If you want to wast your money hire this lawyer. If you want a lawyer that never returns calls, and then gets upset that you are bothering her because she s so busy hire this lawyer. Complete disappointment is all I can say. When you really need a lawyer she won t be there. This is my opinion.

Worst experience speaking with a lawyer. She gave incorrect advice, was absolutely rude when I expressed my issue, and then hung up on me as if she is a toddler. Worst experience ever. Do not even attempt to speak to this woman.

Stacy is the best. Along with her assistants Amy and Amika. I could not have asked for better. They got the job done and as a father that didn t think he had the option to keep his children safe. Stacy came through and proved me wrong. My kids will be much happier and in a better environment to thrive and grow.

Nine years ago I started a long, terrible custody batter with Stacy as my attorney. She is kind, caring, and ruthless in court. Stacy stood by my side throughout many hearings.. always fighting for the life my son deserved. This last week, we worked together for our last trial. We accomplished the impossible termination of rights. Stacy s determination was unmatched. If you are an upstanding parent I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Stacy! We appreciate you more than you will ever know!

Still working with Stacy on a custody case. She has been on top of everything from the start. If you are a stand up parent who has good morals Stacy will fight for whats Right. I have a tough case and Stacy has kept things on track. We trust her decisions and Stacy has followed through. Im still awaiting a trial, and would not want any other attorney on my side. Highly recommend

Stacy kusob is the best by far!! She represented me not once but twice with a very difficult coparent! The staff at her office are always willing to help and very professional! She, herself, has put my mind at ease in times when I needed it!! She definitely goes above and beyond and is something that is on your side and will fight for what s right!! She knows the facts and will go to the end to fight for you!! Highly recommended!!

I would give NO stars if that were an option! This lawyer will take your retainer and other monies. Leave you in a window of time that seems endless with no return calls or emails UNTIL WEEK before court. Then when final hearing approaches she is known to file with the court a formal dismissal or fire the client. Now, the client is weeks away from final, invested by the thousands to Stacy and they have to fight to keep her as an attorney to represent them??? On top of original case???? If this is the experience you want with an attorney Stacy Kosub will NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! She has your needs as her client at best interest and will represent to the best of her abilities UNTIL a month before final. Worse Attorney in Wichita Falls that NOTHING will be done about because she is Gillespie s wife (District Attorney for WF and the Mayor s Sister). You can expect to not receive ANY refund of retainer or other fees. I do not believe one would be rewarded in small claims court for a job NOT COMPLETED due to her social status in Wichita Falls. Don t waste your time, money, or legal crisis with her!!! She CAN NOT be trusted to complete job. We filed a grievance with Texas State Boards. NO STARS

Circumstances in needing an attorney are never usually good, my family and I could not have made it through the process without her. Not only does she handle your case with care but Stacy knows her stuff and will fight in every way for her clients. I employed her to represent me in an MSA case. Father was signing away his rights of his children . Stacy filed to deny the MSA the Friday before the court hearing without my consent or approval. I lost custody and children are now with the father who didnt want them to begin with. I never knew what was going on in court , had to chase her down with phone calls and voicemails . She will file motions without asking you first, Which in turn ultimately will botch your whole case. What was first an easy, non contested case turned into a botched , you lose everything court case.

I was going thru a real bad divorce. I hired Stacy and she represented my case with extreme professionalism. I couldnt have hired a more better lawyer. I am satisfied with the results and again stacy and her associates were amazing and very knowledgeable. Divorces are very hard to get thru and mine took about 1 year. Stacy and her team held my hand through the absolute worst time in my life. I got full custody of my twins ( a boy and a girl) and I thought the deck was stacked against me for being a man, plus my twins only had my last name but they were not my biological children legally, even though I raised them since day one.( I m the only dad they have ever known) My case was filled with so much horror And uncertainty! I remember laying in bed praying for a good lawyer night after night and then one day I gathered up the courage to look into hiring one and her name came up on top of all the others and she s the only one I called. I ll never forget letting it all out in her office and I was scared to death. She smiled and with a gentle voice told me she had me and it s gonna be ok! I can t say enough good words for her and her legal team but I know who I ll hire again if I ever need a good Board certified attorney. Stacy Kosub is kinda like Hallmark, for when you care enough to send the very best!!

Stacy Kosub is a good attorney. I went through a very ugly and unwanted divorce and she helped me get custody of my sons. It is extremely difficult for men to do that in Texas, especially this area. The only reason I didnt give her 5 stars is because some of the items ordered in the decree and agreed to in mediation dont seem to be enforceable. I am currently dealing with non-compliance issues regarding my ex-wife and what she was ordered to do so I am looking for another attorney to help me with that. However, that decision came after a conversation with Stacy, so I am thankful she didnt just try to take money for something she wasnt interested in going after in court. Do your homework and learn the law to avoid the situation Im in. All in all raising my sons is what I wanted most and she helped me achieve that.
