I do not give a 1 lightly, but this place most definitely deserves it. The mini golf, for some strange reason, has VERY strict rules, on top of being INSANELY overpriced. $20 for 2 people, for ONE round of 18 holes. You are reminded by signs all over as well as the staff telling you that you are NOT ALLOWED to replay any holes, NOT ALLOWED to play both courses, NOT ALLOWED to restart your game, NOT ALLOWED to walk on the grass.. It feels like youre in prison and youre being given the privilege of playing mini golf. The MOST UNWELCOMING, UNFUN experience Ive had at a fun establishment. After 23 minutes that it took me to finish 1 course, I made my way back inside since i didnt want to risk the wrath of the Mini Golf Gods and get banned or something. I asked The young man at the counter why all the strict rules and he proceeded to say I dont know. I didnt make the rules. I think the owners/managers of this place forgot the whole point of this establishment: to provide fun for families. And just a hint: families are PAYING for that fun. What a crazy thought to be considerate of that fact, huh? I didnt bother staying for anything else, food or arcade games, as i noticed that they were overpriced as well. Im not the type of reviewer to tell you what to do. I will say that based on my personal experience, it is not worth the cost WHATSOEVER. I will avoid this place like the plague. I will do myself a favor and choose Chuck E Cheese or TILT at the mall, if I want a family fun arcade day. I would STRONGLY recommend you do the same.

This is our second birthday party here and both times have been wonderful! The team sets everything up, serves, and breaks everything down for the party so it s stress free for us parents! Pizza was good and kids had a blast playing alllllllll the games!

I ve been here twice once in mid june and another time during 4th of july weekend both times the same girl was working at the go karts and water boats desk and each time she was terribly rude and dismissive to everyone in line not just us. really terrible service and seemed like she didn t want us there we would ve loved to pay for more rides but were too nervous about being judged again for wanting to ride. her name marysa. i ve never left a review but felt very compelled because this wasn t the first time.

Always have fun here. On our most recent trip we stuck to the indoor attractions to avoid the heat. Laser tag arena is on the small side, but the bulkier walls and barriers help make up for it. I forgot to take a picture of the score board, but I think something wasnt working right when one team came out with 0 points. The game choices are plenty in the arcade but my son sticks to his favorite Minecraft game.

We had a birthday party here in April and it was the best! Service was fabulous, especially from our Party Host, Landon! He did all the set up, made sure we were taken care of the whole time, cleaned up, offered to carry our gifts out, and even drew a cool picture on the envelope of the card he gave to my son! 100% would do this again!

I Would leave a minus 10 if I could. Do NOT have a birthday party here. We Did not have a host nor any direction. It was 90 degrees in there and had to ask for them to turn on the air. Told us the empty tables we sat at would be an additional 50.00 each so we had to sit far away from the party. We Paid 300 for 10 kids to skate, 3 pizzas and 1 pitcher of soda. What a ride!!!

Took our family here for one of our kiddos birthdays. Staff informed me rudely that I could not bring in the cake since I didn t book a party. I understand that. I then asked if I could pay for a party package on the spot since the place was practically empty. The manager declined us. We ate the cake outside nbd. Unfortunately the staff was rude and moody the entire time seemingly run completely by teenagers. I wouldn t recommend purely because staff seem bothered by a customer s presence. UPDATE: responding to the businesss reply. The cake nor the booking policy were the issue. The rude employees are what I was obviously talking about. Judging by your juvenile reply I can see why it s tolerated there.

I scheduled a birthday party for my son. It started as rude, uncivil behavior by Manager, Marilyn, her male colleague telling me that we had arrived too early, they had no place to keep birthday cakes, goody bags can only be handed out at end of party or else they could reschedule my party and I can hand goody bags in parking lot. That is how Family Fun Zone does birthday parties for Asians.

This is a repeat of a yelp review I made over a year ago. My wife, my kids and I all went out to this place to have fun. After we hit the mini golf, we hit up the Laser Tag. My wifes vest wasnt working. She let the people know mid game she was having issues but the attendant basically just said to deal with it and that it happens sometimes. No refund for her. No replay of the game...just a broken game and lousy service. Because of this, we will never go back...my son even wants to try the go karts but why would we go back there? What happens if one of the go karts doesnt work? Will they just take my money again and tell me to deal with it again? Yeah, no thanks.

Staff is rude and incompetent. I remember coming here years ago when it was under different management. I miss the old days. Theres a lot of new equipment here while other things are falling apart. (Referring to the golf course primarily.) On top of that, youre dealing with a youthful and negligent staff, its not worth it. On top of that, they are STRICT. Dont bother coming for fun. Me and my son wont be coming back.

After emails and phone calls prior to our visit, trying to figure out the best option for a party for our teen, we concluded paying for go carts and Lazer tag and pizzas, individually, met our needs better than the party packages, and even tho we would spend equivalent or more money. Was not allowed to bring in our cake due to no party package. Bummer since it was 114 degrees outside and we already purchased the cake. We got over it and just went on with the party without cutting the cake. The workers there were rude to a guest of our party, and our guest wrote a 1 star review while we were still there spending money.... Guess thats one thing the owner stays on top of here, they read the review and promptly called their employees and they asked us to leave.... We first thought they were coming to us to allow us to eat the darn cake since they were not at all busy and to be nice ha, will never be back or recommend this place First bad review ive ever wrote. .

Went there for a birthday party with friends and family and was told that we are not allowed to eat cake without a birthday package. In these birthday packages they do not offer go karts or laser tags. And after a family member left a review about the rude staff who can t do basic math (couldn t subtract 600 from 1000) they proceded to kick us out of the establishment. The review posted didn t even include the lack of go karts as there were only two singe riders and 3 double riders. They waited to tell us we had to leave until after we had payed for the laser tag and go karts. While we were leaving the staff were huddled up together looking at us and giggling. Would not recommend this experiment to anyone else if I could rate this a zero I would.

Not a fun zone. Save your money and go somewhere else. The staff are incredibly rude and lack basic customer service skills. We came in with a large group of 13 for a birthday and we were basically the only people there, one or two small groups came in while we were there. We didn t buy the birthday package because they didn t have one that included laser tag and go carts. We bought three large pizzas, 10 drinks, laser tag for 8 kids and go carts for 10, and 100$ on game cards. We had a cake that we brought in and we were told that we could not eat the cake because we did not purchase a birthday package. The staff stared at us like we were criminals the entire 2 1/2 hours that we were there. Food and drinks are way over priced and they even charge you a dollar for the game cards. We will be taking our business else where. After spending all this money they kicked us out because I posted this review! Haha what a joke.

This place is amazing. Everything is clean and up-to-date. The skate floor is always clean and smooth, and the skates are new and clean. They have all the latest video games and good prizes. DO NOT GO HERE!! Owner is awful and the employees need to be trained correctly. The fact that the owner always makes the customer feel like they are in the wrong here, is the problem. I get that sometimes the customers are wrong, but every time..over the same complaint, your employees, then there s a problem. You as an owner need to do better. Nice place with lots of stuff to do, but the associates started cleaning and closed the bathrooms an hour before closing time. They should change the posted hours to a time that accurately reflects when they CLOSE THEIR FACILITIES. *Update in reply to the owner* An employee did NOT forget to remove a temporary closed sign. We DID ask and were informed they were closed for the rest of the night at 8pm. This underhanded reply from the owner implying incompetence on my part should say everything you need to know about customer service at this place.

Manager of this place is very rude and unforgiving. Two of our friends were evicted from the premises for breaking a mini golf rule that was not relayed to either of them. They caused zero damages, stayed off the grass they were asked and were there for several hours beforehand. They were both extremely apologetic while he repeatedly scolded them. Totally ruined the experience for all of us as we were there and having a good time for several hours. Left them both in tears on the drive home. Treat people with kindness for goodness sake!!!

Liked the different activities offered. The staff arent very pleasant and seem to lack common customer service and courtesy, especially when it comes to first-time visitors and not knowing the options and prices for each. Also note that there are no packages of activities that are offered. Theres everything from arcade fun, indoor skating, and outdoor mini golf and go carts. It definitely would be a better experience if the options were offered as a package deal to enjoy more than one activity.

If you have 5-6 yr old kids do not do anything here. The kids were doing Pizza and gifts and the manager on duty told the kids they were to loud. No other party was near them and all the adults were standing there. Instead of talking to the parents or adults who booked it 5 yr old kids were told to keep noise down. When I asked to speak to manager, female wbo adrressed my child, i was told I dont owe you an explanation and the cops were called. I then was threateaned with harassment and told I was tresspasing until cops showed up and told I did nothing wrong. Avoid this place at all costs.

Maybe I have grown out of it, but family fun lo locations like this just arent what they are all cracked up to be. The mini-golf course was not very challenging, and most of the water features were out-of-order or broken. For video games, the selection was baic and roughly a dozen games mixed grom younger child to 3 or 4 adult style games. After those I didnt care to venture and see the other venues they had.

Wonderful staff and service! Great time was had by everyone in our group. I have skated for over 45 years. They have done a wonderful job with wood floor. Sound system is excellent. New inlines are great. Game room is very modern loaded with latest games. We are looking forward to warmer weather to try miniture golf. We are also looking forward to the plans they have in mind for 2023 for Lawton facilities. Great to hear the local churches and the musical options they will have on their desinsted nights. It reminds us of the fellowship and fun we had as teenagers. We also looked forward to our nieces birthday party in February.

Staff was very friendly, especially for being young adults! My toddler had a BLAST here. He never gets many tickets because he doesn t understand the arcade games, but he was able to get a lot more for his tickets here than other places. He wasn t tall enough for anything but the bumper boats so he did those & had a blast. We didn t eat here so I can t rate the food, but the staff, games, and atmosphere were great!

I called in advance to see if there was anything that I needed to do in order to have a small birthday party for my son. I was told over the phone that there was plenty of public unreserved seating to accommodate the roughly 15 people we planned to have. We were told upon arrival that we could not have our son s cake in there UNLESS we had reserved and paid for a party package. None of this would have been an issue had I been told accurate information over the phone. Although we were given the wrong information over the phone, they made absolutely no effort to make things right. Simply told us policy is policy . In my son s 12 years of parties, this is the first time where we could not take in his cake. I assumed cake was an exception to the no outside food policy, since it is everywhere else, but received a condescending well cake is food response from the employee (may have been the manager). The establishment is nice enough but we will not step foot back in there due to poor management that clearly does not train their employees to give correct information or care to make things right with their customers after their own wrong doing.

The arcade games are reasonably priced, and the new ownership has done a lot of work to breathe life back into the place over the last few years. Im giving it 4/5 because I really want to see the batting cages and bumper boats operational. They have been closed for a very long time. Hopefully they can fix them and open them back up.

But it wasnt so bad. The arcade games were mostly all working and they were all only a couple credits so our points went pretty far. We also did the skate rink which was too fun. My kids looked too cute on their little walkers since none of them have skated before. We didnt order any food so cant comment on that, but it did smell amazing! Overall, it was really fun!

Inconsiderate management, I was not pleased with my burnt loaded cheese fries and calzone and when I talked to a manger I was told this is not a taste and not like type of deal and refused to give refund. Also it took about an hour to receive.

This was our first time going to the skating rink. Wow what a nice place and the real wood rink is so smooth. Six of us went and had a very nice time. For those that have negitive reviews try and remember how it was to be young and just have fun we sure did. Thanks so much for having such a nice place to go. Good family fun!!

Melonie the manager told me I had to leave because I brought a cake in for my child s 12th birthday and refused to refund the $300 I had spend just 5 mins before. When I questioned this she decided to call the police. The cop was just as confused as I was. Never again will me or my family come again. Over a $10 cake .

I enjoy Roller Plex (skating rink side) although a majority of everything is overpriced. Not much to compare it to as Sand Beach is only open for private parties. The arcade side is similar, but still a good time if youre not stressin on money.

If I could give them negative stars I would, those new uniforms are gmmicky and look ridiculous and make the employees look like cherry tomatoes . The tables were sticky and dirty last weekend and everytime I go there the overall cleanliness is not good, and Im pretty sure I saw a rat scurry (or something identical) across the floor to the drink machine. EDIT: I got flagged as a disgruntled ex-employee but I have never worked there, and I just wanted to clarify that I am not disgruntled just dissatisfied nor am I an ex-employee.

I will never go here again. Those games dont give the tickets it tells you that you win. We got cheated out of 140 tickets. Its bad enough the food is expensive and isnt worth what you pay. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place to go skating. Went there for their New Year s Eve party and because kids kept fighting they had to shut it down. We were only there an hr before they closed and not even a refund was giving. We paid $60 to go to their event and was not able to even have a good time. They type of music they play is beyond ridiculous as well.

First time going so here is my first impression. Went on a Sunday at 3pm. Employees are young bored and lack customer service. The three boys working the go cart track were rude and unprofessional. They are disrespectful to adults and I m glad my husband & I went without our kids. All the employees could try smiling instead of acting put out to be there. I know I won t be booking any parties there. It doesn t look like a happy place to play. Or a place I would take family given the conduct of the employees themselves.

I originally left a review stating that gocarts cant accomodate plus size individuals, the owner replied a comment about my robust size trying to quote i said that. I had to look up robust so i know i never said anything about robust. Then i informed you that you had to cash in your prize tickets 30min before closing and they responded with a lie about us trying to turn them in at 10:02. We went on a sunday, they close at 7, so you know that they told a lie. and then i informed you you had to be off the golf course 30 min before closing. And again, a lie, attempting to slander my character. Yes, i got a refund for not riding the gocart. I never said anything negative about it, just that it doesnt let plus size people ride. And they then tried to attack my words in a reply comment. They said they looked back on video and my family had fun. I didnt say they didnt. I said that itd be more fun if ran by other people. It mustve struck a nerve considering how they reaponded. My point is ...the people running it are neither courteous nor professional.

Family outing for fun birthday. Mini golf and go carts was fun. Didnt skate. Arcade games was not a hit; although, the game card (cost $1 per card) credits do not expire and collect digital tickets from games for prizes. Family Fun Zone staff were helpful but lacked cest génial. $$$ -$$$$

I rated this place highly two years ago but today after a manager approached me about my son being a safety hazard and then telling me I needed to wait to take my sons walker to him ( after I waited until all the go carts were parked already). I was to wait longer. My son has Dystonia! He is still capable of pressing the break! So, thank you for coming up to me while everyone was there instead of pulling me aside and talking to us after the other riders left! I feel like it could have been handled WAY better!!! He rode the go carts two times before being confronted with no problems AT ALL!! We have been here many times because my son enjoys the go carts and normally has a good experience. Please educate yourself on disabilities and also please learn to talk to parents on the side and not in front of everyone!
