All of the staff and nurses are so helpful and in tune with your wishes about how you feel. I had major surgery on my leg and the wound tech was excellent and took great care of my bandages and was so careful not to hurt me. She changed my bandages on schedule. All the nurses explain everything to you and make sure you are comfortable. I will come back here and recommend it to my friends.

I am very satisfied with my stay for almost two weeks from the thearpist to the doctors and nurses. This is my second time to stay at Emcompass and I have had a very pleasant experience with the cleanliness of your hospital to the food to all the help and workout regimen. I am 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Everyone from Therapists, Nurses, Techs, Dietary and Housekeeping did everything possible to make my stay in rehab the best it could be. I came to Encompass after breaking my femur and needed rehab to learn to walk again. Im so thankful I chose this place. I would recommend Encompass to anyone whos needing rehab to get your life back on track. I will never forget how good everyone was to me. Thank you so much!

This was my 7th time at Encompass Rehab Hospital and as always, everyone gets a 10. The staff is very friendly and professional and treat you like family. My case manager Cayce goes above and beyond seeing that all my needs are met. Love her so much, shes awesome. Always a pleasure staying there and I wouldnt go anywhere else except Encompass for rehabilitation. Highly recommend and as always, they get 5 stars.

I was at Encompass for three weeks after I did a severe spiral fracture of my tibula and fibula. Pt Brannde and OT Lauren stood out with their therapy. Dietician Michelle helped the picky eater in me get protein rich meals. Nurse Amy was so diligent and comforting. As was Jessica and all the other nurses. Jacob was a great nursing aide.

Encompass health is an amazing facility!! I received top notch care by all of the staff. I was recovering from a back surgery and needed extensive PT/OT. I received care and compassion by the staff nurse techs and nurses. My OT therapist Catelyn C and my PT therapist Lexi H were invested in my rehab and progress. I was treated and cared for like family while I was challenged to put in 110% on my healing. I cannot say enough great things about my therapist they are truly exceptional!! The whole facility is so friendly, even when you pass people in the hallways they are smiling. The food is super tasty too! I highly recommend Encompass Health!!

My dad was here for 10 days after an emergency brain surgery. He was cared for well, enjoyed the nursing staff, and said the food was much better than anticipated. They didn t allow him to want for anything, chasing down snacks and coffee anytime he requested. Kudos to the staff, their caring hands made him much more comfortable to return home with confidence.

My unexpected surgery ended with me at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital. I immediately felt welcomed while being checked in for admission. I am going to miss my good morning hug from a special doctor and so many nurses, nurse techs, ot or pt. There were a couple of occupational therapists that used humor in a good way to make us feel at ease. And my physical therapist was fantastic, he knew when I said I was fine but really needed a break. All in all, this is really a great place to come and rebuild one s strength.

Every single staff member that I encountered during my stay was delightful, encouraging, and most helpful. Being in a hospital in my opinion can be difficult. The staff at Encompass went above and beyond to see to my comfort and needs. If I were to list those that cared for me it would include every one of your medical and support staff members. I was recently an inpatient at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital 01/25/2024 to 02/09/2024 & again from 03/01/2025 to 03/18/2024 I want to say that the care I received was beyond my expectations. The Occupational & Physical Therapy departments are amazing. The Occupational therapists were very helpful, compassionate & encouraging. I would like to thank Cody, Hannah, Sarah, Sasha, Brannde, Lexi and Dirga. The Physical therapists Lexi, Kayla, Andrew, Joshua, Coral, Leo & Kanan, they too were wonderful, compassionate & encouraging. The nursing staff were great. I would like to thank the following for the exceptional care they provided me, they are Katie, Ashley, Lance, Rebecca, Linda, Karen, Hallee, Sam, Mikeal, Melissa, Mark, Caroline, Christine, Carrie & Angela. The Respiratory therapists were very attentive and they are Amanda, Cindy, Amanda & Erika who even took the time to do my hair for me. During both of my stays I did not encounter any issues with any staff. I applaud all of the staff for answering their calling. I would recommend Encompass to everyone that may need inpatient rehabilitation. Thank you again for going above and beyond for me.

The day I got here they introduced their self, and let me know about the facilty and the work out I will be doing, and the next day We start to to which is helping me because some parts of my body was numb from Neuropathy now my hands or coming back .I work out. I better than I was , Im so excited to be here , I pray that I could live here. I was at encompass for 17 days. I can not say enough about the care I received there. The therapists were all so caring and worked so hard with me. Maddie for PT, Lauren for OT and Caitlyn for ST. They worked so hard with me and my progress was amazing. Still have a way to go, but they started me on the road to recovery. All of my nurses were so pleasant and i never wanted for anything. If you are in need of therapy this is definitely the place to go in Wichita Falls. Ali, our case worker made everything easy for us at every step. I never had to worry about any appointments or going home arrangements. She always had everything arranged.

My brother was just transfer there. Every time I called about the transfer process, staff was VERY kind and helpful, eased my mind and gave me all the info they had. Encompass was more concerned with my incoming brother as a patient they had not even seen yet than the hospital he was leaving who gave me no information at all about the transfer process. I have a very good feeling about the care he will get here!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! From the intake to discharge was first class. The only hospital that I would have liked to stay longer because of the staff. Special thanks to Lexi and (Leo again) in physical therapy and Haley who is my personal favorite in occupational therapy. They are real pros and the most sincere, reassuring and caring persons one could ever hope for.. The nurses and techs are always right there when you need them. Special thanks to Mark the RN that treated me so well as all the others did. If your fortunate enough to get Dr. Boyer as your Doctor youve hit a home run! He is caring and listens closely to you. I know Encompass must be happy to have him on staff. I havent even mentioned the food... The food is A++ I dont have enough room (or time) to go on about the great food. Thank you Encompass for getting me back on my feet again (literally). They were truly a blessing to me.

I will recommend Encompass whenever the opportunity arises. My grandmother was a tough case. She had just about given up and they seemingly brought her back to life with their care and expertise. Nursing staff was very disappointing. Still waiting on case worker to return my call. Its been over two weeks. After a few days I asked to speak with a case worker supervisor but was told my case worker would contact me. PT was good but I cannot recommend this facility.
