Great experience. The interior was clean and kept. The food was your standard, Dunkin Donuts. The coffee latte i got was prepared. (There was a small mistake, and it was rectified properly. They remade my drink with no issues at all). We were late to the party, we visited around 1130am on a Sunday, so naturally there were only about 8 donut varieties. But Im sure if we would have been 4 hours earlier, the racks would have been full of their whole inventory. Nevertheless, great experience and will be coming back.

This morning, we visited Dunkin after placing an online order. Upon arrival, we discovered that the item listed on the app wasnt available at this location (an issue with the app, not the store). However, the manager exceeded our expectations by providing an upgraded version of our original order and demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. I highly recommend this store for its outstanding staff and excellent coffee!

The service was probably, by the owner, but regardless was excellent. He went above and beyond to even bag some beans for me when he did not have them in the store to sell. This is the type service we are missing at most places across our nation. He cares about his customers. Also, the House Blend coffee, made at the store, is the best (IMO) of all fast food coffees I have had to date - actually better than most basic restaurant coffees. I look forward making it at home with the beans he gave me.

I have never seen such incompetence and thieving. At 3:30 p.m. no more donuts without knowing it we order at the terminal. When being served the employee no longer has the models to order, I look and see only 3 or 4 donuts placed there. We ask for a refund, they refuse, asking to take something else, but what? Really ? There is nothing else. What stupidity, then we had to insist for a long time to get a refund. Once I left, I later realized that he had not repaid the full amount, more than 2 dollars were missing, wouldnt that be considered theft? Anyway if you close at 9 p.m. and nothing at 3:30 p.m. change your schedule and close and be more honest.

Pup friendly and even offered a pup cup without even asking for one. Clean, fresh coffee and food, no compromise there! You can tell. I travel for work and everytime I stop at a Dunkin its great. Ive lived in Wichita Falls now for 3 years. Every time Ive been to this location its been awful. Always out of donuts. Its a joke. The employees always seem so unhappy and Ive never seen the same person there working twice. Whoever owns/runs this location should just be ashamed. Maybe working at Walmart is more your speed. This location needs new management or new franchise owner because whoever is in change doesnt have a clue.

I love Dunkins coffee. When this place first opened it was great. I work nights and would go by before work around 6p.m. or after work at around 7:15 a.m. through the drive through and order coffee. Usually a mocha iced coffee with cream and sugar. Simple enough. I have ordered that coffee at least 20 times. The last 5 times I have gotten the worst tasting drink. The staff was always rude and do not know how to make anything on the menu and will literally tell you that. Once I asked for coconut milk and I watched the lady put almond milk in my drink. Tasted horrible and what if I was allergic to almond milk? Just terrible service. I ordered a Frappuccino blast for a co-worker and the lady at dunkins said its too fu*$!#* cold to be ordering this. I mean really? This is what kind of people they have working there now. I decided to give them another chance. I door dashed a regular blend iced coffee with cream and sugar. Kept it simple so they could not get it wrong. I also ordered a mixed box of munchki holes. The coffee taste burnt. No cream and sugar. And the donut holes are hard as a rock. Probably both made early this morning and stale and burnt now that it is 9:30 at night. So disappointed. Never again!

I do not come here often, but when I do, I wait for a long time. Donuts are good. I grew up eating Dunkin donuts and in general really like cake donuts. Update... service here seems to be getting worse. It seems like they prioritize the drive-through over in-store patrons. Meaning, I will see vehicles get serviced before me that entered the line after I entered the store. To rub salt in the wound, I have not be greeted upon entry (which is customer service 101). Update, Feb 2022... More of the same. Long wait time in the store with no greeting upon entry. Almost feels like I am not even there. Food is good though. I seem to be making a mistake by going inside though. Is that me or is there something wrong with their system?

This morning I pulled up with 5 cars in front of me. I got to the speaker. She told me please give me a min and Ill be right with you. I felt irritable and frustrated I had to wait TWO minutes. The girl who took my order had an attitude when she took my order. Regardless I still was nice & polite to her even with the attitude & wrong order.

Excellent, friendly, competent customer service with a smile every time I go to the Dunkin on Kemp in Wichita Falls. The drinks, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and donuts are yummy! The store is adorable AND smells delicious. Its a win all around.

Owner is very irresponsible! He had issues with an employees check that we had cashed. Instead of mailing us a check he ghosted us for mths, n then finally told us take it up with the DA. So we no longer cash checks from this establishment! We shouldnt get published for your poor management!!
