A bit long,but detailed positive reviews are often hard to find. If you work or live near SAFB I recommend this little shop. The donut selection here is pretty decent even if you don t arrive at the crack of dawn. They taste good & are light & fluffy. Your sprinkle loving kiddo, (inner kiddo) should be satisfied . They make a variety of your standard type donuts ( ,twists, French cruller, bars, holes, variety old fashioned, fritters, danish, glazed etc..) If you are wanting ones that have tons of candy, cereal or ones topped with the entire Cracker Barrel breakfast menu, you might be disappointed. Those who like filled donuts , you select the filling you want & they add your desired amount at time of order. This is great for ppl like me that want a bar donut WITHOUT filling. I m a maple bar fan & theirs are pretty good. It s hard to find a shop that actually adds maple flavor to the icing, as simply coloring icing does not magically make it maple. If they happened to add a tad more maple, I wouldn t complain but if not, I ll still take these any day to avoid making my own. Not sure about all menu items since we have just stuck to donuts so far. They accept Cc which is a plus for those that don t carry much if any cash.After tax I paid $13 & change for dozen & maple. Not sure if paying cash is slightly cheaper. I haven t ever dined in, but there are a few tables available. It s a quaint shop & nothing fancy BUT every time I ve stopped in its been clean. They offer bottled beverages & coffee. I can t speak to their coffee, but I didn t care for the brand of OJ they carry. It s not terrible, just on the tart side, so if u prefer a sweeter OJ maybe pass getting one. Great service & staff is super friendly, I had to be up at an ungodly hr today & did what good mothers (as defined by a 13yr old boy) do & decided to grab a dozen. I arrived just before opening, the gentleman working was making the donuts but he stopped & took my order letting me know it would be about 10min until finished. I opted to wait in my car & let him know I would be back in at the specified time. Shortly after, he brought the hot fresh goodness to my car! I say this not because it s something that should be expected for the staff to do, but to share the type of owners/staff Delightful Donuts has. He could have simply left them on the counter & waited for me to come back inside. Nowadays people rarely go out of their way to do simple acts of kindness like this, so it s comforting to know it s not completely lost. Unfortunately I failed to get a pic before my son got to the box, I ll attempt to remember nxt time & add to the review.

The donuts are delicious but they very much do NOT open at 5! The 5 am opening time posted online is a LIE!!! Otherwise I very much recommend them if you swing by around 7 or so

They have what I believed to be the best jalapeño pig in a blanket that I have ever ..a little heavy on my pocketbook but well worth it..very nice people who own this early morning doughnut shop that has been open for quite some time. She just talked it up and it was great....

Best doughnut shop right outside of the base. When youre late to work, this is the doughnut you want to bring because these are the freshest/softest doughnuts your coworkers/supervision will have, so your tardiness will be forgiven. Their tiny piggy, a.k.a. pigs in a blanket, is a must. Unfortunately, I didnt get to take pictures because I lost self-control and devoured them.

I love this place. Its the closest donut shop to my house. I am a repeat customer and its such a joy to wake up on a Sunday morning and bring the kids to get donuts for the family or guests! The staff are friendly, and the donuts are delicious. Really is Delightful Donuts.

Having been in the donut and restaurant business for years but away from it for years it was a real treat to find delightful Donuts a couple years ago the shop is extremely clean the couple that run it are very clean polite and the donuts are incredible theyre not as heavy as most they are not over iced or overclased plus they have other choices like croissant sandwiches and pigs in a blanket Etc Id rather not eat a donut than eat one from any place else

Love this store! Have been going there since my kids were in grade school. All but one, a junior, are grown and moved away. They have the best pigs in a blanket and donuts. The service is like no other.

The doughnuts were really good, the breakfast sandwich was huge the Croissant it was made on was fantastic! Coffee was great. Unfortunately, right as I was finishing up my meal I saw a mouse run across the floor where the coffee is set up behind the milk cooler. . I have to give it one star due to that. Just makes me think if these rodents are crawling around on the food??

Amazing cinnamon rolls, pigs-in-a-blanket, and breakfast sandwiches! Not to mention how friendly the people were! I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be going back for the time I m in Wichita Falls!
