Manager saved the day but the lady that took my order proves why In n Out and Chick Fil A will always be better than Whataburger! They listen, repeat the order, and always ask if there will be anything else before giving a total. Food quality only goes so far when customer service pairs with a Waffle House. I was cut off after asking for half the order and told to wait to add the rest. Then was told I could go ahead as if I was the dumb customer that doesn t know how to order. I even forgot to order my Dr Pepper shake because I kept getting cut off. You get paid by the hour. Leave the adderal at home! Put that girl on fries or drinks and out of drive thru! Thank you for not trying to park me after having to continue taking my order at the window. I should have gotten that sandwich for free and this review would have been 5stars!

I went there this morning at 6:20 am. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before a gentleman from the back yelled that someone would be with me soon. After about another 5 minutes and employee took my order. It was obvious that she had only had very minimal training on the register. After that it took what seemed to be a long time for my food arrived. I was the only customer at that point and there were only 2 employees working the. I remained and had a couple cups of coffee and watched what transpired. People would come in and wait at the counter until someone eventually came out. One man used the Kiosk to order. Several people gave up and left. Those that ordered took way too long to be served. The only reason I gave it the second star was the food was decent. The man that used the Kiosk was still waiting for his food when I left. It is now a year later and my experience was the same as before. I feel that noone in management cares. The gentleman in front of me was visably irate also. Time to move on. Update: This has to be the worst, most bitter, and cold coffee I have ever had. Most customers (and some of the staff) go to the attached convenience store an get their coffee.

Well the main thing I was unhappy about is they charged me .90 for a piece of bacon for my dog, and it was the smallest piece of bacon we have ever seen! Other than the bacon everything else was good, they gave me plenty of jelly and syrup as asked and they were friendly Food

I have given this location more than enough chances they get my order wrong 90% of the time, today we ordered lunch and had 2 unsweet tea and a dr pepper, they gave me 1 tea and 1 dr pepper. I called and they said they would fix so I drove back up there for dinner and since we were there anyway we ordered. 2 3peice chicken strip meals and they gave us 1 and a box for a 2nd that had gravy and bread in it but no chicken strip... I wish I could say this was the first time but I have gone 5 times a week for several months and they mess it up at least 4 of the 5 times I will never go back to this location the one in tyler isnt that much further and they get my order right most of the time. EDIT 7/2/2024: After a while we decided to give this location a try again with some changes they have made we have actually gotten our order right so far every time we have gone.

My family came here to eat and the food was hot and fresh. The customer service from Jose was exceptional. He was very polite. This has always been a go to spot for me but I went at 12 am and we did not have a good experience. There was no one in the lobby and we waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order. We sat down to wait on our food and we waited 50 minutes for a sandwich, chicken strips, and onion rings. After we received our order we were eating it in the car and the fries were stale, the onion rings were cold, and the sandwich was completely wrong in multiple ways. The staff was friendly and I genuinely think that all of this was caused by there being a lack of workers

Now, I dont usually leave reviews for fast food places because I feel its pretty unnecessary and I dont try to expect very much from them, but Im really unhappy with my experience and they managed to get just about everything wrong. Clara was my associate cashier that took my order. I asked for the avocado bacon burger with jalapenos added, and I asked for extra ketchup in the bag. It was a meal. What I received was the avocado bacon burger with no jalapenos on it and zero ketchup in the bag as well as zero napkins. If any single one of those things were the case, I wouldnt have written a review, but the conjunction of all three when it was 30 degrees outside was very frustrating. I went through the drive-thru so I did not have to go out in the cold, and I ended up having to walk through the 30 degree weather to go and get ketchup and to get my order fixed and to get napkins. Very ridiculous. Every order should come with napkins. And when someone asks for ketchup and an addition on their item, it should come with that.
