Randy and Andre made a wonderful first impression: On time, warm and friendly. But make no mistake, they weren t there to visit. They were there to do their job. I ve never had an inspection that included detailed descriptions AND detailed pictures before! It helped me grasp unfamiliar terms, structures, and situations clearly. I had no idea of what to expect from this inspection or company, so I went into it kind of blind. What I got was a very impressive report (42 pages worth), in a very easy to read format breaking down the entire house with pictures right next to the observation and an abatement recommendation on both inside and outside the house to include the yard. Andre went over the entire report with me and took the time to explain everything he found. I would totally recommend this company.

We were referred to 3 different home inspectors by our realtor. I am so happy we went with Accurate! Andre was so kind and when he saw he us trying to stay out of his way outside of the home, he went out of his way to come out and shake our hands with a very friendly attitude. Randy came and inspected our home. Initially we thought he did a good job until we were moved in for a couple months and realized how much he missed and what he just plain ignored. Randy refused to go into my attic claiming it was inaccessible. We later found out he was looking into the attic space of the extension and not our main attic. He could not properly identify a carpenter ant and claimed my house was free of termites. Our biggest issue was that Randy did not identify the massive water leak in the house from a broken pipe. He acknowledged there was water damage but did not investigate any further. Now two months later we had to completely gut our kitchen and bathroom to the studs to replace the water damaged subfloor and drywall that we almost fell through and while we were tearing it up we found termites. Not really sure what we paid him $400 for because they dont know jack about what they are doing. If he actually knew what to look for he could have saved me from this nightmare of a house. Edit: We found even more issues with the house and are now out thousands more dollars. Please use another home inspector. This company is a joke.

Andre did such a thorough job. He went in the crawlspace and attic (things I wouldnt do) and the report he did was wonderful he covered EVERYTHING! From pictures of the foundation to one split beam in the attic. He checked that the appliances worked correctly, and which bedroom door rubs a little against the door jamb. I received a home inspection a few days ago from Randy. I am working on buying my second home (military move) and have received a home inspection before prior to purchasing my this home. Its an understatement to say that he did an awesome job. My first inspection was short, included very little information, and really just seemed like a waste of money. With this inspection from Randy and his team, I received an extremely detailed inspection. For further comparison, his report was 34 pages long! My first was only 6. He did an astounding job! In addition I sent him a text message hoping to talk to him person to person about the report (currently out of state, so have never actually seen the house) and he called me less than an hour later. He professionally answered every one of my questions with great detail and explanation and was overall great to talk too. These days it is hard to find such high quality service, and from every angle they hit the nail on the head. I would highly recommend using Accurate Inspections if you are purchasing a home in the area.

You have to love an home inspection! It gives you details of the home you want to purchase in an eye that you werent looking through. Well thats exactly what I got, while I picked the home Accurate Inspections went through with a fine tooth comb and showed me literally everything I didnt see when I walked through.
