I have been going to the burrito shop for years and the last few times I have went it was horrible. I order the same thing every time. Roast beef combo burrito, easy beans and easy potatoes. The last 3 or four times I have purchased one they are sloppy falling apart and they put mostly fat and gristle instead of meat and the 4 chunks they may put in there are hard to chew. So today I specifically went inside and asked the girl at the front desk to ask them to put meat instead of fat and gristle because I have a disability with a tracheostomy and choke easily. She said ok and I paid $10. Drive all the way home just to get 4 big chunks of fat and gristle and a tiny piece of meat that was tough to chew. I called to complain and the gir at the front desk was very hateful and said if you don t like it go somewhere else and I felt so disrespected because I walked in to order it the right way just for them to laugh in my face and still make it the way I didn t want it. The manager got on the phone and all she could say that is how our meat is and I tried to do it right and I said no it was disgusting and I have ate your burritos plenty of times with tender meat. Then she went on to say I should try El Northenos or something because they re meat is probably more soft for me. How rude and she said bring it back and I can refund you. They do not care about all their paying customers. I m calling the BBB on them

My mom and I got some breakfast burritos here the other day and they were not good. They were bland and were filled with very rubbery GRAY powdered eggs. Not only did it gross us out but we were very disappointed. We used to come here years ago and it was fantastic. They have definitely declined. I will say the young lady at the front was very friendly and helpful so we appreciated that.

Ive been going to the burrito shop since the late 90s when the mother was up front. Im sorry ladies but now days its not NEARLY as good as it used to be. I ordered a beef combination. 4 hunks of roast about the size of a silver dollar that was mostly fat is what I got. A little fat, maybe is good, but when a person gets a mouthful its terrible! Start trimming the meat better and Ill come back, but no more fat!

I believe they prepare the Best burrito in the Falls. The tortilla is rich in flavor, the fillings are cooked, and prepared in front of you. Compared to other shops in town, the Burrito Shop serves a two-handed, on target Thats What I Want Burrito!!! Its not the Average dry & lacking disappointment!!! No other way to say it this place missed all around. For a place named the burrito shop you would think they would have a creative menu of burritos. Instead you get 3 options beef,chicken or chorizo. I got the beef. They had no rice and bean option just bean and potato. One of the sloppiest burritos I could have imagined. Cant hold it, falls apart, and gets all over your hands. How this place has a good rating is beyond me. Taste maybe but theres better out there

Idk if my experience counts as its been since the early 2000s since I ate there but I still think of this place frequently. I used to eat there at least 4 times a week and I loved it. Very fast service, priced lower than most shops EXCELLENT quality! Best burrito in Wichita Falls... Bar none! Big portions of food and (my favorite part)not dripping in grease. Tortilla is not overly large to compensate for for small filling like some(not all) of the competition does. Cash only, not checks or plastic. Red sauce for chips or anything else you want it on has a good kick to it. Green sauce is fresh and really goes well with the eggs at breakfast. Lunch combo burritos are fantastic as well! Love the people and the food!

The tortillas are so delicious, just like my Aunt Teresa makes but much bigger. We tried the combo breakfast burrito the first time and this time tried the beef combo. The beef is actually Carne Guisada and it is so tender and flavorful, definitely a must. The combo was good. Highly recommended.

Not one burrito was what I ordered. Then I couldnt contact them by phone. Finally after calling over a 2 he time period I got someone to pick up only to be put on hold for 20 mins. For a restaurant called the Burrito Shop youd think theyd make amazing burritos but thats just not the case. Ill stick with Sevis or Joeys for my breakfast burritos. I got the chorizo combo and it was a bland bomb of thick tortilla that wanted to be more Naan than tortilla, potatoes, and flavorless beans. that was a scant amount of eggs with even less of something that didnt look or taste anything like chorizo (no flavor actually), and a sprinkle of cheese. Their salsa is nothing to write home about either, its watery with not much flavor. The size of the burrito was impressive but when all you get is bread, potato, and beans, it ceases to be impressive.

I ordered a Bacon,egg, potato, cheese burrito. As always the flour tortilla was soft and fluffy. This is my favorite part. They hand make these amazing tortillas.These burritos are large. You could share with someone, save for later, or eat it all. Definitely worth savoring. I have a few ways I would order differently to get the right combo of all the ingredients in my burrito. I would ask for less potato, another strip of bacon, more cheese. I felt my burrito had too much potato and hardly any cheese in it. Over all this place is delicious and very friendly. They only take cash!! There is an ATM near by so no worries if you forget.

You do not have to wait forever to get your food. Considering you order your food when you get to the store. Those ladies are lighting fast when they prepare the food. There is another perk though ,you can order over the phone and just go in and pick your food when it is ready. My favorites are Chorizo Combo, Chicken Combo, and Beef Combo. If you do not like very hot food, the place has regular eggs, potatoes, and everything. Visit there you wont regret it.
