I contacted Randy after our recent storm. We knew we had some shingles that had blown off. Randy came early the next day and fixed the roof very quickly and very well. He walked the entire roof and let me know there were no other roof issues, but that we had some facia boards that were starting to rot. He quoted a price for replacing those and painting the surrounding areas. The attention to detail and preparation for painting was impressive!! I feel like my house is ready to go another 50 years!! Randy, and Im sorry, but I do not know the other persons name, were both so polite and so infomative. We were very pleased. We will not hesitate to call him again!!

Wish I could give a 10 rating. Randy and crew put new siding on our house. They also painted. They did an excellent job. The house is absolutely beautiful. The original siding did not have proper. Caulking caked on or non at all. Randy did a beautiful job of trimming and caulking. They were so particular with their work. They cleaned up after them self. I will not use anyone else in the future. We are more than satisfied. I would recommend them 100% and will definitely be a reference.

Randy and his son in law did a fantastic job on our small storage building project. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. Instead of rushing through a job, they did it right! I would absolutely recommend them for your project needs. Me and my wife were very satisfied and impressed. Nice to see a great guy performing honest quality service! Thank you so much!

RJL HANDYMAN did a great job at a FAIR PRICE.PHIL came out to the rental property ,and removed the particle board,quarter round,and installed VINYL PLANK.LOOKS GREAT,and tenant HAPPY.I WILL US THEN AGAIN IF NEEDED.DON BURNS OWNER OF BURNS RENTALS.THEY stayed on the job every day till done.

We hired RJL to caulk some windows and doors on a home plus replace cabinet toe plates in the kitchen. Our client complained and showed us pictures of some very messy work. When I called RJL to give them a chance to correct the work, they asked me to send pictures but they will not reply or answer the phone now.

Randy and his crew did several projects for my mom, as she recently bought a house that had been a rental for several years. Remodeled her kitchen, ( see before and after pictures) added a stone patio, with garden areas, replaced bathroom vanity and exhaust vents, power washed exterior of house and replaced and painted rotten boards, replaced closet doors and added shelves, replaced broken bolt locks. The whole crew was great! They were all polite and friendly. The work was done well and the price was reasonable.

BEWARE!!! I contacted Randy Larkin to complete a simple bathroom shower insert replacement and to paint the interior of my house. He assured me that he is trustworthy and that his wife is a realtor so he does a ton of jobs like this. About a week into the project he texts me letting me know that he will be finished up over the weekend and that he needed payment. I drove down from Dallas to meet him at my lake property and he and his team seemed to be doing a great job on the shower insert and assured me he would have the house painted and finished by the end of the weekend. We walked the house and he showed me how the window seals were previously painted over and that is the reason why the paint is now peeling. He proceeded to tell me he would do it right and sand down the window seals and prime them before painting. I felt good about everything he was telling me so I proceeded with his request and went ahead and paid him. BIG MISTAKE! Fast forward to over a month later and I can not get the guy to finish the job. I still do not have any shower fixtures or handles, and the painting on the house was never completed. Instead he painted over the peeling paint and decided to touch up the walls instead of painting like I requested and paid him for. Every week it is a different excuse and the job has yet to be completed. I have given him plenty of time to make this right and he has failed to do so. I would NOT recommend his services to anyone!

RJL Handyman Services came to the rescue when our insurance company threatened to cancel our policy if we didn t replace a section of vinyl siding on our recently purchased home. Randy was very understanding of the time crunch we found ourselves in and remedied the issue quickly using replacement siding we provided. In addition, Randy removed several piles of pine needles from our roof during the repair. Randy is professional, kind, and a pleasure to do business with. We will use RJL Handyman Services in the near future.
