Poor management, my mom and I wanted to come in for some breakfast after shopping this morning. The server lady was rude from the start. I asked her what her iced coffee options were and she pointed and flipped the menu aggressively slammed it on the table. Later she came back with warm coffee and slammed my moms coffee cup on the table. (Which my mom didn t mention till later since she tries to avoid conflict) I tried to ignore her rudeness since I was really just trying to enjoy my breakfast. Later she came by and took our order. Which I wasn t quite ready but I felt rushed my mom was ready and she took her order. I told her to come back for my order and she looked at me with such an attitude and made a grin as if I was bothering her. I asked her to get me a different server.(respectfully) I believe his name was Bobby he was really nice and helpful. I asked for the lady s name who was helping us (since she didn t have a name tag) and Bobby said she is the manager. I was shocked that a manager could treat her customers so rudely. I really hope she doesn t treat her Hispanic cooks or her staff in such form. Bobby offered for him to serve or to come back on the days he is here. (Seemed like he knew the type of attitude of his manager) (I m not sure if there is more than one manager but she was a lady with dark hair very pointy nose) Anyways I didn t get a name but the manager was very rude and treated us poorly. I paid for my coffees and left.

Unfortunately, this place suffers from too modern, appealing to younger demographicssyndrome. If youre not a 25 year old college student, you may not feel very welcomed here. You may have an out if place sense in here. The lights are too bright, the space is too open. It doesnt have a very welcoming breakfast restaurant kind of vibe -which is great for the younger customers. The food is very standard and very standard tasting. The pancakes came out of a box, for sure (short side stack). The eggs were just fine... Which is counterintuitive for a place that has egg in its title. Very normal, standard options. The wait staff are.. Kind of varied. Youll get a nice, mature lady or gentleman, but youll also have a tattooed-from-head-to-toe young lady, who took a little too long to get our order, and who also didnt check on us until it was time to pay. I would not prefer to come here over IHOP.

Hot chunks of avocado? Hot. Chunks. Avocado. Sound good? No. No it doesnt. If an omelet comes with avocado, and most people would agree, the avocado its meant to be of a neutral temperature and should be placed on top of the dish. Food was delicious for the most part. The biscuit was pretty stale and dry. Needs about a quart of gravy to soften that sucker. The vibe was pretty standard for a breakfast joint. My first time at a Jimmys Egg and I was very impressed. My waiter Bobby was amazing and answered my questions about the company. Upstate NY needs this group to open reataurants throughout. Parking: This location had a large parking lot. Kid-friendliness: They have kod friendly menues and crayons, etc. To keep the little 9nes occupied. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance/exit, automatic doors, one level and wide aisles. Tables that woukd be accessible. I didnt use restrooms so cannot comment on that aspect but I imagine they are ADDA compliant.

Its often busy and theres a reason for that, its a good breakfast place. My son and I enjoy going there anytime were together on the weekends. Their menu is extensive, and n their coffee is good. The Bandito Skillet didnt live up to the picture or flavor and neither did the bowl of fruit. Avocados are not served hot and these were which loses the flavor of the food and the bowl of fruit was 2 slices of watermelon which was good but a let down since so much is in season. Found a hair in my fries like a beard hair, told the waitress, I just wanted her aware rather than a complaint because it happens, however her answer stunned me. I remember this being the best breakfast restaurant in town but it seems to have gone downhill. My iced coffee had way too much ice in it, the carnitas queso skillet was runny and soup-like, and the chicken tender plate only had 3 VERY small tenders. I could get bigger chicken tenders at Chic-Fil-A, or anywhere for that matter. The hashbrowns were also undercooked. The service isn t good either, my iced coffee went fast with all the ice in it and my waitress didn t offer me a refill or any other drink when it was empty. Just rushed away before I could ask. Needless to say I m quitting Jimmy s Egg and will go to IHOP from now on since they seem to have improved.

I usually avoid taking my 3 and 1 year old out to eat. (Especially alone) But I was forced to be out of the house one morning for some repairs. We decided to try this place for the first time. Ive ate here twice, the first time we had an awesome experience and our waiter Bobby was incredible and the food was very good. The second time we ate there the wait to get in was long and they really didnt have a good method of communicating you had to get on a list but we figured that out. once on the list they would take some people ahead of others who had been waiting a long time (the party size was the same), or waitresses would come up and grab people they knew in Lone waiting and would seat them ahead of others. Many people Im line that day were complaining about it. Even on this trip the food was good but my order was missing stuff that the waitress noticed when she came out and she got corrected immediately, she did not deliver our food to the table. Overall a great place for a great breakfast! If you happen to get Bobby you will be in good hands!!

Despite giving this establishment another opportunity, disappointment still ensued and it proved to be the most unsatisfactory experience yet. To elaborate, I must first recount the occurrence of discovering lipstick smudges on the cup meant for my water, further reinforcing my personal practice of solely utilizing straws and avoiding lipstick altogether. Seeking redemption through ordering an Egg Benedict, the wrong dish was still served. When informing the unnamed server of the error and explaining it was due to the eggs being improperly prepared, he responded by querying, What do you think it is? I provided the answer of two boiled eggs, to which he retorted with an inquiry of how he should rectify the situation. First time visitor to Jimmys egg. Line at the door on Saturday morning suggested food was good or really popular with locals. Service from start to finish was phenomenal! Kudos to Johnathan (probably misspelled), our waiter. He should be commended by management. Food was ok. I guess I expected a great deal more. I had the Berry Belgian Waffle with hame and eggs. Portions were perfect, there was just something not WOW for me, maybe a second trip. My daughter had the Chocolated chip pancakes and they were pretty good, 9 y.o not so impressed. LOL

SO good. They were really busy for a Wednesday morning but we received our food in a timely fashion and our server was very kind & upbeat despite being visibly exasperated. (Shout out to Cat..very nice employee)

We really enjoyed our breakfast at JE ... coffee is always good, eggs and bacon were done just... server was always ready to fill my coffee ... prices are very reasonable

Our server Justin was absolutely fabulous.. they staff workers were all super friendly! Its really nice to go somewhere and have the workers be so sweet these days..the food was great..overall 10/10!

Love this place. We are from out-of-town, but always eat there at least once. They easily accommodated a party of 8 on a Sunday morning. Service was super, as was the food. Out of consideration of other patrons we ate & left, but did not ever feel rushed. Gotta add this to your list of Gotta Go es!
