Janissa was the lady who helped me out at the front. Her attitude was rude form the beginning as soon as we got there. I came in with my mom and my mom was confused about the difference between the number 6 & 8, instead of explaining the difference she goes it s either the number 6 or the 8 ma am . So I told her, she s only trying to ask you for the difference. So then I read the menu and I explain it to my mom, even tho it s NOT my job to do so. I tell her what I m gonna order and she goes what sides and dressings in the rudest tone. I asked her what they were since I was on the salad bar side and handing seen the menu they have on the counter. She tells me it s right there in a raised tone and I said okay rude I see the toppings, pick them, and let her know. My mom gave me a comment about not wanting a 3rd topping and I said no that I didn t want one and the girl goes okay calm down at this point I m very annoyed at her attitude and I get mad that she s telling my mom, who wasn t even speaking to her to calm down . I tell her my mom was talking to me, not to you, you don t need to tell her to calm down . She said she doesn t need to be talking about me then and I tell her she s not, but you are being rude. The store on Trenton is a lot busier than this and they never have this attitude. To which she replied well then go to the one on Trenton now as someone who has worked on customer service for almost 4 years, it pissed me off and I asked to speak to the manager, she laughed and left to get him. When the manager shows up I explained what happened and told him that was just no way to be speaking to a customer and he was very nice. But your employees need to get their attitudes checked, if you can t talk to a customer right or help them then get another job. When we left she was just laughing, in no world is that appropriate. I will be contacting a higher management to see something get done.

Everything they serve for food is super good, healthy options but not the drinks, I would like you to have natural fresh waters... the ones they have are very sweet and taste like flavoring. In terms of service, always very good.

No customer service. We were the only ones there to order at the empty place. The employee was packing food in a bag at a very slow pace. Was done, and went through the kitchen door and didnt come back. Too slow, like a sloth. Didnt seem right. So we left.

Check your receipt! I was charged $8 extra to my card, they fixed it but still check how much they charge you in the end. The total was already $40 with just me and my 2 kids and it ended up being close to 50 in the end. Other than that the food was good and the poblano soup was spicier than I remembered it to be but still good unless you have GERD or gastritis

They are always very rude and stitchy with their crackers, dressing and cups. This place makes enough money, no need to act like that. Also, no Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke (Diet Zero) is not the same. The actual regular cup size is small compared to other places. Fake Lemonade. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Support a small business.

I begged my husband to have dinner with me at siempre natural because his never been there, and we came to this location and they literally didn t put any chicken on my sandwich, the cashier wasn t explaining the combos and we asked if we could get a side of coditos and she started saying that we should of changed the soup to the coditos and wouldn t just sale us the side. I m just annoyed because I payed $25 for 2 combos and just to get a little bit of portions of it, don t expect to get what you pay for.

These people are horrible, they give you expired milk and rotten fruits and vegetables. Then when you call back to let them know they get offended and blame the customer. Sometimes the chicken vegetable salad has too much mayo and huge chunks of potato, specially when it s ordered to go .so if you order to go, make sure you keep an eye on it or half the chicken salad will be potato .and I ve inquired nutrition information and claim they don t have any .

I recently stopped by Siempre Natural to only get a couple of beverages or maybe even two sodas! Only to be greeted by a full and friendly staff who welcomed me and my friend! They explained there healthy menu and my friend and I decided to by the delicious food! Ive never ate at one of these restaurants! However now I am a big fan of there delicious and incredibly healthy food! I also challenge and invite all of my friends, family and all people to also go and try a meal or two at Siempre Natural with your family and friends as well! It is the one closest to my house, it is delicious, the last time I ordered a pumpkin soup and wow it was very good, this time we ordered two combos, one of croissant with salad and poblano chile cream and fresh water, the other was single-serving salad with poblano cream and fresh water, the truth is that both were very well served and complete, the cost is moderate, personally I really like the always natural one
