We lived here for 5 years and absolutely loved it! It was nice and quiet compared to most complexes, since its surrounded by the woods and away from the main road, and living in the two bedroom unit meant we had no one above or below us either. We loved the easy access to the Lake Wichita Park circle trail too! The new staff if very friendly, they host nice events for the complexs community that we always appreciated, and both the move in and move out process went very smoothly. Our neighbors were always friendly too! I dont think we could have chosen a better complex to live at in Wichita Falls :)

I recently toured Lakeview Townhouses in Wichita Falls, TX, and had a great experience! Priscilla, the leasing agent, was amazing. From the moment I arrived, she was super friendly, welcoming, and knew everything about the property. Priscilla gave me a thorough tour of the townhouses, showing off all the features that make Lakeview special. The units are spacious, well-kept, and have a modern design that really caught my eye. The community is peaceful with beautiful views. What really stood out was how Priscilla took the time to answer all my questions patiently and professionally. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about the residents. Her enthusiasm made the whole experience so much better. I highly recommend checking out Lakeview Townhouses and asking for Priscilla. Shell make it an easy, no pressure, enjoyable process!

My family of three has lived at the Lakeview Townhomes Property for going on three leases now. We LOVE this complex!!!!!! the maintenance team is lean but they get the job done! I ve never had anything happen that wasn t addressed within 24 hours or less. The office staff is wonderful, we have a text system that we can communicate with them on anything from hours of pool being opened to How much was that water bill again? Our property is fun we have giveaways, events and they service the Villas across Fairway as well. Amazing job and we enjoy living here. I can t believe I almost forgot this! It s quiet because we are away from the main road we don t have unwanted people in the complex or hear loud music jamming out down the street at 2am. It s a family friendly all ages friendly property.

I would give 5 stars except Im dying in this heat. I have had maintenance out 3 times this summer only to be told nothing is wrong and that its just going to be hot in the apartment. It is currently 80 degrees inside my apartment with the ac on, I would not have moved here had I known I wouldnt have properly working AC all summer.

Maintenance was horrible, went two years with a air conditioner that wouldnt keep the apartment under 80 degrees, everything was fixed the cheapest, fastest and easiest ways possible just to get by. Office staff was rude and not helpful at all manly the property Manager. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Haven t had a problem so far. It s a nice location, tucked back away from the main road. I love the easy access to the Lake Wichita Park walking and bike trails and the police are always parked over there so it makes me feel safer as a single girl.

This is the best property I ve ever lived at. All the staff is great! They are quick to respond on all matters from maintenance to a minor concern. Great communication with residents , very clean property. We have monthly drawings often for reduced rent to winning a prize. Neigbors are great as well, never had a noise complaint.

The office staff are always welcoming and helpful. If there are any issues maintenance responds fairly quickly. Parking lot is big and landscaping is kept up. Quiet area for the most part. Upstairs neighbors can be ridiculous at times but that s apartment living.

Rodents in walls and celings, can hear them sctraching around all day/night. Its now been 4mths. They put traps on the ground for other rodents. Wasps everywhere. Slow on getting repairs done. The one maintenance guy (Ernest) they have is great tho.

When I lived in WF, I lived at this property, and I have nothing but great things to say about it. It was quiet, it was well kept, you have your own parking spot, you are next to a park, on-site laundromat. Fair prices. The front office was amazing, helpful with any problems I had. I 100% recomend this property if you are looking for a place in WF.

Maintenance responds timely, is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Office personnel are helpful, pleasant, and friendly. Moved in when COVID started and appreciate the patience management exercised when a lot of tenants were struggling to make rental payments. Quiet area just far away enough to not feel like your in the city but close enough to shopping needs. On a side note, because of COVID restrictions and the view of the night sky our location here rocks for stargazing..

I enjoy living here, it s a very safe and family friendly complex. The office and maintenance staff are helpful. When I have a service request it is normally attended to within a couple hours. The only down side is that it is an older complex, so there isn t good insulation and the windows need to be replaced. Which makes I m not retain heat well during the winter. Overall, it is a very cozy complex.

The office staff and Property manager are always so nice and friendly. They have fun activities going on for the different holidays which makes it great for the kids! It s really quite out here. The maintenance staff are very professional and fast! They always leave a note stating what they came and repaired. There is a park and a nice pool, a laundry room, several doggie stations, park benches with little grills for outdoor fun. It s family friendly. To us it s cozy and our home!

All in all, I enjoy living here, and I feel safe and cozy. The office and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly. When I have a service request, maintenance quickly responds and fixes it. The walls are thin, but its quiet (other than vehicles coming and going outside my unit), and Ive had no problems with my neighbors. Having said that, this is an old complex and could use some revamping--the windows and furnace are old and inefficient, and the electrical sockets dont all work. There was obviously water damage in my unit prior to me moving in based on the conditions of the ceilings and floors.

If I could rate lower than one star I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Maintenance is terrible , I had the roof breaking in my daughters room for a whole year and I asked many times for it to be repaired. Worst place to live ! And when they say it s being renovated everything is dated back in the 80s no renovations what so ever .

For the most part, it is a quiet complex. My issue with the place is the office management. They were extremely rude with myself and my husband. First when I gave them a move out date and again today when we had to postpone the move out date due to an issue with our new place. We have no control over any of that and yet they told him we had to get out by the original date. When he explained to him for the 3rd time we would not be doing that, they said we better be out by the next week. We let them know of the issue as soon as we knew and yet they treated him like that. I have been a good tenant for 6 years and this is not how you treat people.

Lakeview Townhomes just *feels* safe and the maintenance staff are pretty good about getting things done quickly and leave a note and a sucker. The office is always doing really fun things for the kids who live at the complex. Ive definitely enjoyed living here!

Only bad thing is they will try to get over you at the end of your lease with payments , they do mind there business and aren t nosey one thing I did like about this apartment. it was also off and away from everything. Love the apartments and a good place to live if everything worked correctly. The only issue i have is our building loses power constantly. 110 degrees losing power is no good, then its 30 degrees out an we lose power for over 30min and this is everyday this happens. This needs be fixed, any time we call the office they just send someone out to flip the breaker an not actually fixing the problem. Next we will be filing with the BBB if it is not takin care of

The apartment itself wasn t completely awful, had a few problems like the water heating tank in the bedroom closet made the room smell like fish. The walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors, and smell whatever they re doing as well. The reason I rate this 2 stars is the management there. She is very rude and treats you like a criminal if you re late on your rent by a few days when that s the only time it happened. She has the biggest attitude might i add. I don t really recommend this apartment unless you have no where else better to go.

The one thing that I will remember the Lakeview Townhome by is the fact that I caught the maintenance person entering my apartment without my or managements knowledge. When I arrived on the previously agreed upon move in day the apartment was not ready and the maintenance staff and make ready staff were still working on getting it ready. However, I was expected to do the move in inspection. I was shown what they called a corporate unit. I believe that unit had double pane windows, while the unit I moved into had the cheap, one pane, aluminum frame windows. Thats the type that starts sweating when it gets cold outside. Turns out that the marble-looking countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms were spray painted on. Also spray painted or refinished was the tub. The refinish started to come off within a few weeks, revealing the actual color of the tub. When I reported this to the apartments management I was told to vacate the apartment for two days so that they could refinish the tub again. I would need to cover the cost for the two days that I cant use the apartment but have to pay rent for. I declined. Upon move in the carpet appeared in good shape, nice and fluffy. After just a few days of walking on the carpet it turned out to be old and flat and required constant vacuuming for it to look presentable. As already mentioned I caught the maintenance person entering my apartment without my or managements knowledge. When I asked him what he was doing in my apartment he responded that he was looking for a pair of pliers that he may have forgotten during a previous maintenance job......I did call the apartment manager about this and was told that she would talk to him. The kitchen faucet had to be replaced. Up until then the kitchen faucet had a detachable spray head with a long hose attached. That was convenient to keep the old stainless-steel sink clean. After the maintenance person was done replacing the kitchen faucet, the spray head and hose were gone, the hole in the sink for the spray head still there. There were two rooms upstairs. One had a ceiling fan, the other did not. Odd and quite hot during the summer month. The quality of living there goes up and down with the people that live there. Towards the end of my time there a person moved in that blasted the community with loud music from the cars stereo, or visitors blocked all parking, including the reserved, covered ones for occupants. The place has a laundry room. Unfortunately, some occupants do not keep the room and machines tidy. The place charges a monthly fee for a pet in addition the pet deposit. The place also requires occupants to maintain renters insurance while living there. I guess that is in order to lower their own cost of insurance. Rent payments are made through a website called RentTrack. The site claims that it helps resident s credit score by reporting the rent payments. I do not need some wimpy website to help improve my credit score. Annoying While my official move out date was not until the end of June 2019, I had my move out inspection about 2 weeks before then. The manager came over and looked at the place. She did point out two stains on that old, beat up carpet but made it sound that a good cleaning would take care of at least one of the stains. I paid a total of $300 in deposits at move in. $200 and $100 for my pet. Out of the $300 deposit, I will receive a refund of $24 although there was no damage caused by me or the pet. I did call for an explanation of all deductions from my deposit but the staff could not give me a detailed answer, even after calling twice about the issue. As of today, July 22, 2019, I have not received a refund of my deposit. The pet deposit was applied to the last water bill. How does that work?? There are better apartment options in Wichita Falls such as the brand new place that is about to open right in front of the Lakeview Townhomes. I do not recommend this place.

Where am I getting Lakeview apartments 3 stars I like how theyre does hideaway in seems like on people dont know about them thats what I like about it looks like its enforced are you theres a lot of trees surrounding it and I like it I dont know how the inside looks but I do know the prices are outrageously pricey Other than that pretty good about to Lakeview apartments I would love to go and talk to them and have them show me an apartment just to get an ideas. but I dont know if Im allowed to go there and go right to the office and talk to them or if I have to call them or what but if anyone getting this message email me that [email protected] my name is Joy Rater. I would love to know more about these apartments I would love to go over there and see them as just to walk AWAY from my place.
