Horrible staffing agency ! Waste of time. I was called to interview, filled out paperwork because I just had to have it in that day to start the process so I can start working. Never heard anything back, I called the company a few times and gotten rude responses or people who were unwilling to help. Then boom! They got everything without calling me but no jobs available now. Great! Thanks for nothing

After reading these reviews I see that many of us share the same experience. I was called and interviewed, was told I was a great candidate , told the location, the hours and told to fill out the emailed document profile. Ive called there 5 days consecutively trying to reach Katy and was given the run around. So where was this $19/ hr job? Does Katie really exist? Im gonna have them remove my name from their database. I didnt ask to be in it nor do I want to be. It seems like they inadvertently recruited me under false pretenses through indeed.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! I had the pleasure of working with Katie and she is amazing. She communicates well and also believes in her clients she was so happy for me when I landed the job I applied for. Not only that I landed a great assignment from this company that I m very excited about. And everyone is so helpful and sweet at the office and I truly feel they want everyone to succeed. I have worked for a couple of Temp Agencies but , Meador is by far the BEST! They were very welcoming and easy to communicate with from the very start . I came across the Job via Indeed but chose to apply for the job straight through the company website . I called the very next day and was able to get a interview scheduled with Lauren . Upon coming in for my interview , Lauren was so helpful. She advised me to look over the company s website I would be interviewing with ( which was a very smart move )and follow up with her after I had completed my interview. I Immediately called once I got done with my interview to let her know how every thing went . She reassured me through the whole process and kept my hopes high . Well, I GOT THE JOB ! My start day was 3 weeks out . Lauren followed up with me 2 days before my start day to make sure I was good to go as promised . After my first week Katie checked on me to see how I was liking my position and if I had any questions or concerns . NEVER HAS ANY AGENCY ASKED ME THAT ! Also we experienced a storm in our area recently and Lauren reached out to see if I needed anything . I had Katie as my staffing coordinator and she was awesome! Katie made the hiring process fast and easy! Her communication skills are great and she was very informative about the role I would be pursuing. She made sure I had everything set for my first day and she would periodically check in with me to see how my job was going and if I had any questions or concerns about anything! Bunch of Weirdos at this staffing agency they will sit there on a zoom call and lie straight to your face offering you a job and never follow through, not a call or an email. Katie and Taylor both did this to me regarding a job I qualified for, I have no criminal background, and met all requirements. I dont know if it was the fact I was dark skinned but discrimination seemed to play a factor.

Work with these people at your own risk. In my particular experience, it ended up as a huge waste of time. This company will absolutely not work any magic to get you into a position that fits you, or any position at all. You have to submit a resume, receive a background check, follow up, apply for a job, AND have years of experience. All of this defeats the purpose of using a staffing agency. You are better off just applying to a company directly. Companies like this make the pandemic even harder on people. However, they at least warrant one star because they are very professional, but its a facade because they dont seem like experts at what they do. I just told them to make my account inactive. Worst experience ever.

Honestly they need no stars!!!!! I applied to a job that was posted and call them to set up a interview with a girl name Alex(she was the one mention in the post to contact). They told me I had to fill out my portal through their website and then call back. I did everything they told me to do and then I called and got an interview set up with Alex. She did a zoom interview because of COVID and she didn t even seem like she was interested in interviewing me and it went really fast like she was rushing to get off the call with me.After the interview she told me she will send me information to do my background. I haven t received anything and haven t heard back from her or anybody at the staffing agency. It s been almost two weeks. I recommend going somewhere else and letting them find you a job, because they are not professional and don t seem to care about helping people get a job. It s sad that they have people like that working at the staffing agency. (I had experience for the job and was on time with completing everything)

I agree with all of the bad reviews, newbe boxx in particular. Ive dealt with this place a few times and they ALWAYS seem a bit shady to me. You can apply all you want for a position but you will NOT hear back from them unless you peruse. If they do call you back it will be to tell that the position has been filled. If legit employers are using them, i honestly have no clue why.

Would not recommend working internally here. Lots of favoritism with management. When complaints/issued are brought up, everything is looked passed and not resolved. Everyone is somehow connected with the Meador family, and thats where the favoritism comes in. I gladly quit and I am more happier than ever. An assignment let me go due to them not having the person to train me and then I never got another assignment when I checked in all the time so I filed for unemployment and they fought that also and I have my hearing today. Not a good experience. Was called to come meet an agent . Once there, I was told my profile was not complete and if I could finish it on their computer. If that s the case tell me beforehand so I can do it at home before coming in. I guess they like to waste time. Talked to agent and was told they do have jobs but they were $15 /hr. Waste of time and gas to come to the office to hear that. Especially since I have a college degree. Skip this agency if you are looking for decent money.

Very unprepared, you have to take a test before getting interviewed. No one told me that when I called they just said to come in for interview, and I did and was not expecting to be hit with a test with only twenty minutes to finish!!! As a college student I always like to prepare if not physically.. Definitely mentally!!! I wasnt given that opportunity and felt robbed of my time and day because here i am almost done and the test is being taken away for grading. And as a college student and un answered questions count against YOU!! So unfair. They had two timers in front never gave me one to watch my time.. Just unprofessional establishment.
