They said the shirts were clean. But when I picked them up they stunk like stail French fries, the pressed the shirts instead of washing or dry cleaning them. Would not recommend them

Id like to add to my review. I travel a lot. Its very important to me to be able to count on a local dry cleaner. Im very impressed by the entire staff at Star Bright Cleaners. From the courtesy from the front staff at drop-off to the quality/timeliness when I pick up, is quite exceptional. J

Brought the same pair of pants to them 4 different times to fix a button and press the pants. They didn t fix the button until the 4th visit. (My fault for not checking the first 3 times.) not to mention they charged me for the pants and to press them every time I took them. The 4th time I check the button before leaving and the lady rudely tells me well they aren t going to get pressed if you brought them for the button . I tell her I brought them back and they were no longer up to standard on pressed and they need to repress them for no charge. She shut the door in my face. Rude staff!!!!

They did an excellent job on my wedding dress, preserved it and boxed it too! The price was very reasonable and they took their time but also returned it in a very timely manner. They also did my husband s suit and it s never looked better! Highly recommend!

I took 9 pair of pants in yesterday and when I picked them up I was extremely pleased with the timeliness, quality of work and the price. The staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. I definitely will be using them again.

Terrible experience. I brought in a suit for cleaning and they left several stains on the leg and body of the suit. By the time I realized there were still stains, there wasnt much that could be done to treat them. Before this, I was given another customers order when I picked up a batch of my own. I took it back to the store so I hope the owner got it back. Overall, this cleaner is disorganized and you cant trust them to do the job. I would recommend Pressed Dry Cleaner as an alternative. They lost a garment of mine once, but at least they got the clothes I took in clean. The employees at Star Brite are nice, but if you cant trust them to take care of your best clothes, I cant recommend them. They left me with a ruined suit and no real help. Im extremely disappointed, and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

These folks are the best very pleasant to deal with and I have a couple of jackets that are dry clean only and it cost me $7 to have it dry cleaned I will go back there every time from now on.

I went there twice recently and BOTH times the lost my clothes and tried to give me shirts that did not belong to me. After wasting A LOT of my time waiting for my clothes to be found, I was charged full price and simply told oops sorry.

Dropped in for an out of town wedding based on reviews and locals recommendations. Staff was less than excited to be working there... Uninterested high school/college kids, they put a stain on a brand new white shirt and pants didnt look any better than if I ironed them myself. For what its worth, they got the stain out the next day but very inconvenient.
