Would recommend using any but Joel was good in the beginning then tells my fiance if she needs a lawyer he got one without knowing our situation and behind my back. Then will be almost impossible to get a hold of after he sells house, But you do get 4 paper plates, cups and snacks from the office for a gift and a half decent grass cutting.

I am very happy that Jami Shelton was my realtor selling my house. It s been 30 years since I last sold a house and needed an expert to assist. I didn t commit for months but Jami contacted me on a monthly basis until I was ready. She gave excellent ideas in staging the house . The house never looked better! The house sold in 15 days. During the entire sale process Jami was always available. She kept me informed of any issues and we were able to resolve them quickly due to her efficiency. It felt as though I had a realtor that only I was her client. She is the best. I highly recommend her. I would give them 0 stars. They took $2200 of our deposit when we left to fix 3 years worth of slight wear...it should have Maybe been $200 for a deeper cleaning even tho it was clean.....do not lease from them!

Do not rent from these people. If you want realtors that have your best interest at heart- go to someone else. They will take your deposit. Have to take them to court for using touch up paint that was provided by them, so it was a set up to not get back a $3,000 deposit. Thank goodness I took videos and pictures on move in, inspection and move out. That s the only thing that ll save me because they didn t even try to work with me or even meet with the painter when they said the deposit amount was already exceeded to return the deposit. Decide to everything if you deal with these people or just avoid the headache!

You will have trouble finding anyone better than Mike Loftis. My wife and I moved to Midland last July through a company transfer. We have been through this process before; more than half a dozen times in the last decade. Normally we get set up with someone the relocation company uses but we decided to go through Mike Loftis through a referral from a friend. Mikes knowledge of the community and connections are outstanding. He even had a friend who was a roofer, check the roof after a hail storm before closing. My family is getting to be too good at moving and Mike checked things we had never thought of. He even still checks up to see how we are doing and is there if we need anything from a handyman referral to questions on the sale. With Mike you may hire a real estate agent but will end up with a great friend as well.

Mike Loftis is the very best realtor I have ever worked with. If I could give him more starts, I would do so gladly. He was very friendly and extremely accommodating. He was most helpful and went above and beyond to sale my house at a very good price. He looked for all the positives my house had to offer and wrote nice home description for the multiple listing. He arranged for movers and was there to supervise them loading a Uhaul for me. He responded to all my phone calls and emails within minutes. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone buying or selling their home. Overall, a great guy!

The Sales Team from top to bottom is an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I bought our house in Midland, and the Sales Team worked to find the right fit for us. When it came time to leave, we let someone else handle the property management. We regretted that decision. The Sales Team property management is so seamless, youll forget you have a rental.
