My complaint is not about the food. I am bothered by the worker who was working in front of me on 9-10-24, she has a very bad attitude. She was on a personal call and I think she was upset because she was interrupted. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Im so sorry if it was an important call. In that case, ask someone to cover the door or box, and you go to a place where no one will bother you. Being professional and courteous is important regardless of where you work. I hope you are more courteous and respectful to people. I imagine she wouldnt expect anything less, if it were her and her family. When I called the restaurant to speak with a manager, I had to speak with the same woman. I asked to speak to someone else because the problem was with her. I hope they caught her attention so she understands that the way she treats clients is not right. Many thanks to the other employees who do a good job and have a good attitude.

So I walk in for my first time, I noticed a sight that read, please wait to be seated. So I waited and waited and waited.... The sad part was that at least two waitress saw me and didnt bother. So after like 11 minutes I asked . Finally was told to sit wherever I pleased. That first impression dropped there score.

Bad service, food doesnt taste good. I asked for extra tortillas and they never brought them to me, I ran out of drink and the waitress never came to the table. One good thing is that the place is very clean and fresh, it also has several screens.

Caldo smelled weird, so I didnt eat it. When asked for refill, she brought back tea with lemon no slices like it was mixed in beforehand. Maybe someones leftovers, I dont know. Our server didnt check back on us. When cashed out, they decided apon themselves that they keep the change and only gave dollars back. We will never go back.

So this used to be our favorite place to dine in the food is good and that s the only thing I can say about it now this is about the third or fourth time that my mom and I had been in there to dine in the first couple of times we were thinking, maybe they re busy maybe they had something going on or maybe it was the cashier/waitress was having a bad day OK hey, those things happen right but because this was our second time coming in, we were in last week we got the same level of attentiveness that we got last week which was next to nothing we were basically ignored in the freaking corner not once did our waitress asked us if we wanted more chips not once did she ask us if we wanted more drink not once did she come by and ask if anything was OK. Basically she ignored us. There was a couple in front of us and she went directly to them and the side of us She went to them and asked them all the appropriate questions we were ignored, another thing is that we both got the specials. We added it up according to the menu and we were overcharged and when I asked her what was going on and why we were overcharged the waitress pretended that she didn t know they were specials and looked at me and my mom like we fell out of a tree never again will we go back to this restaurant. I m sorry, but because we don t work in the oil fields Or because we weren t men didn t warrant the Lack of attentiveness, that should have been there. I can almost guarantee you, because of the two other tables that this waitress was a very attentive to wear men and they were oil filled because we went during lunch. They were all them like bees on honey never again will we go they have just lost a loyal customer.

Does NOT recommend this place. Asked for Chile con queso. They brought out a bowl of nacho cheese that seemed from a can and wasn t even heated, clumpy and cold Our bill was 93.00 for 4 adults and one child. We were charged a gratuity AND we were charged for water!! Food wasn t anything special either. Cheese on enchiladas wasn t even melted. This was our first time eating here and won t be going back! I recommend stay away and go eat somewhere else!

Ate here yesterday with a few people. Food was great, I wanted to go back today for more. Called to see if they were open and if they did to go orders. Lady answers the phone and says yes they are open, so then I try asking if they do call in orders and she says she doesn t speak English. Okay, no problem.
