We visited here after it first opened. My husband and I ordered the same thing except I added shrimp. My food came out 45 minutes b4 my husbands food. We are visiting today and my husbands food came out before mine. Only one waitress for the whole resturaunt. Im done and I will NOT be back!!!!!

Pretty good not too much money my problem how buttery the food is made me nauseous with how much butter they use. I got a mail from both me and my boyfriend to share it. It was a seafood boil and I had a few add-ons and I ve had this place before but in a different location and I normally get a mile so I got a mild thinking that it would be how I normally eat it. It was not spicy in the slightest. I had to add my own spices, but still it cannot overpower the taste of butter. It tasted like they literally just soaked the food in Butter, and give it about a 6 out of 10 I won t try from this location again

Love this establishment it s employees There is a black lady that works there and she always has a smile on her face and welcomes me and my girls whenever we come in We feel right at home with the laid back atmosphere and family vibe that this lady gives us everytime we come in I hope she stays there and you guys give her a raise She definitely sets the tone with her smile and not to mention the food is superb as well Everything is seasoned with perfection and me and my family have no complaints just wish it was bigger inside with more seating space

11/10 would recommend!! First off the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Got sat and served in a timely manner. Service was above and beyond. Now food.. My partner and I ordered The Sniper and it was truly an amazing sea food boil. Snow crab and shrimp were made to perfection. Sausage, potatoes and corn had so much flavor due to the amazing sauce we used (garlic and burn) perfect combo. Added two eggs and A side of white rice that really complimented the meal! Absolutely coming back again and bringing friends and family!

My fries were ice cold, they then proceeded and sent out a thermometer to show me it is temping on the chicken which I never even initially asked for? How am I supposed to know if that s even sanitized properly before even presenting that to me? Then the server was rude when we decided to complain. This is the husband , my wife however enjoyed her food. I could have gotten fries hotter from McDonald s than I did here. The sandwich bread was super soggy. I am most definitely irritated

Brought my college kids here to celebrate finals. The food was tasty and plentiful. We got two orders that fed 4 girls easily. My toddler enjoyed the kids popcorn shrimp. We ordered the burn sauce and it had a kick to it but we could ve definitely went to the hotter flavors. LaToya was a great server and was very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend! First time here and it was super yummy! We usually travel out of town for our seafood boils but Killer Crab hit the spot. My sister had the knife with medium spiciness and she said it was not too spicy, I had the Uzi with mild spiciness and was very buttey, garlicy, with a whisper of spice (which I loved). Our waitress, LaToya was SUPER hospitable & patient with us, 10/10 customer service! The ambience was great! The playlist was soo good we had to ask for it. I like how spaced out the tables are and bonus points that they provided gloves and bibs! planning on bringing our parents and friends back here soon

I had a cup of gumbo and it was good, and the cup was bigger than I expected. I had the fried butterfly shrimp as my main course, it came with curly fries and hush puppies. There was 12 large shrimp, cooked to perfection, they were not greasy at all. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely eat here again.

One Pound of King Crab, One Pound of Shrimp (big) and One Dungeness Crab in Garlic Butter, Corn and Potatoes to Celebrate Our Aniversary. We believe Price was spot on considering the market value. Killer Crab at 130 North New Road in Waco failed a renewal inspection with a 67. According to the food safety worker, there was a container of moldy, cooked food in the walk-in cooler that had to be thrown out. The raw beef was stored above the iced tea. There was a black substance on soda gun, unlabeled liquid inside some chemical spray bottles, and the business could not produce the oysters stock records. The cooked potatoes, eggs, and corn didn t have any use by dates. This place needed a re-inspection

My new favorite seafood spot! We ordered calamari as an appetizer, it was the BEST calamari in town. The seasoning was on point, and it was fried to perfection. My husband and I shared the uzi boil, it was a medium platter and more than enough for us! It came with crab, crawfish, shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes, and we added boiled egg. I have to give a shout out to our waitress, Latoya. She was awesome! She helped us navigate the menu and made sure we liked what we ordered. Great experience.

The worst food Ive had in Texas. The calamari was rock hard, I ate one piece and thought I better try one more, I wish I didnt. The shrimp fried rice was fried shrimp on rice, and you could tell the shrimp had been done for a very long time and they just opened. The service was terrible. The food was good. Wasn t expecting to need gloves to eat but needed because if the way seafood cooked in a bag. Boiled shrimp were delicious and crab cakes very good. Restaurant was very cold. Even the waitress put on a lightweight coat while we were eating. The background music was a little loud and not right selection for lunch. Maybe for happy hour or later in evening. Party music. Update: October 4, 2023. The Onion Explosion is delicious and worth the price tag, but sauce is lacking. The snow crab legs were huge compared to last time and honestly, probably the largest I have seen and I eat a ton of crab legs. New photos show The Sniper x2 and large claws. BRING YOUR OWN SWEET-N-LOW! They only carry Splenda. Still in soft-opening stage, but full menu and bar (just no bartender yet). Crab was perfectly cooked and not too expensive compared to other places in the area. The shrimp are huge and well worth any price tag, but could be cooked for less time. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious and tasted like those from Red Lobster, but the price ($14) was way too much. I would definitely go again and would say they are in my top 5 of crab places. We ordered the Pew Pew (smaller of the two and $27) and the Sniper ($49). Next time we will try the King Crab, which is $50 / lb.

Deep breath, Long sigh... This place is another reminder of how bad the food scene in Waco is. Facts. The food was just nasty. I could taste the grease before the fries. Fake cheese. The crab on top was watery which made the fries cold and wet. It also didnt smell fresh. It had no taste. They use random spice combos and a mysterious sauce to try to cover that up. I couldnt figure out if the handwipes or the table covers left my hands smelling like a mildewing, old, wet dish rag. On my way to the restroom, it was comforting to see and smell the wait staff return to the kitchen from a smoke break.The hall and bathroom were littered with trash and no paper towels. I decided rather than complain, just pay and leave. I knew better. I cannot wait to see if the dogs eat it.

I had high hopes for this place, but my husband and I were let down tremendously. The tables are too close together making it feel extremely crowded. It took a while for us to give our order, but it was quick to come out. We ordered fried pickles as well as 2 of The Pew Pews. The pickles were overcooked so breading was tough. The shrimp were a good size but they, too, were over cooked. I added a boiled egg to my order which was (yes, you guessed it ) overcooked. The sausage that came with it tasted like it had gone bad, like spoiled meat would taste.The service was terrible. We were sat in a corner and had a hard time catching our server s attention to get refills on our drinks, to place our order, and to ask for our bill. She was not very attentive at all. Our server was both fast and nice, and she checked on us so often that we didnt always need something. Our kids enjoyed the kids meals, and the kitchen sink gumbo had excellent flavor. The prices were reasonable, too. My husband is from the east coast, so we go out for seafood and crab frequently. I was especially impressed by the butter seasoning (we had medium). It had a richer flavor I hadnt tasted at other crab pot restraunts (but wasnt too spicy). It also lasted throughout the meal, and although it got thicker as we ate, it was good for over an hour and didnt need to be refreshed like at some chains. The best part was when my husband left his phone on the table. One of the employees ran out after us and flagged us down in the parking lot to return it. We thought our child had it: we wouldnt have noticed it was missing until we got home. If you want good crab and great service: eat here.

Got the crawfish and shrimp combo with a potato, corn and sausage, it was AMAZING, I m originally from a small town closer to Galveston so I know my seafood boils .and wow. I was amazed by the crawfish/shrimp served here. Amazing flavors, you can pick your spice level, and my waitress was a GEM. I m going back soon to hopefully figure out her name and brag more about her. 10/10, I ll be back!

The initial greet at door the food service is horrible. The server wasnt attentive nor knowledgeable at all about menu. She wasnt able to answer basic questions as to what in the entrées such as if it was mild spicy or types of sauce. She was slow and served some dishes way before others came out and we all ordered at same time. Most of the food was served cold including appetizers. Waitstaff were sitting in dining room eating and drinking then would get up to serve customers without washing hands. For some reason the employees were going in and out door to side of the building even though they had tables to attend. We got only one refill because our server was busy going outside and we decided to leave when some of people from our table happened to be in restroom with her and after she finished her business walked straight out restroom and to our table. Although the food tasted ok in spite of being served cold the prices are deal breaker. The food prices are way to high especially for such small portions and terrible service. I drove over an hour to eat there so I definitely will not be eating there ever again and certainly wouldnt recommend it to anyone else.

We stopped by for my birthday and the service was amazing!! Toya was so sweet and attentive as she was the only server/bartender. Yohan, the cook, was friendly and checked on our food to make sure everything was correct. We ordered the Pew Pew and the crawfish fried rice which were both excellent. The atom bomb seasoning was spicy and had great flavor. We will definitely be back!!

Bad menus. I ordered the Butterflied Shrimp plate which the menu stated it included fries and hushpuppies. I stated to the waiter that I wanted hushpuppies with my meal. The plate arrived without hushpuppies. I asked about the missing menu item. The waiter went to the kitchen and came back. She stated that hushpuppies were for catfish plates only. Also, that if I wanted hushpuppies that I would have to order them separately and pay extra regardless of what the menu stated. They didnt proofread their printed menu. Then they took delight in being rude about not bringing me what I ordered. I wont be back.

I got a Cobb salad and it was really good. The chicken was well seasoned it was great. My friend got the shrimp. They were huge! The restaurant was clean. The waitresses were really nice and very helpful. I will definitely go back.

Ordered a burger from the lunch menu that was $16. The same burger was on the regular menu for $18. When it came time to pay they had charged me the $18 price. I pointed out to the waitress that it was $16 on the lunch menu And showed her on the printed menu. She agreed but said no matter how she punched it in. It came up with the $18 price. I told her to go tell the manager that it might need to be reprogrammed she did and said he agreed that there was a glitch but that I would have to pay the $18 because they could not change it to the $16 price . The burger was supposed to have included shrimp and crawdad tales. They were there but sparse. The burger came with Cajun fries. These were curly que, fries with no seasoning on them. Obviously, not a very pleasant experience.

First time having Crawfish from here. Not bad to where you couldnt eat it but not the taste of Southern Louisiana not even close. But okay if you have eaten them at your local buffet. Update:We decided to give this place another try after our not so great experience 2 weeks before. This time was a much better experience. Service was wonderful, very attentive and friendly. We ended up ordering The Battleship this time (crab legs, class, shrimp, and crawfish), it was enough food for at least 4 people to eat, and it was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing (we got garlic parm). I highly recommend getting one of the seafood bags. After this experience we will be returning. Original Review: (2 stars)Food was ok, service was horrible! I got the crawfish poboy, I was a little disappointed because it was not very flavorful. My husband ordered the catfish and shrimp platter, that we didnt get until about 30-40 min after I got my food because they apparently didnt make it, so he ended up taking it to go. The mistake would have been caught a lot soon had our server actually been checking on us. The wait stuff was more worried about arguing with each other, eating, and being on their phones than serving customers. We will give it another try because everyone else seemed to be getting to steam bags and were saying they were really good. Hopefully the service will be greatly improved by then. We spoke to the manager, who was stuck in the back cooking, before we left. He was very embarrassed and apologetic about the actions of his waitstaff.

Ok, first off they didn t put prices on the bags, which should have been the first clue. Second, when we received our food in a bag the corn was cold, the crawfish was inedible. This was the worst meal and experience weve had in years. There was a giant sign on the door saying NO REFUNDS. That shouldve been our first indication to turn around and leave. We waited forever in a empty restaurant for someone to seat us. We sat down and the menus were filthy. Covered in grease and old food. The seats were too. The table was covered in plastic so it couldve been filthy underneath, we couldnt tell. The waitress seemed to not know the menu or seem to not want to learn it and when asked about the market price of items, she was unprepared. Our order came out one by one. Some of the meals were 5-15 minutes apart. So some of our party had finished eating while others were just getting their meal. Completely unorganized and no responsibility taken. We wondered if it was a front to something else (nefarious?) vs being ab actual restaurant- thats how much they. Did. Not. Care. The crab was over cooked, dry and really light on the weight. Some of the legs were completely empty on several of our clusters. The waitress quoted by the pound but we were served one cluster, which is very different than by the pound. Some of the clusters, I would guess were maybe 1/4 of a lb? No soap in the womens bathroom. The crab butter was all over our hands and we had to wipe off with napkins and wash at home- gross. The soda machine only had water and they laughed and said it hadnt worked for over a week (?!) and we paid for drinks. Overall it was a complete waste of time and money and we ended up going to a drive through and hour later because we were still hungry.
