This park is nice it s kind of a walk from the parking lot. It also has a lot of stuff for kids and grown ups to work out on like a playground and exercise center!

All kinds of sport fields, spots for exercise (and groups of people doing classes, both adults and children) throughout the park. Hike, Bike, and Running trails that cover a large distance and go over water. Large playgrounds and large, covered, pavilions that can be reserved for parties (with signs clearly posted). Pretty much anything you need a park for, this place has got you covered. Takes a bit to get through Waterview to get back to the park, but its plenty big with tons of parking for everything you need.

Very large park with lots of fields for baseball and soccer. The field we were on was a little muddy in one of the goals due to a low spot so maybe not the highest quality fields but they work. Good sized playground as well. The restroom was clean.

We have been here several times for softball tournaments. There are plenty of fields and some good shade from trees during the summer season. The concession stands have pretty good food for reasonable prices. There is a playground that is shaded for the little siblings while we watch. They definitely need to upgrade the bathrooms, they are disgusting. Be prepared to bring your own hand sanitizer. We always enjoy the little ponds and there is plenty of parking. Overall, we always enjoy playing here.

This park has a lot of softball/baseball, soccer fields. It has 2 little kids playgrounds. It has a small lake and a decent walking trail. There are lots of parking spaces, tables and chairs, grilling areas and open spaces. There is also a beach volleyball spot. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy by yourself or with family and friends.

2 stars for lots of parking but otherwise, the baseball facilities are way below average. The bathrooms are disgusting, the dugouts are so small, there is no shade at all. Then they want to charge you 10$ for the fields during a tournament...even though the tournament fee the team pays is to cover that.

A very nice park, kid-friendly, with baseball fields, soccer fields, fishing, a picnic table, walking trails, bathrooms, and a golf course. Playground: They have a playground, its small, but the little ones will love it... Toilets: Theres a bathroom that is across from the pick nick area. I was pleasantly surprised that it was very clean... Dog-friendliness: A great park to take your dog. Picnic area: The picnic area is very nice, big enough for a small party or group. Great views, and a nice area to fish, walk, or work out.

I DO NOT recommend this place....if I could give ROWLETT A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD........after each softball team already payed to play on the fields; they charged the parents & others to pay to sit in the covered bleachers ON 111° days!!!!...... definitely NOT THE RIGHT THING TO DO......trying to soak people by nickel & diming them to death......

Beautiful park hidden behind waterview. Many fields and the actual play ground park looked amazing and a cute little pond. Though you can tell there is a lot going on the park was nice though I wish there were more trees. And the dogs really enjoyed it!

If you are looking for a place in rowlett to spend time with your kids, you can t miss this park. It has a couple playgrounds, a couple ponds for fishing, and a gazebo for parties or events. The only downside is the dump smell next to it on cold days.
