Our server was great, but the drinks were soooooo weak. Husband ordered chicken wings and they were not cooked. Pink all at the bone. Managers in training dos come over and was GREAT. She took them off the bill and still had them remade. Customer service was amazing.

Pretty tasty food, lots of big screens to watch the game and lots of seating. The Monte Cristo is pretty filling with the breading so be sure to go on an empty stomach. The veggies are delish (for being veggies) and the steak looked good but the hubs devoured it, so I didnt get a taste.. lol

I was so excited to finally try this place out and man was I disappointed. The food is just mediocre. For our starter we had the fried pickles and they were okay but not the best in town. I had the philly and it had no flavor at all. My husband had the California Chicken sandwich. He liked it and i thought it was nasty and spit my bite out. Our daughter had the buffalo chicken flatbread, she liked it but no one else tried it. Definitely wouldnt go back. If youre wanting a place to watch sport and drink beer then this place is for you.

Manager was extremely rude. Didnt realize the number of Dallas Cowboys fans would be there. He was sooooo unorganized and disrespectful to many of the fans. Game wasnt over and he changed the TVs. Told the DJ to stop playing music before game ended. Wouldnt turn music off during our halftime raffle. Need I say more . Well never going back.

This was our first visit to the restaurant and the food left us totally underwhelmed. We went on the Friday lunchtime when you would expect it to be busy, but we were surprised at how quiet it was. That said we were there around, what I assume was, opening time (about 11am). We were seated right away in one of those ultra tall booths. My wife struggled to get up there (were at late 60s in age). The server was very good and the decor is excellent. TVs are everywhere and the music is not too loud. The experience was fine until the food arrived. We both ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. The food looked good, but the burger tasted nasty. It almost tasted like the meat was spoiled both my wife and I said the same thing. That spoiled the whole experience. Anybody should be able to cook a decent burger in the sports bar. I suspect the meat was old and they were trying to use it up. We will give the restaurant one more chance but we will avoid the burgers

My friend and I ate dinner here. The food was fabulous! Fried pickles were awesome, another all greasy like most places...Best burger Ive had in a while! The server was great, very attentive. There was also a car show that day, and that was enjoyable. My only complaint is that the music being played was a little too loud...loud enough I could barely hear the server when she was talking to us, and I had to almost yell to talk to my friend across the table. Im all for loud music, but dining customers should at least be able to hear their servers clearly when being spoken to. Either way... Ive already recommended this place to a handful of people, and Ill most definitely be back!

Beer, service, TVs are all excellent, but the food is underwhelming. Portions are a little small. My wife ordered a bowl of chicken tortilla soup, it was more like a plate of soup and it was served cold. I ordered a plate of nachos and it came with just one little bitty cup of queso. I would recommend Twin Peaks or Pluckers over this place. They re both right next door and serve much better food.

I visited twice today, for some reason with shifts of bartenders had a problem breaking away from making small talk to great me or to take my order. I know this side of town is notorious for being a bit racist but I dont expect that from an establishment such as this. The food was good, but a little pricey. There were signs posted that said - No Snorting, No Vaping and No Cigars. There was a guy vaping the whole time and no one said anything. When I was leaving, I asked if they enforced the signs. I was told that everyone did it. Sorry, I don t vape or smoke. If you won t enforce the signs, paint over them. I ve been there twice and I didn t know that it was pet friendly. I have a dog, but I would never take her to a restaurant. I don t feel that barking dogs or dogs using the restroom in a restaurant is appropriate. I bet if the dog does pee or poop, the employees would have to clean it up.

Decent prices in the specials but the menu at the bar listed 10 options for the burger and beer special, but you find out it s only the 4 light domestics. I must have come here on an off day considering almost all other reviews are 5 stars. Our experience here started off ok but quickly went downhill. We started by ordering our drinks and daughters food and all that came out quickly which we appreciated. Unfortunately the positives stop there. I ordered the Nachos and my wife ordered the Monte Cristo. My nachos were very stale and the chicken that was on them was cold and chewy. To make matters worse a few bites in I found a hair. Our waitress was very nice and apologetic and took my order for a replacement meal, a half lb order of wings. Then my wife found a hair in her food but since she was almost done we didnt feel the need to let our waitress know. It then took 35 minutes for me to receive my boneless wings which werent even sauced. It looked as though they just threw them on a plate then drizzled a couple lines of sauce over the top. By this point we had been there for an hour and a half and our 2 small children werent going to sit put and wait for me to eat so we took the wings to go. I had high hopes for this place given the reviews. Unfortunate.

Catrina , Judy , Devin, David, Jose & Willie should open a training seminar on how to properly manage an establishment. What they do has this location a part of my daily routine , sometimes twice a day. The daily specials are easy on my wallet and the food is great, service is top of the tops can t wait till there are more of these around the city!!!!! I can t remember all of the bartenders and servers names but Ms. Kennedy greets me by my name , which is an added touch, makes me feel like I am super welcomed at this establishment. Excellent servicers. Long island tea Tuesdays for $3 cant be beat for the quality and price! The Monte Cristo sandwich was full of meat. The only drawback was the excess grease in the bread. I would recommend blotting out the grease with a napkin before consuming the sandwich. The baked potato soup was good. The Smash Poblano burger was excellent! Great servers too!

Sat at bar, bartender on duty, careless , complaining about 50 or so customers to attend, after 1 hour of wait nachos came up. Did not serve any napkins nor utensils. Nachos are 6 out of 10 unless youre super hungry can be 8 out of 10 (apologies I miss to take a picture, stros game going on :/...) Beers are 4 usd tall on Tuesdays. Decent place but not some place I will go out of my way to go to. We went on a Saturday evening around 5:30, got seated right away. By the time we were finished with our meal the place was really starting to fill up (and get louder) but there still wasn t a wait. I didn t care for the cheese sticks but my husband liked them. He ordered a plain well done cheeseburger, unfortunately it was not well done and very pink inside. I ordered the Spicy Poblano Smash nothing fantastic, not spicy and definitely not a smashed burger. I don t think the cook knows what a smash burger patty is. The 2 patties were maybe 2.5 inches wide and just about that thick no exaggeration. It was ver difficult to eat and I ended up taking it apart. The drinks we had were ok, frozen margarita and an Ocean Water. Although the Ocean Water didn t taste like there was any alcohol in it.

The food is average at best and expensive for no reason; definitely freezer to plate.... unfortunately its like every other corprate run sports bar completed with waitresses in cliche little uniforms. Very unoriginal.

Great Boomers spot...wife and I sat at the very large bar, great prices , food , and drinks....Bartender Kennedy was exceptional...she was attentive, made good recommendations and actually good at her job...thats refreshing considering most folks are just at work..so thanks Kennedy..Boomers should give u a raise.

First time lunch visit. Food was great, Manager was friendly, and service was great. It was described as a family friendly sports bar and grill. Set up looked pretty fun to view a sporting event. May have to return during football season.

This was the 2nd time we had come here. The first time was a total disaster. The first 3 things that we ordered they were out of. We settled by ordering something that we were not really hungry for but didnt have much of a choice. When our food came, it was all cold, and the fries were soggy. We had to ask for everything single thing such as napkins, silverware, salt, ketchup, and so on...... We stayed away for a couple of months and decided to try I again. We were completely amazed...... not a single thing has changed other than they did have what we ordered from the menu. Again, we didnt have napkins or any of the other things needed to eat, and the food was semi warm at best. The frys were the same...soggy, cold, and just disgusting! There wont be a strike 3 for me!!

Great food and VERY GOOD. The staff are very attentive! They got it right and there is PLENTY of seating. Editing my review to drop some stars. The previous statement was made on their soft-open day. On June 1, 2024, we went during a normal operation day. We were sat for 15 minutes and not one person came to even greet us. No drinks, and saw a bunch of people standing up front talking with no one really serving. Needless to say, we probably wont be returning. We left and went to Cheddars where we received excellent service.

Service is so slow I could ve eaten out at three other restaurants before I got my food here and there were only two other groups of people. The waiter was also very confused. No one knew where the food went and we continued to get other people s meals.

Love Boomer Jacks the staff is very friendly and the food comes out fast and hot. I was very impressed on how everything ran in this place. From the hostess to our waitress and from the GM came over to see how the service was and if there was anything he could help us with something you dont find in many food locations now a days. My wife and I use to go to the neighbor next door but from now on we are coming to Boomer Jacks only.

Doesnt offer anything but the cookie-cut dining experience youre used to at similar eateries popping up everywhere. Service at the bar is absolutely horrible. Im not sure why it would take so long to get my food, just to send back because of the horrible quality. DO NOT get the chicken sandwich; I could smell the dirty oil that must be used to fried seafood as well. Upon speaking with the manager about the horrible food and service I was told in reply that the bar is the weakest part of the restaurant and they are doing what they can to rectify it.

Service was fast and friendly and its nice to have another option around open late. The food was good but not amazing, but while the margarita would have tasted great if I had ordered a hard limeade, it was too weak to be a proper margarita. The atmosphere of the place was not particularly impressive though - everything is clean and brand new, but there is nothing amazing about the place, and they could definitely stand to turn the music down a bit and either turn the thermostat down a couple of degrees and/or get some bigger fans. Also, turning the lights way up 30 minutes before close felt like a rather off putting way to get people to get out of there - perhaps telling the people at the bar/remaining tables last call might be a better way to communicate that its close to closing time without making people feel like theyre being rushed out of the place well before they actually close. Parking: Plenty of parking late at night, it might get tight when surrounding places are still open/busy.

The food is typical bar food, but served hot and in a timely manner. We always sit at the bar and as expected didn t wait long for drinks. I like the set up with a big bar and lots of high top tables around the bar. A lot of TVs so it s a good place to catch a game
