Such an amazing cafe. The coffee was a 10/10, got their Single Origin offering in a pour over. Never have I had such a clean and vibrant Anaerobic coffee, the baristas were very knowledgeable and were able to give a detailed description and recommendation for this coffee and they blew it out of the water with how they brewed it. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. The owners and the staff should feel proud of themselves for the incredible environment and coffee they serve. Will definitely come back.

I had to come back 3 more times to make sure this wasnt a fluke. This is legitimately some of the best coffee Ive ever had. The only shops black coffee that is consistently better is Proud Mary in Austin. I tried a few pour overs, espresso, and cold brew, and all were outstanding. For tasting notes in their black coffee, Ive enjoyed some wild cups. Their cold brew reminds me of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The espresso was excellent, bright and fruity while still balanced. The pourover is the true star of the show. One cup had a distinct note of pineapple, another reminded me of strawberry. Every one of them had an impressive sweetness, clearly indicating the quality of their baristas. As pretentious as these descriptions sound, the notes are so striking that I just have to point them out. The shop is very inviting, in a unique building, plenty of parking, tastefully decorated with good seating, and has an outdoor area too. The baristas are friendly, efficient, and probably the most skilled within 100 miles. If youre already a coffee snob, an aspiring barista, or you just want a good morning cup, you just HAVE to check this place out.

What a great use for an old service station! It felt really cozy inside, but airy enough to work, (if I wanted to). The latte was great, and the ham and cheese scone was especially yummy. I was so glad to finally find an independent coffee shop in town that doesnt burn the coffee!

I don t often write reviews, but had to make sure I did here. This place is awesome. I stopped on a road trip and it was worth the detour. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the different coffees and backgrounds/beans of their pour overs and drip coffees. They were super nice and welcoming, which you don t see very often nowadays. Additionally I was there in January when it s cold, and the heaters in the bathroom were really nice!

Yes, Collective Coffee is great, but baristas like Trinity are why people come back. She s a humble spirit with a perfect balance of energetic fun and truly wants you to enjoy every aspect of your coffee and visit to Collective. They have a great rotation of local coffee roasters and rare sought after coffees. I don t usually care for scones, but my goodness their scones are so so good. Collective is a must when visiting Wichita Falls. Any time I am here for work, I make it a daily stop. I get the brown sugar vanilla cappuccino. And its perfect every single time. Normally in the Fall they carry an amazing buttery cranberry orange scone thats very good. They do have other pastries and cookies. I love the vibes and theres always a spot to sit and catch up on work, homework, etc. I look forward to TDY just so I can make it to Collective. The owners are super nice and so is the staff. As someone that loves coffee, I have taken amazing pics here for my Instagram coffee page.

Great place. A hidden gem as a much needed break from the Starbucks drones. I am very picky on my espresso and only ever go to the big chains when I travel. Prefer my own at home or my hand selected few in Greenville, South Carolina, and Boston. The line at Starbucks was absurd. Makes you wonder why people sit in line all the way out on the street, when real coffee is being offered up with a great atmosphere, craft made syrups and made with cae only a couple.miles away. This coffee shop offers marginally above-average cold brew coffee. I spent appx $30 on a large cold brew coffee, a large iced coffee, and a bag of Dreamer coffee beans. For the coffees, the cups were particularly small (in my opinion) for what I was paying. For this reason, I will give 4 stars instead of 5. I believe the coffee beans were approximately $20 for 12oz/340g of coffee, and I would consider this to be relatively standard (maybe slightly expensive) relative to the locally roasted coffee that I buy in Tyler, Texas. (I do wish that Collective Coffee sold a dark roast coffee, though.) Despite those comments and complaints, the environment and staff were awesome! The staff was very kind, the coffee bar was a nice spot to talk/interact with fellow bar-sitters and the baristas. There was an outside turf area for people to enjoy the weather and sit with pets. Vegetarian options: Its a coffee shop. Coffee is a vegetarian drink.

This is a fantastic locally-owned traditional coffee house that mainly caters to the college crowd; its proximity to the University allows the students to easily walk over. Theres plenty of parking and ADA accessible. I ordered a cappuccino that was perfectly prepared and served. Their prices are right in line with other local establishments. They also have a nice selection of beers and IPAs. Parking: Easily accessible and within walking distance to MSU.

I had a cup of regular drip coffee and a chocolate chip muffin. Both were perfectly fine. The coffee was definitely higher quality than your average cup of Joe, which I appreciated. Service was good, free wifi was good; basically it was a good place to get a cup of coffee. Definitely stop here to get a good, if a tad expensive, cup of coffee instead of the big box place! ;) But for my taste, the atmosphere was a bit austere. Not a very comfortable place to sit and do some writing (which is why I visited). Its in an old gas station and, Ive been in a lot of places that have converted old gas stations into something else, and they all have the same thing in common-they remind me of gas stations. Dont get me wrong, I really appreciate the reuse of old buildings that need a second life! And this is a GREAT use of an old gas station! If I were a local I would appreciate it even more! But if you are traveling through, looking for a unique stop, this probably isnt it.

The most Arrogant Mediocre coffee shop ever. 3.25 for Tropicana OJ which is 1.80 at the store or Circle M Donuts (which health considerations aside) has a better product than these folks. 5.15 muffins which are not bad. Again, pale against the donuts which cost a buck. Arrogance has spread through this place like a disease. The baristas - sans a few good apples - are rude, aggressive, nasty. Reading about 3$ cardamon buns at the finest coffee bakery in Milan in this mornings NY Times and $3 lattes makes this even more insulting. Nice venue gone bad. Did I say Greed? They arent even roasters but strictly retailers.

Great venue with amazing espresso only found here. I tried my usual double shot with cream and it was the best I ve had in so long. The next time I m in Wichita Falls, I will be back. They recommended the soft pretzel for a snack. Since I was going to be on the road for a bit they even cut the pretzel up into bite size pieces. The queso that comes with it rivaled many that I ve had elsewhere. The venue is great. There is even a nice outdoor space. I only wish there was a bathroom inside the restaurant as well as outside. The overall aesthetic is pleasing and has a nice design. There is plenty of space for a variety of groups.

Beats me how they can pull off the art in the froth, but its really impressive. Comfortable seating indoors with a spacious outdoor area. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to guide you if youre unsure what to order. They also serve beer and wine if you want to indulge. The vegan queso is fantastic just like the house made humus. The only issue would be that youd have to be strategic with when you go if you want a quite area to read or study. Most evenings and weekends can attract groups, kids, and folks like myself who lack sufficient volume control. Its never too bad, however and Im never bothered by any noise. They also have bi-weekly trivia night and a progress and provisions food truck 4 - 6 times per week.

The menu is a bit confusing, even for someone like me who visits a lot of coffee shops. Person at the counter wasnt the most patient with my partner trying to navigate the menu which wasnt great. However I will say the drinks were really good. I may give them another chance in the future.

This is the most legit coffee place in this little town. Their espresso pulls always come out nice and smooth tasting.. I wont name names, but a few other places here have been really going downhill and overextracting their espresso and Collective Coffee is such a welcome change here. Reminds me of the coffee houses we visit in Dallas. Would recommend to anyone in town!
