked of alcohol) skipping days or showing up late without notice when they knew our outside dogs had to be displaced for the duration of this debacle. We ve actually filed a complaint with the BBB! Don t let the Texhoma s Best and Realtor Affiliation awards fool you as the city of Wichita Falls is full of chronyism. What a ghastly company indeed! SIDE NOTE: This happened in 2011 but still felt the need to share our Honest experiences with this company.

This company signed a certificate when I purchased my home stating that my roof qualified for a discount and was in good condition. After I purchased my home the roof leaked, I called this company to come take a look at the roof and was told by the person that came out that the had been out here and told the pervious owner that the entire roof needed to be replaced. I called the owner to ask about the certificate that he signed and was first told that is was only for insurance purposes that it didnt say the roof was in good condition. I had to send a copy of what they signed with the section stating the roof was in good condition highlighted. The owner just said oh, well we shouldnt have signed it.

Arrowhead did an excellent job installing my windows and siding, they also fixed my roof. I have window units and was replacing thr main one, the guys were extremely helpful by going across town (in Archer City) and loading the ac unit, it wasnt going to fit but again they went above and beyond and explained they could adjist the window size but it would void the warranty on that window. I agreed and they proceded to spend extra time and effort to ensure the ac was installed correctly and the window was done professionally. That was 2 years ago and I am still a happy customer. I will be calling them soon for gutter installation.
