So if you want an average ride this wonderful ride isn t for you. As a guy I really didn t expect much. Well let me tell you I m not big into history but absolutely loved hearing all the amazing stories. The lady (Dana) was very rich in history about this area. She did such an amazing job explaining everything all the way to early 1800 s. I truly enjoyed the ride and so did my beautiful wife, I would totally do this again every time we come to Galveston. I can t say enough about the experience and the deep history we found out, even about the houses who owned them etc.

I have never been on a carriage ride before and my sister n laws husband booked one for us and the kids. Sky was our tour guide and he gave us an amazing history lesson during our ride. All the staff were super sweet and we had two cute copilot puppies that we got to hold at the end. Just amazing experience this is definitely something I would recommend next time you visit. We also live in Austin where they do carriage rides and the horse typically use the bathroom all over the ground. They do no have that here. Loved that as well. I would book a ride again for sure.

Had an absolute blast taking the 1 hr. ride after dinner for date night. Made our night even better and was very romantic. Will be back again. Best carriage ride in Texas! Hands down an awesome experience that we won t forget.

We had an awesome experience on our carriage ride. The driver was very nice and knowledgeable of Galvestons history and architecture. She confidently answered all of our questions. She exhibited fantastic horsemen ship in handling the horse and carriage while negotiating the downtown traffic. I highly recommend using their online option to reserve a ride. You want be disappointed.

We happened upon this tour while downtown having dinner. After inquiring we were pleasantly surprised that it was very affordable. The drive was super nice and very Interesting to listen to. The history and architecture of Galveston was by far more than I anticipated. I really had no knowledge of the area. I was there on business and this was an unplanned event, with this being said I would totally come back to this area for more. I wish I had more time to explore. Highly recommend.
