Theres no reason to have people call to make appointmentls. So the person can leave info just to never be contacted back. Poor poor service.

These were by far the worst photos weve had. My granddaughters pictures were out of focus. I called and was told they would make it right and they would send us more at no cost, nothing happened. I called again and was told that they would contact me to set up another session, nothing happened. The third time I called, I told them about the previous calls and what had been done. That person said that she would take care of it. Guess what happened, nothing. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

So i ordered my daughters graduation pictures. I called to check on them cause yes i know with the covid 19 alot of places are running behind. So i wanted to know when they would be mailed out. Come to find out on the recording they are closed i wont get the pictures for at least 6-8 weeks.i did talk to someone who told me the samething. Every other website has let you know before ordering of the delay but not lifetouch had i known that i would have never ordered them and tried to find another way to get pictures in time for graduation. This graduation already sucks thank you lifetounch now she wont have any pictires.

I ve been trying to reach someone locally via phone regarding my sons pic, and I keep getting people in the Philippines trying to help ?!! I look for my sons pic by doing a school search & it tells me they can t find the city ( burk) & no I don t have the code # which is why I typed the state & city - never had so many problems just trying to get an answer to my question !!!

Id select 0 starts if I could... Sending cash in the order form for Ashtens photos from Life Touch bc I didnt have the check book was a mistake. She handed them her order form and took her picture... Yet instead of receiving her pics a few weeks later, we received her proofs with ordering options... Hope someone at Life Touch enjoyed our $50+. Then when I call the Wichita location to complain, Im forced to speak to a customer service center and he sounds like Apu at the Quickie Mart from The Simpsons cartoon... Cant understand a daggum word.

Im not pleased at all with my daughters Senior pictures taken at the school. First of all the ones purchasing the pictures should have the choice of drape or feathers for girls NOT the school or Lifetouch. Second we spent a great deal of money to get my daughters hair straightened so that it could frame her face and slenderize her face and they swept it to the side, which looked hideous. Third just spend 18 minutes going through voice prompts and being on hold to not even get the office in our town but a call center. My problem was not resolved and I am not happy.
