Worst dominoes period. First of all I have had to cancel my order multiple times because of issues on their end, and when I get an order they never put extra anything when I ask for it even though Ive paid for it. When all you do is work and come home and they call and tell you your order which was placed 20 mins ago cant be completed at the tail end of your night, its a literal night ruiner. *edit* gave 2 more chances. Once again, no extra alfredo sauce. Then tonight I try a whole new menu item, the phili cheese steak. They skimped out on the meat so bad it was all bread and the..... cheese...... which is the next problem. It was burnt black!! It had melted down the sides and turned black. I didnt even know what I was looking at when I opened the sandwich. It was like old gravy or something.... man, I feel silly spending my money here again. Dont eat at the maplewood dominoes ever lol. Goodness.

Drive thru is always a wait. They have music up so loud they dont hear drive thru bell. I waited for 10mins before I started honking. Watched 2 people go in and get their food while I waited just to be noticed at the business

Typically we ve had good experiences. Our last order was a nightmare. We ordered pizza for delivery only for them to deliver it to the wrong house. When we called them, they offered to make us new pizzas, but stated don t worry, we won t charge you for the new pizzas. We were confused as to why we would even be charged considering we didn t get the pizzas we originally paid for. Ultimately we asked for our money back, only for us to check our account and see they never reversed the charge like they said they would.

Well what can I say. Im very disappointed in Dominos. After Dominos called to tell us what vegetables theyre out of. They wanted to know what we wanted in place. We told them, when the pizzas arrived there were know vegetables, my question is why did they bother to call if they are going to give us a pizza they decided. I paid alot of money for poor listening skills. They said they would give me credit on next order for 2 medium pizzas(well see). Just very disappointed

Today I was told from a manager that we live outside the area they deliver we live 2 miles away, when just yesterday they delivered with no problem. Most everytime I get pizza delivered from them its not satisfactory but when I call to complain about my order the managers usually replace my order and make sure its satisfactory. The little girl that is manager stated she would replace my order but after waiting an hour she stated we lived outside the delivery area which is a lie. She then hung up in my face and was very rude because I stated she was lying. I know for a fact they deliver in my area cause I see them daily making deliveries and as I previously stated we get deliveries from them. Even when putting orders in the app the Maplewood location is the only one that pops up for delivery to us. Not satisfied with the customer service I received today at all and I will be calling corporate.

What a cluster. I ordered online. When I got to the store 30 minutes later, they had no clue about my order. Waited in line another 30 minutes. Drive thru person was indifferent, pizza cold and bland. They provided no seasoning or napkins. Small pizza cost over $30 and was terrible when I finally got it. I ll never eat there again.

Do not order food here unless you want to wait an hour or more for it to get done. There were a lot of people in the tiny lobby waiting on their VERY late pizzas like we were. Also, their cheesy stuffed pizza does not look like how it does in the adverts. Pizza should NOT take that long to make. I suggest you go somewhere else like Papa Johns or Pizza Hut for your pizza needs. I took some pictures of what we ordered, which were SUPPOSED to be the new cheesy stuffed pepperoni pizzas. Keep in mind, we paid $7.49 for EACH pizza. My small hand is in one of the photos for size reference.

Will not order from Dominos on Maplewood in Wichita falls ever again. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. The pizza got here super fast. Like within 15 min of me ordering it and it was uncooked in the center. I call talk to a manager and tell her I need to bring back the pizza and I want my money back she said the dont do refunds that they can remake it for me. Im sorry but when you pick up a piece of pizza bite into it and get raw pizza dough, that tends to ruin your appetite for pizza for a while . The pizza is also extremely messy and looks like it was drenched in sauce.

This location must have new management. The last few times we ordered pizza it got progressively worse. Last pizza I got was bacon. Maybe a strip of bacon total on large pizza. Not enough toppings. I love Dominos and rarely any issues. I ordered 1 of their coupons were you get wings, cheese bread, and now 1 large topping pizza, I paid extra to have bacon added to the pepperoni. I did that on 3-23-23 and it was late in the evening. I work until 7pm. I gave even a 40% tip cause I was lazy after a long day and picked delivery. They guy who brought my pizza was great. Very friendly. They wings and cheesy bread were amazing. Its was the pizza that let me down. I paid extra for bacon and I dont have a clue where it is on my pizza. I see some, but where is the bacon??? Is it hiding or did they change the amount they put on a pizza when someone paid extra? The order is never ready when they say it will be. Never. Do not go here if you want food when *they* say it will be ready. Be prepared to wait in the parking lot an extra 30 minutes on top of what you already have after ordering. Ive ordered lots of dominos over the years and have experienced issues sometimes from other locations. Had an issue on my latest order with no buffalo sauce on one of my 2 pizzas (no biggie). I left a comment and within 3 mins Gabriel called and offered to remake it or give me store credit. Mistakes happen and its not the end of the world, but the friendly call and fast customer service was awesome and much appreciated. Thanks guys Ill be ordering again!

This is the third fail.1. ordered to bring to the house. This particular store isnt staffed with employees that actually enjoy what they do, and it shows. Workers were very unprofessional. One guy stated that he didnt need the job and could find another. The only female that was there stated she would rather sell donuts. Both stated that they were going to walk out. A guy accused a lady of cussing him out on her way out the door and she did not. This guy also stated that he could not be fired abs would be back working tomorrow. This was all going on while customers were waiting on their orders. The drive thru was a joke. They would not come to the window and made people park and come in. I did not feel safe eating a pizza with such service. I called themanager who stated that all she could give me as a receipt since I paid with a debit card was a slip of paper that stated bad order, and a promise of my money back in 3-5 days. Im from out of town on business and Ive never had such bad service. I hope to get my money back. Good luck and hope you get better service.

The Dominos on Maplewood Avenue in Wichita Falls, Texas, is garbage. They always succeed in failing their customers in ever way possible. When one orders from there the quality of food is always under par and the delivery time is atrocious even if you are within a close proximity of their store. I would not recommend anyone or any individual to order from this location regardless of the circumstances or situation. Slack is always the standard of this location and it doesn t seem as though it will change anytime soon. Again, it would be foolish for anyone to turn to this location for any pizza needs. Do yourself, this Dominos, and everyone else a favor by not ordering there ever.

DO YOU WANT TO WAIT TWO HOURS FOR SOME CHEESE BREAD? If so, order from here...if not, I suggest order pizza from a better establishment. I will never order from domino s again. When the cheese bread finally got delivered, it was dry, Luke warm, and barely any cheese on it. We deserve better people! These people are extremely lazy and I m embarrassed for them.

Food was good. The quality of service is subpar. The guy taking my order couldnt get it right. He even said he was tired. Food was good, but was missing stuff. Found out the guy taking the order didnt put it on. Was disappointed for sure.

It wouldve been great to eat their pizza but they say they are open until 12 a.m. but dont bother to pick up the phone after 11:30 and they werent available to take orders online. This successfully wasted my 30 minutes trying to order before everything closed and left me scrounging gas stations.
