We dined here during HHH 2024 weekend. The food was outstanding! Some of the best ramen and scallion pancakes we have had in a long time. This is our third year in Wichita Falls attending HHH weekend. We have tried many different restaurants, but this is now our go to favorite. If you are in Wichita Falls you definitely need to dine here. One of the best restaurants in town, without a doubt.

Ordered takeout. Hot and sour soup, sesame chicken and beef and broccoli. Typical American Chinese cuisine. Ordered the soup dumplings delicious. The soup was spicy and tangy. Love it. This noodle bar is incredible! It was one of the best I have been to here in the States! Flavors are on point food is well presented and prepared, fountain drinks have good flavor and carbonation. I ate here a few times while in town and loved it! The only complaint I have is that their chili oil is (pathetic).. has absolutely no spice to it, and I do not like to drown my food in Sriracha.. I ordered the tonketsu black and the Hell Ramen and was completely shocked at how well they tasted! Every flavor was on point, but sadly.. NOT SPICY I did also order the fried cheese cake and was a bit embarrassed as it came out looking like a childs party cake lol definitely not something I would order for myself again but did taste good!! This was my second visit and the food was really good? I went the first time right after it opened and my meal was just okay, not much flavor, and tasted like it was a rush job. But this time was completely different! The food was really good. They may have been having a bad day the first because no one is 100% but this trip was really good. If I ever wanted to speak a foreign language it d probably start here. I swear to god I could speak fluent Chinese the second I saw the food. I never even been to china, but I know when that pad thai hit my table I could literally feel my ancestors telling me that Guam was made to be colonized by some asian guy and his army of jasmine rice farmers. The absolute amount of gas that was cooking in that building needed a warning cause I was about to faint from gas poisoning. 10/10 highly recommend.

First time trying Fun Noodle Bar. The food was absolutely delicious. The flavors were amazing and service was great. Nicole was our waitress and she is very sweet and attentive. On Feb 9th I went on a date here for the first time! Its a little small and crowded than I thought (I have anxiety) but overall its a really good place to eat. First time to Wichita Falls and this came highly recommended. After eating here, I can understand why. The staff was attentive and if we needed anything they were quick. The food was outstanding, trying the Angel hair chicken, Takonstu Ramen spicy, Chicken Ramen, General Tso chicken, pan fried Bao with Pork and cabbage and Mochi at the end. To watch them hand pull the noodles and make the meals was a cool thing. Place was very busy, went around 1730-1830. The meals were served quickly and hot! Definitely recommend to stop and eat here if in WF.

I had the soup dumplings and boa dumplings and they were both perfect. The crab rangoons were the best I ve ever had. I wasn t sure what to order entree wise so I ordered the chow mein and it was very impressive. I ll branch out the next time I go! Most entrees were under $10 too.

I picked up some food here for a quick dinner while we were on the road. Nice staff and my food was ready - but still hot! - when I arrived. Wonton soup was bland, but had tons of wontons. We also got their General Tsos chicken and rice. This was much more palatable, but similar to Panda Express. As for the ambience/environment: The restaurant was clean and I believe it would be a nice restaurant to sit down and have a meal at, but nothing to write home about. If I stop by in the future, I think Id want to try the pho/noodle bowls instead; those may be a better pick than the wonton soup! Overall, its a bit pricey for the food and flavors you get in my opinion, but was still much better than grabbing something from a fast food restaurant.

This place is authentic Chinese, they make their own noodles and dumplings. The stir dried noodles and dishes are made to order, you can see the kitchen and how they cook everything, is a clean space. The cooks are Chinese. The food is great, much better than Taki and you get refills on drinks which is another area where the other place fails. The wait staff is tolerable at best. One waitress didn t speak enough English to answer my questions about the menu and just smiled awkwardly as I repeated myself, then she got very rude with me because *she* has poor English. The food is great! Atmosphere .well ok: restaurant looks quite nice inside except when the kitchen area is cleaned into the seating area. The staff cannot or does not want to dress somewhat close to makes them distinguishable as a waiter. Waiters are nice except when the restaurant is within closing time, then the customer has the feeling we got to finish quickly and get out. This is my favorite place in town. The food all tastes very fresh and well made. The ramen, in particular, is really great. Nothing Ive tried is bad! Easily the best Asian cuisine in Wichita Falls, without a doubt. Something the review wont let me recommend as a dish is their Sesame chicken. Its my favorite dish there. Normally, places tend to serve me sesame chicken with like a soft, soggy breading. And I like that... but FNB served me sesame chicken with a crunchy breading and I was impressed! Nothing came out cold that wasnt supposed to be. Awesome food. Had the Tempura Shrimp, Pork Bao, Crab Ragoon, General Tso Chicken, spicy wontons. The Crab Ragoon s were really amazing!!! The General Tso Chicken was also very saucy & flavorful! Chicken was tender but with a nice slight slight crunch. The shrimp tampura was light in flavor but as soon as you dipped it into the sauce, it was a whole other magical ball game. Definitely a place to give a try. Service was also impeccable! I didn t get the Lady s name that served us, but she was amazing by refilling our beverages and checking on us. Went 2 times while visiting WF. 1st- food is really good. Service- during my 1st visit, they forgot to bring me my food. I waited & waited, waitress never came to our table until time to bring boxes for the other 8 people in my party. The Fun Noodle Bar is, by far, the best Chinese restaurant in my hometown. Having traveled through Europe and the USA, I can unequivocally state that their menu offerings are just as good as those in Chinatown, NYC, and SF CA. Wow! I am very impressed with the style, food, and service here. Upon entering the restaurant feels kind of cafeteria Asian and I like that. The menu is straightforward with standard appetizers, soups, dumplings, and entrees. We had the soup dumplings and the filling was amazing. Perfect amount of soup and smooth slightly oniony flavor. Definitely get this. We waited about ten minutes for the food and we were given a nice little tray of salted sweet peanuts to eat while we waited. A nice touch. I had the rib soup and it was initially heavy on the cilantro but after you dig in it mellows out to a fatty rich flavor in the broth. The ribs were soft and delicate with a slightly smokey flavor. My wife had the tonkatsu ramen. The broth was great. Noodles were slightly doughy, but still delicious. The toppings were fresh and brightened up the dish. My son had the general tsos with noodles. This was probably my favorite. The breading was still very crisp and light with a delicious sauce and the noodles were fried with egg and vegetables with a sauce that brought out the rich flour in the noodles. The price was fair for such an amazing meal. Highly recommend.

I am officially addicted to this place. The best ramen I ve ever had. I was rather disappointed in taki ramen but fun noodle bar is where it s at! Also just tried their Dan Dan noodles. So delicious! You can tell they make these noodles by hand. I love the food here. Good flavor and plenty of options. I have honestly eaten the full course: appetizer, main dish, and dessert. I have also done just the main dish or a lot of different appetizers as my meal. Yes, I have been here quite a number of times, and I cant complain about much. When it gets busy wait time goes up of course and the waiters have to divide their attention quite a bit, they are rock stars but they do sometimes rush or forget things. I love the decor and the concept they have going, it is just small, you can hear the conversation of everyone around you. Plus, its a little tight when you need to make your way to the restroom. The noodle making is in the front near the door and while you wait to be seated its fun to watch, I think that might be where they got the name lol. Ultimately, if you like Asian style food and flavors give this place a try. Vegetarian options: They have veggie only options. Kid-friendliness: They have Ramuné (Japanese soda pop) my kids love to watch the marble drop. They have a kids menu. I will warn parents it is not the most spacious space so strollers may not fit. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair accessible entrance and some larger tables with more space for you to roll right up to the table.

My initial expectations were set pretty high and sadly Im just unable to give it a 5 star. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite inviting and the staff were very friendly. The food to me however fell a little short. My ramen seemed as if it was laking flavor and was trying to be overcompensated with the topings. Same goes for the soup dumplings. The orange chicken was extremely good though and I cant wait to come back and give it another try.

This is one of the BEST spots here in town! The food is absolutely delicious and priced reasonably! The ramen noodles itself are hand made at the front to the restaurant! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had the Pad Tai with vegetables and spring rolls for an appetizer. It was very delicious! The restaurant was exceptionally clean. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back. I enjoyed it very much! Vegetarian options: Pad Tai with broccoli was wonderful.

Amazing food! The dumplings are to die for and any dish is just as par on the menu. The mood of the restaurant is really interesting and the staff is very nice and quick with things for you and your party. Definitely a go to when hungry for some dumplings, noodles, and more!
