Spent over $50 on a memory mate plaque for son. They sent it with scratches one of their workers colored on to try and cover it up. How ridiculous for the price. Also the post they had my son it made him look terrible. I will never buy my son s pics from here again.

My childs school selected this company for sport pbotos. I hadnt received my photos in almost a year. I did contact the company via email. They sent the pictures fast. However, they were extremely dark. Have to contact them again. The pictures are too expensive for my child to almost blend in with the dark bacackground. They are super dark photos. July 18, 2022: For the second year, I have yet to recieve photos. Am I the only one having this issue? The dark photos has yet to be corrected.

The whole company is unprofessional and pricy. I received my son s baseball pictures and I didn t like the pose that they chose so I asked to pick another pose. Well I guess they only took one picture of him because I wasn t able to pick another pose and I never heard back from them. Even Lifetouch does better job of taking pictures than this photography company!

Ive been trying to get ahold of them for weeks now. I had ordered a plaque and my sons name didnt show in the form it shows my name. They havent responded to none if my emails yet. But yhats shy Im giving it a 1 star. Until they get ahold of me to get it fixed before the plaque is made.
