The bartender Miss Dani is awesome! As a new customer I was surprised by the attention Dani gave as I asked questions about the different types of tequila they have.I finally decided on a single of 2 different types. The brisket nachos are juicy , not dry at all. Ask for sour cream! Great place in Watauga heading out to a bar for some drinks, Dani treated me like a regular, even though I m not. Atmosphere is casual and comfortable!

Its been a long time since Ive played pool so I decided to check this place out as we ended our night. Good crowd, nice coin operated pool tables. They had music and Karaoke. I dont drink so I didnt try any drinks and we didnt eat so I cant rate the food. Just played a few games of pool and left. I do want to add that a wave of cigarette smoke hits you as soon as you walk in and I left with my hair smelling like smoke.

This place is a great vibe and overall great time. The staff is friendly, the patrons are friendly, and the whole bar has a very good energy about it. They offer specials for different days like free billiards from 8 pm - 10 pm (20:00 - 22:00) with karaoke starting at 9:30 (21:00) on Saturday nights. The place has some electronic games as well as some classics like shuffle board, foosball, and of course billiards. Theres also a cigarette dispenser if you need some smokes. The only reason that I didnt rate it a full 5 stars is the staff can sometimes be slower at the bar. I had to wait a few extra minutes to be served my first drink and after that I would have some small wait times. Nothing too extreme though. They also dont serve food, but do allow you to order from local establishments for food. I think overall if youre looking for good vibes, a good time, or a good community, look no further than Texas Billiards! Note: This is a review from 2021 since I was in the DFW area at the time. They may have changed some of the policies like serving food. Please use this review as a loose guide for this establishment. Thanks!

First of all the bartender was lacking big time!!! The atmosphere and patrons were a bit put offish. A police officer came in and stood over by the mens restroom with arms crossed and full macho stance. I dont go out a lot and was confused by this. When I asked one of employees they had nothing to say. In fact they didnt have anything to say all night. We had to do a full body wave to try to get their attention and they would see us but not come over to us until they felt like it. And yes honestly the cop made me nervous. Was there a threat to the establishment or a possible shooter? No one would answer. So yes that made me feel edgy. That along with the poor service and rude staff and sketchy patrons I wont be going back nor would I suggest it to anyone.

My friend loves this place it s her Cheers. They have Karaoke. They have pool tables and beer, darts I think. No food. You can smoke in there which sounds great to a smoker (which I do smoke) but it was way too much smoke my eyes were hurting so bad and I had a headache because of the smoke. I ve been here a few times. Not a huge selection of people kinda like the people of Walmart with a small splash of awesome people. If you go here hoping to meet like the love of your life you re going to be really disappointed.

Place was a zoo. Took almost 2 hours to get a table..which wasn t level, bumpers were misaligned and the house sticks were warped beyond belief. The drinks were decent and the prices were very fair. Other than that, will probably just check out a new place from now on.

I like this place real lay back I cant remember the last time your can smoke in a bar. I freak out as soon as I walk in. NOTE : you must come in with your friends or lover you cannot mingle with anyone single ( I know bummer right ) well those are the rules. It said bar and grill but the grill is closed, but you can order in which i think is very kool. I try to take photos when people are not in the way I try to give them their respect. But theres a photo of a cigarette machine. When was the last time you saw one of them in a bar....I know right a long time ago. I must come back again hopping soon.

We go to karaoke here regularly and we absolutely love it!! Our group has fun by ourselves but not necessary to have your own group bc there are several other groups of friends with great singers that make the whole experience super fun. The alternating of songs and karaoke is not bothersome at all and the DJ is excellent. Also, its a BIG bar, so plenty of room for social distancing.

Not a good place to go. They charge way too much for drinks for there service which is garbage. And the bartender is just dancing around and talking to other people when your waiting on your drink. Couldnt even serve food because the cook didnt show up. Id rather go to the other local bars that actually care about there customers. This bar they only care about the regulars.

I liked the place, it s more like the neighborhood bar where most of the people you see there are local customers live in the area but you see others coming from nearby areas too. The prices are not bad, the beer is fresh and they serve food too ... they do have many pool tables, darts, tennis table and 3-4 slot machines but I gotta tell you this, this place is very smoke friendly allows indoor smoking which many people love but if you re not one of those people this place won t be the best for you.
