Great food for fast food but they forgot part of our order, which I didnt realize until I was 15 miles away at home. So I had to drive 15 miles back to get them and 15 miles back home. They also did not answer the phone the 5 times I called on my way back to the store.

Beware online orders at Jack in the Box. If you need an item refunded, youll have to use an outdated online ticket system which forces you to fill out a bunch of order, business, and personal information. Then youll eventually get it over a week later. Charge backs are easier than this archaic system.

I am an ole school fan of mom & pop cooking but this place has change my mind. First and foremost, the staff are consistently KIND, RESPECTFUL, and EAGER TO SERVE. Owners need to take note of this frontline manager and what she is doing with her staff: good stuff. The food was WONDERFULLY messy in a great way. The burger in real life looked like the store photos: sadly, my photos did no justice. This is tasty food and I broke my diet today#

Drive thru last night. Between 10-11 l. It was rough. Staff there rude, food cold and gross. The lettuce on my burger wilted stringy, & inedible. Curly fries a 1/3 full. Sauced boneless chicken was not sauced and cold. I rarely eat carbs. It was so disappointing on every level.

It was nice and clean on the inside, which is always a good sign. My son, is autistic and very picky, however he loved the chicken strips and said they were as good as Whataburger, his favorite ones. I had a breakfast sandwich as did my wife and they were good. If you eat fast food breakfast, but dont go to Jack-in-the-Box, you should give it a try. Decent prices and higher quality than other places like McDonalds. Kid-friendliness: Multiple options for what items to have in the kids meal.

Went through the drive through and ordered a double cheeseburger burger with just cheese ketchup and tomato, the lady taking the order was apparently clueless and I had to tell her 3 times(she had the totally wrong item at one point). Went to the window and got my food. Checked my burger and it had all the things on it. I went inside to get a replacement, went home with it because I thought it wouldn t be too hard to screw it up again. Got home and checked it, it was a single cheese burger(not a double) with everything on it again. Clearly she is not able to take people s orders.

Did the drive thru passing through on the way from Missouri. 10 tacos. 2 and a half hours later they were soggy but still warm. Soooooooooo good!!!! Wish Jack in The Box was where I live. The gal who took my payment and handed me the bag was super friendly. Even when I asked for a larger bag. Did not act like she was inconvenienced by my request. Super friendly. Tacos were so good!! $10 plus tax fed 5 people. Almost 3 hours later. Haha

While Ill probably never bring a date here, Jack in the Box is one of my guilty pleasures. I always go to this location specifically because the workers are always nice despite my kids tendency to take forever to choose their food. The mini pancakes are my youngest ones favorite, but the rest of us kinda explore the menu a lot. Wheelchair accessibility: While there is a ramp, and handicap parking, the door can be a bit of a burden when on crutches or in a chair, as it is not automatic.

Jack n the box has always been a staple in my life. But it seems like the moral is bad. No greeting, just ready to order not very welcoming. A supervisor shows up and does paperwork in sweats and HOUSE slippers He walks through the kitchen waring open toed house slippers and then leaves. That aside, the tacos were at par. Most jack n the boxes seem to be understaffed, and I will bet underpaid. If you make a customer feel welcome, they will come back more often. I did not feel welcome. But I like cheap tacos, lol

Jack in the Box in general is a 10/10 for me, and since I no longer live near one, its a special treat. Thus, Im easy to please! We ate at this location 3 times while vacationing in the area (Im not normally a chain eater while on vacay unless its something I cant get at home). Consistently, the food and service were great, with one, tiny, kinda funny exception. The was a lady there (hard worker; she was there each of the three times we went and they werent the same shift, and GORGEOUS with these wild curls and Betty Davis eyes) who just flat out acted like the avocado ranch came out of her paycheck. Or was lethal. Or didnt actually exist. I would ask for it in place of the regular ranch, and she would say okay... Then give me regular. First time, I thought it was an accident. Second time I checked and went back inside to grab some. Third time we were in the drive through and I didnt want to fuss, plus at that point it was just kinda funny. I know its a small thing... But it was weird and a little sad bc I get to eat it so rarely and wanted to just binge and enjoy it. But oh well. To the beautiful keeper of the avocado ranch, its okay. Whatever that sauce did to you, Im sorry, and I wish you well.

This was probably the worst experience Ive ever had at a Jack in the Box. Two of the employees loudly fighting almost the entire time I was there. Normally I wouldnt care about this but the the noise and distraction is probably why my order was messed up and was definitely why I didnt want to order more as I didnt want to be there any longer then I had to be. That being said its still Jack in the Box and you cant really screw up curly fries and a bacon double even if they didnt get it plain.
