The pizza wasnt that great this last visit. The workers were all very nice. My two year old grandson had a great time playing as usual. I felt really bad for the majority of the kids getting turned away from the new trampoline play area because the parents didnt pay the extra $12 for a wristband per kid for access to that area.

Very clean, the price on food is high, but overall, it tastes good. There are plenty of games for the kids to stay interested in and entertained. Every time we go, theres maybe 4 kids. We stopped going to Chuck E Cheese years ago due to feeling like the establishments have gone downhill. We just moved to the Wichita Falls area so today was our way trip and I will say that we will definitely be back! The employees were so nice and helpful. It did get busy a couple of times but they moved fast and kept lines down. The manager was amazing. Consistently cleaning, either tables or cleaning the arcade area. Consistently checking the machines to make sure they were working. The Chuck mouse came out and was patient with all of the little kids, even the ones who kept touching his mouse mask. The arcade is small but I didn t mind it because I was able to keep an eye on my littles even when I sat to catch my breath. The arcade was clean, tables were cleaned as soon as a family left. The food came out fast and was great. You could see into the kitchen through a window and it looked clean and orderly. One huge takeaway from our experience is how serious they take the safety of the little ones. You get a stamp on your way in along with your kids to show that you came in together. Then when you leave, the employees actually check your stamp to make sure your stamps match and no one is leaving with a baby that isn t there s. Someone was almost to the door to leave and the employee actually caught up to the family to check their stamps. It made me feel so safe and proud of their procedures.

Overall review: my daughter is deathly ill now. My disabled son is now paralyzed from the neck down. My son shreejan now has sleep paralysis. I, Brian, and his drink all got exploded on. Vegetarian options: My son shreejan is a vegan. He ordered water because it was the most healthy drink on the menu. Little did I know our waiter had edged in our drink. I was wondering why it was white until I went in the back and saw him. He exploded on me when he saw me. Dietary restrictions: My daughter doesn t have a dietary restriction, but this seems like the best place to type this. My daughter is deathly ill because of a fingernail in the pizza. It got stuck in her intestines and she now has cancer. I will get the place shut down if she dies. Parking: I could not find parking in any state in the United States. I had to park my car in Ontario Canada and walk the whole country to Chuck E. Cheese. I will be expecting a bigger parking lot in the future Kid-friendliness: My little brother now has sleep paralysis because of the Chuck E. Cheese animatronic. The animatronic started exploding all over my little son. I will be seeing y all in court. For this violation and permanent damage I want 200,000 dollars. Also exploding on little kids and there drinks is not family friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: My disabled son Brian was very sad he could not play in the jungle gym. He started tweaking out and licking the floors because he could not play. Make the jungle gym have ramps up instead of climbing. Now my son is paralyzed from the neck down because he had so much adrenaline he stood up and tried to do a backflip but landed on his neck. I will be sueing y all for 500,000 dollars

Weirdly enough, they have the best pizza in town. Its a bit overpriced (the whole place) but in this day, so is everything else. Service is really hit or miss. The last two times we went, we waited, and no one stamped our kids, or checked for stamps on our way out. The place isnt filthy, but its full of kids all of the time, so dont expect it to sparkle. Whoever works in the kitchen has always been super friendly and accommodating (couldnt see them because of the way the wall is built right there) We still enjoy it when we go but we also know what to expect, and the kids always have a good time.

We have been to Chuck E. Cheese locations throughout the state, and Wichita Falls location stands out in cleanliness and management. Games are also very well taken care of. Our food is always pretty good too. My son takes special interest in arcade games, and Chuck E. Cheese has a special place in our familys hearts. My son has been a regular at the Wichita Falls location for several years, and the staff always treats him well and makes him feel special. Thanks y all!

We arrived at CEC at 11:15, sunday sept 24th,right after they opened. The cashier was friendly and helpful. As me and my grandchildren started to play games, immediately noticed that the skee balls were not balanced, operation game not working, the milk jug game balls were stuck. I told the young man and I saw him fix skee balls. After our food arrived, we noticed ALL of the tables when you first walk in had ZERO napkins in them. I went back to cashier, and Im assuming a Mgr of sorts was behind counter, with fuzzy unkept hair, with a dew rag on top, wearing what looked like a sleep shirt and striped tight leggings, drinking a CEC soda. It was very unprofessional looking to me. She came and refilled just our napkins, not the rest. I took my grandkids to get our drinks, and the left ice machine is empty as well as the straw dispenser. Also, the unsweetened tea was pouring out water, not tea. After we ate, we continued playing. Then we went to the empty dining room, to check out the dance floor. The carpet was filthy! Pizza under tables, dried gross stuff stuck on dance area. Mind you, we got there basically at open. At noon, only a handful of people even there, and no one in the dance area/ b day party area, ever. It was very obvious that no one had closed the restaurant down properly the night before. Also, all of the front windows and doors were gross and dirty when we walked in. The best part was the pizza was good. The girl in the dew rag and yoga pants, I sure hope she isnt your Mgr on duty. If so, that is very embarrassing for your company. Lastly, whenever I looked around, if I could find an employee, they were leaning on counter on there cell phone. So bad!! Lastly, I asked the young man that took my order and fixed the skee balls if they would make fresh cotton candy, because what was up front in the bags was shriveled, smashed and dried up. He said they could make fresh, if I wanted them to. I remember CEC back in the days. The standards have dropped, to me, to the lowest of low in terms of service, cleanliness and employees, and basic expectations. My grandkids do not know better, so they had fun. But to me, Im 54, it was a very poor experience, and no one seemed to really care. Thank you for your time.

My wife and I bought the 8 week summer pass. Chuck E. Cheese gave us an extra week for preordering. We also all have the promo cups that allow us to get free refills. Overall Chuck E. Cheese is great and being able to take our kid once a week for Pennie s is great. Yes the pizza is a little expensive but the summer pass we got takes 20% off and the pizzas are good. Overall it s been great and our kid always asks to go to Chuck E. Cheese every week. Kid-friendliness: Every time I take my kid she runs around and acts crazy. This is the place where you can let your kid just let loose and not feel guilty. Everyone is super nice and doesn t look at you all mad when your kid is being a little loud. Also the workers have been nice every time we go.

We had a double celebration. First off, they made a mistake on my children s age on the table signage. We were early enough that they were able to reprint that. Second, when they say you have a server for your party, it means you really don t. You constantly have to look for her and you pretty much do most of the serving as if you re in your own house. Third, when they say there s a birthday show and Chuck E. Cheese gets to have an appearance, it means it really is JUST AN APPEARANCE. Don t expect anything else. The mascot just stands there and APPEAR. He had no energy and absolutely bored. Fourth, I paid for the ultimate package but had to remind them about the things included. They almost forgot the dip n dots and when I reminded them, there were guests who already left. Fifth, even though I paid for two birthday stars, I only got one special birthday tote . It was such a chaos that I didn t even realize that until we re home. As a parent, I d say, without doubt, it was NOT worth the money. In summary, if you re booking with them with the hopes of making things easier for you, DON T. You will not get that. You will get chaos,confusion and disorganization. If you re looking into just making the kids busy with games, then you may consider this place.

Kids love this place & I think adults do as well. The food is always great & I feel we always get our moneys worth. I do wish theyd do a pizza buffet. As far as this particular location goes, compared to others Ive been to, this 1 cld use more games. Also, the only reason I gave service 3 stars is this location needs to hire more employees to help checking people in & taking their initial orders & help checking people out, getting kids their prizes & checking arm stamps to let people leave. The past 3 times we went there was only 1 person working both counters & the last time there was 2 people but, that didnt even seem to be enough because it took 10-15 mins to get someone just to check our arm stamps so we cld leave. We were pretty upset by that because, we needed to be somewhere. Other than that, the employees were as pleasant & helpful as they could be being short staffed.

Understaffed, overcrowded. All in all, the kids had a great time at the birthday party. The staff was barely older than the kids they were serving. They were outnumbered, outmatched, and the look of defeat on all their faces showed. Pizza was late coming out due to a lack of people in the kitchen, but it was no big deal; then, we were told that we still had to be done with the party at the same time. I informed management that it wasnt my problem and would do the best I could, but they owed me 20 minutes if we didnt finish on time. Then I was informed that the pizza being late wasnt her problem and that I would be done at said time. I almost lost my cool, but I couldnt keep betting on these defeated youngins, so I just let it go and continued with the party. When we went to leave, we stood in line for 35 minutes to cash out tickets, and the line wasnt even that long., just an all-around miserable experience, at least for the adults.

Extremely overpriced for a substandard experience literally, not figuratively but literally have a far better experience in a Third World country where the games are just as good with more space for 1/3 the price OK for those who are saying false comparison, still on the other side of town there s far better experience at even at that cheap Cicis pizza place the games there are just as good but not as many but it doesn t cost as much. The kids had fun the only thing I didnt like is that they dont have anything for you to take three major of birthday cakes home except for styrofoam little cartons that are not big enough. They can do better. It was a very clean place. There was no food all over the floor like some other Chuck-E-Cheeses that Ive been to. A fun place for the kids! They have beer at the WF location now. They have recently remodeled, and the games are nice. I like the option of using points or time for play cards.

Took my grandson about 30 minutes before they closed.. they didnt bat and eye or look at us mad... Great games for the young ones and even pawpaw played some games with him... he enjoyed it and was good for the 16dollars for 30 minutes.

This is probably the best Chuck E. Cheese around. It s still relatively new and it s clean for the most part. It stays really busy and it s hard to social distance. No one is wearing masks except a handful of people besides employees. I was surprised that the pizza was edible. I assumed it was going to be terrible. I enjoyed it for the most part. I gave it 4 because they said Chuck E. Cheese would come out at 4:30 pm but we only saw him for less than 5 minutes after 5:30 pm. My niece had never been to a Chuck E. Cheese before and had her heart set on getting a picture with him. My brother-in-law had to chase him down the hallway to help her get a photo. I ran over to snap one too. We were running out of time and realized that we didn t get a group photo. We were going to use the last of our tickets/tokens for the photo/game/ride. You can only add $15 or more to the card so we had to pass. You should have the option to add a photo game/ride to your card at the end. That was not an option. Then, families can focus on kids playing games and still get a souvenir. I had a good time with my niece and nephew. That made me so happy to get that time with them. It was great to experience a fun place with them.

We reserved a party for 16 kids. Out of those 16 only 9 could attend due to illness. They would only lower our price to 14 kids. The hostess clearly did not know what she was doing. We paid for the Mega Super Star package which is $25.99 per child and includes 2 slices of pizza per child. She only gave us 3 pizzas. 2 x 14 is 28, 28 divided by 2 is 3 1/2. Which should be 4 pizzas because you can t give half a pizza. The package also includes goody bags which she also did not give out. We will not be going back.

It is amazing that despite the fact when you arrive there are 8 employees behind the counter you have to wait for one person to take your order. The gluten free crust was burnt. An individual pizza for $9.99 is well over priced. 3 children entertained for $145 is ridiculous. The low number of games makes selling a gaming card of 30 minutes a total scam. Never going back. Horrible experience.

Update for visit July17th 2021: the place is not too crowded but very messy! Found only 1 clean table and it had a bunch of cheetos under the table. We asked the front desk if someone could come out to sweep the cheetos up, and they said oh just crunch them into the carpet someone will have to clean it later. We cleaned off a table near by that appeared to be abandoned. Our food was fresh, though the pizzas werent cut through the crust and attempting to choose one ended in my child taking half a pizza. Getting someone from the kitchen to pay any attention to us was very difficult. Finally we get the pizza cut mostly through and we are happy; until we notice we have an appetizer sampler with sauced boneless wings and no silverware. They dont keep them out where the customer can help themselves so youve got to stand in line at the counter to get one. All is going well, kids are enjoying themselves when all of a sudden my husband and I get sprayed with a table cleaner of some sort. The guy laughs and says sorry but then sprays us again and it got on our photos and food! If you sprayed the customer dont laugh but do change your angle or direction before spraying again! Sucks how a good place can turn bad with 1 experience. Doubtful that Ill ever be back. Too bad this is the only location in wichita falls. June 2021 visit:Took the kids over the weekend. Kids had a blast. The place was clean and every game was operational (1 photo booth was not). We saw chuckecheese come out at least twice (about once an hour for 15 to 20 minutes). The food was good and the kids earned plenty of tickets. I like how the ticket now load onto your wristband or play card, so they arent easily stolen like before. I still wish the play tubes were around because as a kid that was my favorite part. My kids have no clue what it used to be like. This is not a large chuckecheese but it has enough to offer to keep the little busy and with wine on the menu it keeps the momma relaxed.

This establishment was clean and sanitary when we visited. However is was very warm inside and when the Chuck E Cheese mascot came out to dance, they were understandably underwhelming as I assume that it was quite warm inside their suit. I believe that the atmosphere of the establishment was much more exciting when they had their stage and robotic characters playing. Im not sure why they were removed, however it was much more enjoyable having them. We will probably continue to take our kids here as there are limited gaming options in the area, but it could do for many improvements.

The staff was great but one of the Managers was discriminating because I was wearing hijab. She even went so far as to refuse to hand over the toy to my son even though I was paying for it standing there. Her attitude and disrespect really made the whole experience become sour.
